A few weeks ago my CHI straightener broke after a year of use. I immediately had in my head that I had to buy a new one. Still, I made an attempt to contact JohnBeerens where I bought my hair straightener. I was allowed to send my hair straightener and received a new hair straightener within a week. Really top service.
