Ordered a spray on March 24 and received it broken...

Ordered a spray on March 24 and received it broken. I had to send it back. 3 emails sent and had no response. Now it's April 23 (one month later) and I called. Poor customer service, says they have "a little" delay with the returns and answer the mailbox. Could still not get an answer about the status of my return, I would hear this within 7 days ... Unprofessional organization. Unfortunately!
