Javier Garcia was very professional, on time, responsive to our problem that turned out to be the City's problem. We called the city and at first we thought we were going to have problems that the city would pass the job back to Javier. Javier was correct and the city took care of it.

John Moore replaced our water pipes in the attic. And, Hector Mejia came to repair the holes in the walls, replacing sheet rock, plugging up holes, and then texturing the sheet rock to match the other parts of the wall. He did a great job with painting all the walls in kitchen, bedrooms, and utility room. Now our house looks like new.
Henry our Technician was on time and conducted himself in a professional manner. He was very A/C observant, pointed out our issues and explained why and proposed several options we had for repairs.
Joseph and his assistant did a great job with our air conditioning unit in our attic. It was about an 8.5 - 9 hour job that they had to do. He explained how the new additions to the system would be able to function along better than before. He gave us a tutorial on how the system was functioning prior to the repairs and how it would function going forward. My wife was satisfied and so was I. Thank you for your service.

Casey came by to inspect out A/C units as part of out GetMoore Membership. He was thorough and explained everything to my understanding and satisfaction. He found that our UV lights in our A/C unit were out and came back within 2 days to replace them (they were still under warranty). When he replaced them, he determined our UV light unit was wired to 120 amps instead of 24 amps by another technician 7 months prior. That is what caused the bulbs to fail. He called JM, informed them and replaced them immediately with NO problems. Casey and John Moore stood by their work and service. In addition, had I not had the GetMoore membership, I would never of known of this. I am a very happy customer!!!

Our gas heater failed during a cool snap in Houston. The tech, Ray, offered us some options, from low cost fixes to full replacement of our old unit. He was able to offer same day service based on our choice of options.

Terrible , my AC isn't working and the Technician supposed to be at my house between 11 and 2 , I received a called in the morning asking if it was ok to extend the time from 9 to 2 , I said ok , 2:10, I called and wait 10 minutes just to be told that I will get a call shortly . 2:40 and still waiting . I canceled a Dr appointment at 1 PM just to be waiting for nothing . Very disappointing.
I think a costumer should be getting at least a courtesy call , I wouldn't recommend a company that doesn't take serious their appointments.

Alex at John Moore Services was very professional and took precautions as far covid-19 when entering and inspecting my concerns. He even showed me issues I didn't know about, which would have caused major damage to my home. Very prompt but expensive. I needed a new 50 gal hot water heater and quote was $3086. When the install took place, they did not put in new drain pan which I paid $199 to replace. Technician said it was not needed and put in for a refund. I hope he is right and not just a case that he forgot to do it and would have to undo everythin.

I have busted water heater. The service was prompt the appraisal was good and they treat my house with respect. All employees were very polite and I always call John Moore before I give any other company a chance. With John Moore you really get more!
Jesse was very helpful to me when it came to putting together a project that was within my budget and lifestyle. It was very important to me that I would be able to shop around and buy materials on my own (for example, Ikea) and he was very open to my options when it came to that route.
Javier helped coordinate the men who did the digging (one of the hardest jobs) 20 feet under my house. He kept me informed as to what the plan was and was honest about how much it was going to cost. He helped me get financing so I could do what had to be done. I am happy with their work.

Horrible experience. My A/C system didn't seem to be working as it should (running all the time and the house not really cooling down). I called them up and they sent someone out to do a "complimentary performance test." He looked at the unit in my attic for about 3 minutes and then went outside to hook up his gauges up to the system. He stated the results were "very bad." It was 5lbs low on refrigerant and the evaporator coil is bad and leaking. He also said my system was too small for the square footage and proceeded to quote me an entire new system... but also just to replace the "faulty" coil if I wanted to keep the small system.
The house is less than six years old and I doubt they installed the wrong system. I then called another company for an assessment. They inspected the coil and found it to be perfectly fine and said I was only 1 lb low on refrigerant. Their explanation was that as people hook their gauges up, you can get a bit low and that there may be a slow leak somewhere to small to find.
All in all, this is the second time John Moore completely exaggerated the problem just to drum up business. Beware. I'm also filing a BBB complaint.
Troy Gallow showed up an hour early because he was in the neighborhood. He was professional in every way. He introduced himself and was most respectful. He clearly knows his craft. He was able to eliminate a clogged drain in a matter of moments. He checked his work thoroughly. I would request Troy for any plumbing job. This was a first class service from scheduling to completion.
The service from John Moore serviceman was great. He arrived early in the 4 hour timeframe and completed the plumbing job quickly and efficiently. We do recommend him highly. He was also courteous and friendly.

Their service is great but you definitely pay for it! Their estimate to replace the blower for our central heating and air conditioning system was $2000. Thankfully we called another service to complete the repairs sooner and we were charged only $350 since the blower did not need replacing!! Can you say fraud, price gouging!

Brought a Rheem hot water heater from them 6yrs ago. And warranty was 6yrs, $2119 installed. Too late for warranty by few weeks.
So, no replacement. Will never do that again.

Tech did not want to replace section of damaged pipe. Only wanted to start with 850.00 for first repair and 450.00 for each repair after that. That is price gouging, I had other plumbing company come out at substantially less.
