Ordered a large order 2 weeks ago with shampoos and conditioner. Parcel shipped. DHL was at the door. We saw track and trace at the end of the day (bus seen) and the package was delivered to us the day before. A signature has even been placed. We were at home all day because of corona measures. Not received anything, not even a note. Called DHL. The neighbors had to check. Ringed the bell at 8 houses on the square. Nobody assumed anything for us. In the end, we are now 2 weeks later, John Beerens is waiting for DHL's investigation and cannot do anything in the meantime. Very poor service. In the meantime, I wash my hair with my friend's shampoo. Not very nice. It remains to be seen what they will come up with. I will never order here again!

What a top service! I have never ordered problems here for a long time. Coincidentally my package was lost by DHL of the week, I called John Beerens and told them they could only do something if they received information from DHL. I asked if they could not send my package again because it was jet before Christmas. They would keep me informed but a new package was not possible. Later that evening I received an email if my packer was there in the meantime, but unfortunately it wasn't there yet. Then I got an email back that they are still sending the same package! Thank you very much now I can still give my Christmas gift !!

Never again! I have ordered something for which the delivery time was 5 days, after 1 week I send an email with the question where the order remains, no reaction. After 1.5 weeks I send again an e-mail and again no response. On my 3rd mail I receive a packing slip with no further text or explanation! The day after my order was delivered, about 1,5 weeks after placing my order. Very customer-unfriendly and really no longer of this time. So for those few euros more, I prefer ordering from a webshop that does communicate and delivers on time.

Then I picked another product and passed it on to the customer service by telephone. Again the delivery time: 1-4 working days, but certainly within a week, the customer service representative indicated.

And I am really so surprised about the results so far.
I already see a lot of difference, my hair is already thicker, I already have a growth of almost 2.5 cm and I can already see that my hair has grown.

My Chi straightener was broken after +/- 1.5 years. I no longer had the receipt, as well as an email from my order at the time. After calling customer service I immediately received a return label from UPS and I could return my broken straightener (she could find my order in the system). A day later I received a message that the straightener was returned and that it will indeed be replaced. Unfortunately, the same straightener was no longer available and I received the newer model. For the umpteenth time the promise "ordered before 10 p.m., delivered next day" is not true. Ordered on Wednesday morning, no items in the house on Saturday and the products are in stock. Customer service points to DHL and cannot do anything else. I don't order anymore, since this is the 3rd time I have this experience.
Note:
As a reaction, I want to add that DHL is being referred to for the third time (with 6 orders). That is possible, but as a customer I have little to do with that. A gesture of leniency is also not offered. perhaps time to find another carrier.
