What a super nice and involved webshop this is. On Tuesday, January 15, I sent a Chi straightener back to exchange it for a Chi hair. On Wednesday I was informed that they had received the flat iron and that I received the hairdryer. That was already on Thursday, January 17. Really super !!! What has that been going fast? I am very happy with it. I can recommend this webshop to everyone.
