Terrible , my AC isn't working and the Technician ...

Terrible , my AC isn't working and the Technician supposed to be at my house between 11 and 2 , I received a called in the morning asking if it was ok to extend the time from 9 to 2 , I said ok , 2:10, I called and wait 10 minutes just to be told that I will get a call shortly . 2:40 and still waiting . I canceled a Dr appointment at 1 PM just to be waiting for nothing . Very disappointing.
I think a costumer should be getting at least a courtesy call , I wouldn't recommend a company that doesn't take serious their appointments.
