Excellent for a late night cocktail when wondering around Mayfair. It's a shame they no longer have live piano at the bar, but I suppose that's the price you pay for the same modernism that also allows women to drink there. I remember when you could smoke a cigar at the bar...

Rooms are 5* as well as the service, food is a work of art ....and recomend an afternoon tea as you will feel spoilt, location in the heart of Mayfair where your close to bond street ECT .

Way overrated. We had a couple of night in a suite, but we expected a larger bathroom and nice golden fittings, but we were sort of disappointed.

A historic London hotel, it is said that even Londoners themselves spend at least one weekend a year there. Inside there is the Cannaught Bar, considered one of the best in the world, it is absolutely not to be missed. Do not leave London without visiting it.

Incredible hotel, a beautiful venue steeped in history, the perfect spot for all of London trips (shopping, food etc), the staff were personable, discreet and highly professional. The spa was fabulous - and the restaurants and the world-famous cocktail bar living up to its reputation! This was our first stay at the hotel - and we will be returning again very soon. Thank you!

Fabulous afternoon tea. The tea sandwiches were delicious as were the scones with clotted cream. The desserts we're almost to pretty to eat. Lovely setting and outstanding service.

dining options are wonderful, particularly menu. unfortunately, the hotel door staff are simply horrible. do unhelpful i cannot imagine what they think their jobs are supposed to be.

The Connaught serves the first-class service. They served the perfect breakfast in bed. The restaurant downstairs serves good and high quality foods. The servers are really charming and knowledgeable about all the menus and teas that they have. There are lots of different dishes that you can choose from. And the hotel is truly wonderful and really perfect place to stay.

The way it should be, the way one should be served.

Very expsensive, however as we all know you get what you pay for (usually). In this case that is true. Excellent bar staff, they know their cocktails. A very nice experience all round, but painfully expensive.

The Connaught is a beautiful botic hotel , located in the heart of Mayfair, it has a great dinning restaurant, service is superb, highly recommended.

It was my first time visiting the Connaught and went for coffee and a little dessert. The decor is what caught my attention to be honest, but the coffee, dessert and service were all amazing too! When I went without booking they told me to wait for 30 mins before I can get a table so probably on weekends you might have to book in advance.

One of the most elegant, accommodating and relaxing hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff was wonderful, the room was lovely, all of the food and drink was incredible, and the atmosphere is second to none. Two great bars, two great restaurants, a perfect location, men unironically wearing top hats -- what more could you possibly desire?

I have the privilege to try some really nice places in London for afternoon Tea but I have to say, the Connaught Hotel is on my top list. I went to the Shangri La the other day and it was awful! I highly recommend this to anyone.

Nothing special about this hotel. The service is great as you would expect from any other 5-star hotel. The rooms are kinda small. The lobby is very small and doesn t have any seating area for people who are waiting. The lobby is gloomy and barely has any light coming in even in the day. It feels sophisticating. Breakfast is the best thing in this hotel so do it! All in all, an average stay in this hotel. Could have better experience with different 5 star hotel paying the same amount.

So I visited The Connaught for my family s annual Christmas dinner. The place itself was lavish, filled with authentic architecture which was lovely to see. The staff were more than willing to help which made the experience delightful. The food was above average but not quite as good as I was expecting. The mash potato however was quite honestly the best mash I ve ever had. (If the chef sees this please drop me an email and we can exchange recipes).
We also met the chef who was a very lovely man.
The absolute stand out of this event was the Dyson heaters they kept so much warmth around me after getting here through the treacherous British weather.

SeSimply amazed at the arrogance and rudeness of the staff here. Perhaps they're stressed? Maybe they didn't like the look of me. Either way, no excuse at this end of the market. Three members of staff failed to meet my modest expectations of courtesy, respect, and politeness. My conclusion is that the mood is systemic and contagious. Still, great location.

You usually have to wait to get a table in the bar, but when you get one, the ambiance is amazing and the drinks second to none.
