Alex at John Moore Services was very professional and took precautions as far covid-19 when entering and inspecting my concerns. He even showed me issues I didn't know about, which would have caused major damage to my home. He didn't just tell me, he SHOWED me, so I knew it wasn't some kind of additional cost that wasn't necessary. I booked for ac removal and replacement as well as a new water heater. Will definitely be using John Moore again for more repairs on other parts of my home!
