Fair quality, not as good as you can expect from a "quality" hotel tho. Close distance to the train station is a plus but it's also close to a ghetto so you can't really walk around in the area, especially not at nights.

Excellent hotel, where the cheap rooms are waiting for the train and train station. It can be a nuisance to anyone, but not to me. For a relatively small amount of money one can switch rooms to one away from the trains. The rooms are lovely with some nice ikea furniture. There is a tub if you are for that. The breakfast buffet is good for the room price and lacks nothing. Available bar lacks a bit and the bar / lounge area is very open and close to the entrance - it seems a bit like sitting in the door and enjoying themselves.
The hotel appears quite ok but has a nice staff both at reception and in the resturant. Rooms appear somewhat worn and poorly maintained. Poor sound insulation against corridor (slip under the doors), door to bathroom that cannot be closed etc.. But quite ok at a reasonable price. The hotel is close to the train station and communication to the city center is easy.
We have nothing to catch up on. We booked a stay through Risskov car holiday (offer) at this beautiful hotel. We were supposed to check in on Friday, and we were supposed to have dinner over there this one too. Unfortunately, my husband was suffering from migraines and other things got in the way, so we would only be over there around 21-21.30. The hotel solved this by making a round of food that we could take up to the room (which in the meantime had been changed to a superior room at no extra charge) what more could one ask for. Delicious breakfast buffet, lovely beds and rooms in general. Sunday when we were going home we had unfortunately had a burglary in our car and had had a window smashed in the car. Their cleaning lady vacuumed our car clean of broken glass, etc., what a service, they could not do this for. We have certainly been happy to be in the hotel, nice staff and super service. Can definitely be recommended.
What more could you want? Breakfast decent, the bathroom does not stink. In the room, I can make instant coffee or chocolate for free. All you need to do is put a kettle on the floor so you can connect it to the outlet. No senseless rug does not spoil the effect of refreshing after leaving the bathtub. Thanks to the lack of a fridge I do not want to drink a beer or something like that. At night you can sleep, because the electrical socket is far enough away from the bed that you can not reach for the charging cell. The door opened with a traditional key reminds me of the house and times of my youth, and in the room I feel so safe that the safe is completely unnecessary. But they care for me here in this hotel!
The lamps were broken, internet logging error, waited long for the warm water coming through, one key for double-person room, but all seemed much better when I was here the second time.
Room a little worn, at least what I got. But renovation is underway what I understand. Like many other hotels, it feels like they employ questionable craftsmen. Slightly angular and fine, switches that slip, sit loose, etc. Breakfast totally ok. Good location near train station with good connections.
Good hotel but poor ventilation (in the heat. + 30 outdoor) The hotel has good rooms and good breakfast. Nice staff at the reception who do as much as possible to make you feel comfortable.
Nice and calm place but it is pricy compare to other big hotels in Copenhagen. But I love this place as it is near to my work and also they offer member deals.
The room was worn and badly cleaned. The train station was right outside the window which meant a lot of noise at night. Restaurant however was delicious with friendly staff.
Nice room, but right next to the train station, and it sounds quite crazy from the trains. I would have expected good soundproofing windows, but there is certainly none of that. It will not be easy to get to sleep for that noise since trains run every 5 minutes.
Update: It is now 4:37 pm and it turns out that the room has a door to the neighbor next door which is so poorly soundproofed that I can't sleep because of the neighbor snoring, even with earplugs in. I've never experienced anything like it. Incredible that they rent such a room out here to anyone.
Very big rooms for Copenhagen. Few minutes walk from the train station and shops/restaurants/grocery store. I wish the fitness center was better, but everything else was great.
Great breakfast, but there was no iron device on my floor, had to look for it and found one on the 3rd floor, but there was no water in it and to get the water I would need to return to my floor. There was no hair dryer in my room. The phone to the reception did not work. Someone should check things like this before giving a room to a client. Not really satisfied.
Has so far only used the hotel's conference facilities which in turn have been absolutely perfect. Rooms for every purpose in several sizes - coffee bar with all coffee specialties - popcorn and soft ice cream machines and a fantastic breakfast in the restaurant.
The worst hotel I've been to has nothing to do with quality. I was in it twice the first time the room smelled like mushroom the second time there was no hot water. Breakfasts are ok.
It s fine....coming here for work, it s fine. Clean, basic and fine. Gym consists of 2x treadmills, bike and cross trainer but it s fine. Don t take your loved one here, if you re thinking of a nice break in Copenhagen, it s a long way out
Friendly and quick check in / out. Good breakfast and in many ways a fine hotel, but ... the room was VERY worn and old, which greatly reduces the overall impression.
I was on a business trip in the town, so I did not have too much choice except commuting from/to Copenhagen. It was okay for one night, but the room I had was really so old-school and outdated, that I felt myself back in some 90's youth hostel. It was acceptably clean and the bed was comfortable enough to sleep well (after I requested another room which does not look directly at the busy train tracks). The bathroom was the most disturbingly ruined part of the building, rust and cracks everywhere, I really had some discomfort to be there. I am very tolerant about worn-down, but relatively clean accommodations, but this costed my company way above 200 Euros for one single night! For this price you can get 5* treatment in most of the developed countries and not just in a dodgy suburb. Because of this price tag, I discourage you to stay at this place. My gut-feelings say that it was not worth more than 30-40 Euros, even considering the usual Danish price levels.
Stayed for a total of 3 nights. Never again! The room was literally just a few meters from the railway tracks. There was a constant noise of trains stopping, whizzing by and track work that went on incessantly. Had to use ear plugs to sleep (I asked the receptionist who funny enough kept some in stock!). Very worn out and shabby hotel. My window was cracked and draughty, the tap in the bathroom just dribbled water, no pressure, hot water was about 10 minutes in coming, I could go on...
Clean and basic rooms. No luxury, but in local style. Very friendly and nice management. Noteworthy is the restaurant, simple but refined (I think there is not much else in the area). Very good typical dishes
We stayed here for 2 family nights. 2 adults and 3 children. We got two connection rooms with single bath and regular size. Initially we had booked 2 rooms with a bath and a little extra size, so I was a little disappointed with the size m.m. Especially since we had ordered several months in advance and because I am a Platinum member in the hotel chain . The children, on the other hand, got a nice children's package at check-in. The area here is nice and quiet with everything you need nearby. Just a few minutes walk from public transportation. Only 30 minutes from the main train station. It is also affordable here.
This isn't a great hotel. There's very little nearby and the hotels have no form of air-conditioner which makes it a very hard sleep to adjust to in the summer.
