Placed an order more than 2 weeks ago. Already e-mailed with the question where the order stays, but so far no response. I have already ordered hair products at various sites, never had any problems with them, but I no longer order them anyway
1 month later still having problems with it. Send the package back, and what do they do ... they send the products again. Of the 10 emails I sent them, they gave 1x feedback. What a misery
