Very prompt but expensive. I needed a new 50 gal hot water heater and quote was $3086. When the install took place, they did not put in new drain pan which I paid $199 to replace. Technician said it was not needed and put in for a refund. I hope he is right and not just a case that he forgot to do it and would have to undo everythin.
