Three years ago I bought a camping cool box that also runs on gas for camping. The third year, the cool box no longer ran on gas, so it was not used for seven weeks. When we came home we checked if it was still covered by the guarantee, just not of course.
Bought from the Aldi. They informed that it will be repaired within the warranty. Sent and after a few weeks the cool box is sent home with the message that there are no defects. So connect to gas and try, but no, it doesn't work. Call, inquire and send again. Now after a few weeks the message that the cool box can no longer be repaired. Buy a new one. Nice service but not really ...

Ik heb op 9 mei 2020 een airco via bol.com bezorgd gekregen.De verkoper Tristar Europe.

Model: AC 5477 3 in 1 mobiele airco

Toen ik het binnen had, hadden we het niet gebruikt, het was voor de hitte die eraan zou komen. We wilden op tijd een airco in huis hebben.

Na 1 nacht en dag gebruiken kwam er opeens alleen maar ventilator lucht uit. Ook reageerde de airco op de afstandsbediening van de tv.

Ik ben op zoek gegaan naar een klantenservice telefoonnummer, maar geen gehoor.. twee nummers geprobeerd. Toen bol.com benaderd en zo doende kwam ik aan gegevens van Tristar. Mocht het product opsturen.

Maar toen: ik heb een gehandicapt kind en in die warme dagen hebben wij een andere airco aangeschaft omdat de Tristar het af liet weten.

Ik heb een mail gestuurd dat wij graag het geld terug willen 300 voor een airco die na 2 dagen stuk was, hebben wij geen vertrouwen meer in. Ook een slechte klantenservice. Nooit een ontvangst bevestiging ontvangen.

Je raad het: hier gaan ze niet mee akkoord. Ik krijg een gerepareerd product of een nieuwe.

Mensen koop geen airco van Tristar
- snel kapot
- geen goede klantenservice

Update: Tristar wil toch ons geld terug geven gelukkig.

DON'T BUY THESE AIR CONDITIONERS because if there is something you just lose your money.
