Part of my order was missing. Afterwards the piece was no longer delivered and no answer was received. Update, in the meantime I have been contacted and everything has been fine, thank you.

Promise ordered before 10 p.m., delivered the next day at home is not delivered. The package was only sent the next day. The package was then delivered and signed by DHL at the wrong address. Finally the package was resent.

What a top service they provide here. Always fast, and always great offers. Respond quickly. Nice company. 100% reliable! And I hope they keep Chi's products in the range for a long time to come.

VERY BAD WEBSITE !! Ordered several times but it was never delivered on time. The promise for 10 pm ordered tomorrow at home is just a trick! It has already happened to me 5 times that it will not be delivered the day after and also not the day after, usually only a week later. If you want to know where your order is, you must contact yourself and the supplier will always be referred to. Simply downright bad. The only reason I order here is because my products are nowhere else available. Can you order your products elsewhere do that!

Too bad you make reckame with discount for Black Friday while I paid the same (with so-called discount) 3 months ago.

What are they doing? They don't send, they don't answer the phone, they don't answer on Facebook, not on instagram, they don't return your money.
Simply a DISGUSTING company with their supposedly not good paid reviewers. Oh come on with that B ****** IT. Do your work and deliver, I also immediately paid you (2 months ago by the way) still no products, no money back.
I therefore advise everyone not to order here and to submit a complaint because they may be tapped once.

Ordered a large order 2 weeks ago with shampoos and conditioner. Parcel shipped. DHL was at the door. We saw track and trace at the end of the day (bus seen) and the package was delivered to us the day before. A signature has even been placed. We were at home all day because of corona measures. Not received anything, not even a note. Called DHL. The neighbors had to check. Ringed the bell at 8 houses on the square. Nobody assumed anything for us. In the end, we are now 2 weeks later, John Beerens is waiting for DHL's investigation and cannot do anything in the meantime. Very poor service. In the meantime, I wash my hair with my friend's shampoo. Not very nice. It remains to be seen what they will come up with. I will never order here again!

What a top service! I have never ordered problems here for a long time. Coincidentally my package was lost by DHL of the week, I called John Beerens and told them they could only do something if they received information from DHL. I asked if they could not send my package again because it was jet before Christmas. They would keep me informed but a new package was not possible. Later that evening I received an email if my packer was there in the meantime, but unfortunately it wasn't there yet. Then I got an email back that they are still sending the same package! Thank you very much now I can still give my Christmas gift !!

In the end not yet received my package, I will never order here again. And that is not because of john beerens but purely because they work together with those lap swans from DHL !!

Bad experience, do not respond to e-mails at all You only get automatic answers, you read in the reviews that many people do not get an answer to their e-mail, you see as a reaction just send an e-mail for further handling how hilarious! I am going to order again from Mn oude webshop

I am very satisfied with the super good service, fast delivery, great products, excellent prices, you will always be spoken to in a friendly manner. I have been a customer for several years. Unfortunately, my last order had not arrived, when I called customer service about this, the employee immediately created a new order and I received the package the next day with a gift for the inconvenience. Nothing but praise for the service of John Beerens.

Super service: mega fast and easy. Received excellent advice on what alternative wax I could use because the wax I always used for my hair came from the collection.

Never again! I have ordered something for which the delivery time was 5 days, after 1 week I send an email with the question where the order remains, no reaction. After 1.5 weeks I send again an e-mail and again no response. On my 3rd mail I receive a packing slip with no further text or explanation! The day after my order was delivered, about 1,5 weeks after placing my order. Very customer-unfriendly and really no longer of this time. So for those few euros more, I prefer ordering from a webshop that does communicate and delivers on time.

After a positive experience with the help of friendly customer service (an old promotion was accidentally still online), everything seemed to be in order. I received a shipping confirmation the same day, only ......
First, the most important thing, a curling iron, was supplied because it suddenly turned out not to be in stock (was stated when purchasing in stock), where I had to go back via customer service (again friendly and also resolved; I opted for another tongs). Secondly, now almost a week later, the track and trace link still indicates that the other products were not delivered to DHL while it is included; Order before 10 p.m., delivered tomorrow. Again contact with customer service. I am assuming that it will be picked up nicely now too, but if you state 'tomorrow at home', then it is deceiving in my eyes if it has not been delivered after almost a week. Moreover, having to contact yourself three times to get your order sorted out by mistakes at John Beerens is just frustrating, no matter how nice. If they had their website / inventory management in better order, customer service would not even be necessary.
I understand the frustrations of all the negative reactions below very well! Sin, can be many times better.

A month or two ago I ordered 2 things and it s still not here. I didn t receive any confirmation e-mail so I decided to e-mail them after the payment I did. I got a e-mail back from them and they asked my order number so I gave them that and after that nothing happend.

What a jerk company. After one month I still did not receive my order. No response to my many sent emails. They have received my money the way you understand, but I don't have my products. If you want to get rid of your money without getting anything in return, you've come to the right place.

Do you need a hair product for a specific date?

05-03-2018 A product from Mizani ordered which would have been delivered within 1-4 working days was still not available after 7 working days. Had contact with customer service, because John beerens will not inform you about this .. the product turned out to be sold out ..
Then I picked another product and passed it on to the customer service by telephone. Again the delivery time: 1-4 working days, but certainly within a week, the customer service representative indicated.

Again no success, NO email, NO phone call that apparently the shipment has not been made.
It is now 16-05-2018 .. 2 MONTHS FURTHER

I have never felt so scammed about a product of a few tens and I have never had to wait so long for a hair product

Ordered Monday. Everything in stock according to webshop. Nothing on Wednesday. Mail sent quickly response would be received this week before the weekend. Unfortunately. Maybe adjust the slogan or communicate more clearly about delivery time and stock during ordering or afterwards. Shipment has been registered with DHL since Thursday, but they cannot send anything if they do not have a package. Now hope it will be delivered a week later. Not the best first experience here.

Bought a CHI straightener more than a year and a half ago through John Beerens. Recently the cord broke, while I had just done sparingly with it. Reported to John Beerens and TOP helped! Should the straightener return and a new one is on its way. Top service and super friendly!

I have been using Hairinfinity vitamins for 3 weeks.
And I am really so surprised about the results so far.
I already see a lot of difference, my hair is already thicker, I already have a growth of almost 2.5 cm and I can already see that my hair has grown.
I never expected that I would be able to see results after 3 weeks, because usually you see almost no results or the result is nil.
I am really happy with these vitamins, and will continue to take them until I have been allowed to get the length that I want.
I only recommend taking 2 vitamins at the same time, but taking 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening, because then I feel you get a better result

- Order not received within 10 days, no email or message.
- in the end it would be 15 June (received nothing) but I will get it (maybe) today
- suddenly 1 product was not available and I agreed to a two-part delivery
- I now receive an email with a packing slip stating that another product is not included so that I have no use for the first delivery ...
Really dredging that it must be this way, very tiring and always not a good solution.

My Chi straightener was broken after +/- 1.5 years. I no longer had the receipt, as well as an email from my order at the time. After calling customer service I immediately received a return label from UPS and I could return my broken straightener (she could find my order in the system). A day later I received a message that the straightener was returned and that it will indeed be replaced. Unfortunately, the same straightener was no longer available and I received the newer model. It arrived the next day.

If you have to pay 2.60 for something that is nothing more than an aluminum tester. While the site shows a nice bottle, you are just a scammer.

In the end it was okay with my order. But I want to advise you to respond to e-mails to customer service. You save a lot of frustration with your customers.

Despite the good price, unsatisfied.
For the umpteenth time the promise "ordered before 10 p.m., delivered next day" is not true. Ordered on Wednesday morning, no items in the house on Saturday and the products are in stock. Customer service points to DHL and cannot do anything else. I don't order anymore, since this is the 3rd time I have this experience.

Note:

As a reaction, I want to add that DHL is being referred to for the third time (with 6 orders). That is possible, but as a customer I have little to do with that. A gesture of leniency is also not offered. perhaps time to find another carrier.
