Troy Watts repaired our burst water line with higher quality parts than the builder had installed and explained to us the difference. Troy had all the parts he needed in his truck though due to recent weather event in Houston parts were in short supply. Arrived on time and John Moore kept us informed on their progress getting to us.

John Moore Services Electrician, Joshua Davis, provided electrical troubleshooting at my home today. He arrived on time, was very professional and despite a very elusive and difficult troubleshooting effort requiring over 4-1/2 hours, he never lost focus or his temperament. Joshua still needs to return to further troubleshoot, verify the appropriate fix and then make those repairs but I must praise John Moore Services for providing such an outstanding professional electrician and ambassador for the company in Joshua. It would be great if all service technicians were as outstanding. He was awesome and should be recognized for his efforts. Thanks to Joshua Davis and John Moore Services. I am glad I called you for my electrical needs.

Reda came out to check my AC found that the fan motor was slowing fixed it he didn t like the way the universal replacement sounded drove hours away to get the original part for my ac the last one.Put it in now it runs silent and beautiful. I couldn t be more appropriate how above and beyond he went. Checked the over all health of our ac system completely and said it was perfect except the fan. Thank you Reda at John Moore!

He was a very honest man. He offered me options to fix my problem long term. He was congenial and friendly. I appreciated his honesty and didn t try to push me into expensive work.

He explained to me what needed to be fixed and how he would go about it. He also offered payment options should I go with company at a later date

Did a total repipe and bathroom sewer pipe repair, and did an excellent job. My mother's house is 86 years old and on pier and beam. Fisnik worked as a team with Nick to get the job. It was a very difficult job.

Had electrical issues..half of home was without power Andrew Estrada is great!! Wonderful job ...very quick had lights within an hour!!! Ask for Andrew for any electrical issues...

Very lousy service, technician spend less than 30 min, could not even diagnose the problem correctly. Wasted my $69.00. never again.

AFTER OWNER'S RESPONSE, FOLLOWING IS MY ANSWER:

No, your customer team has not reached to me personally. Your technician Diego Ferreyra came to check the source of a clanging noise of our ac outdoor unit and said it was the compressor that went bad and we have to replace it, gave a rough estimate of $5000.00. We called another company to verify and they found out ac motor bearing was bad, after they replaced it for few hundred dollars, ac is now running fine!!

Your company should refund me $69.00.

After my above response, i received a call from customer service and I appreciate that I was refunded the trip fee.

Carlos was courteous, hard working and did an excellent job. Installation was done in a neat orderly fashion. He took care to protect my wood floors when moving the old unit out and the new unit into the attic. Clean up was very good as well. He and his helper are highly recommended.

Michael Birdesy did a great job of explaining the root cause of mice coming into house. Fixed the holes unlike competitors we previously used. He is always on time, comes after we get off work and willing to work around our schedule. He is very polite and professional.

Alex came out and was exceptionally nice, professional, and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about he and John Moore Services!

We were lucky enough to dodge a huge bullet when our water heaters failed (2-40 gallon tanks ) and we caught it before it did major damage. I called on a Friday morning, had an appointment the same day, and the John Moore DREAM TEAM (no joke, literally a fleet of technicians) came out three days later on Monday. They arrived at 10am and were done by 330pm and you would not have even known they were here. Quick, efficient, clean and thorough. I remember John Moore when they were just plumbing, and visiting their original location on Steubner Airline, and even meeting Mr. John Moore there. Definitely a trustworthy company with a long-standing record of excellent customer service and support. Thanks to Hunter Clifton, Khalil Grier, Donta Boutte, Andrew Estrada, and the other Technicians for an amazing job.

Christian had to bypass the busted pipe on my filtering system in order to have running water inside my home. After the repair, he checked for leaks and noticed my tankless had a leak. I was scheduled for the tankless repair and flush on Friday, but another plumber was able to come two days early. Thanks to both plumbers, I now have water after almost 3 weeks without.

David Lawrence was extremely courteous and professional during his visit. He knew what he was talking about and provided us the best advice and recommendations for our repairs. Second time I used John Moore and I am a happy return customer.

I am very happy with John Moore Services. My main sewer line need a spot repair, I didn't know how bad it is and ask for quote from John Moore. I made the online appointment at night. John Moore called me in the next day morning and Donald M. arrived at my home at 10 am. Their response is very fast!

The Worst Service Ever He straight out lied and told me my water heater was 10 yrs old when I have a receipt bought it 5 years ago and even Whirlpool who I had on line said the water heater is 5 years old and it does not need to be replaced I will never Recommend them to anyone I called a different company and they charged me just for labor to replace a part and was less than 40 min

I called this company on Monday well before everyone else and waited for them everyday for a week to come and they never came! They claimed that even though I was one of the first to place a call because of the winter storm, that they prioritized others over me, even though I had NO WATER the whole week!!! Terrible service! Horrible!

I called John Moore on Wednesday and they had someone out within hours! Abel was efficient, polite and very professional! Great customer service! Will always use them

John Moore services over charges customers they only care about there sales quota and customers are only dollar signs. Once you think your getting a good deal they push you to puchasing it after that your stuck with an over priced systen. Consumers please shop around. The Valentines only care about money not you.. They get alot of bad reviews they just have them deleted so you won't see them. Hanna Valentine is not to trust at all.

I've been waiting all day for a technician that was scheduled for 9-noon. No phone calls... no tech...AND I was made to pay $69.00 up front even though we scheduled three days in advance to avoid wasting our entire day waiting them. Now John Moore has robbed me of $69.00 and no-showed... horrible service! Never again.

I do not recommend this company. My elderly father called them about a dripping sound that turned out to be a clogged AC drain pipe. The tech who came tried to sell my dad $4300 of insulation before even addressing the clogged pipe. Then their estimate to clear the clog was $499. I called another company that cleared it for half that. I cannot speak to the quality of their work as we did not have them do anything but I did not like the attempt to sell insulation before they even took care of the original problem. I would definitely recommend getting other estimates from other companies.

Derric was professional, prompt and on time. He explained everything to me. Showed me how to work the new breaker box.

Russell was very nice and helpful. He did a good job and was very informative on what he was doing and why. Will be calling him if we need anything else done. Highly recommend calling John Moore for any other services.

Leonard and another Gentleman installed (3) ceiling canned lights, (2) under counter LED strip lights, a new outlet in the attic, fixed another existing junction box in the attic, installed a new ground rod and a complete house surge protector. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Great Job!!!

This man was amazing in every possible way he was kind professional he wasted no time went right to work I could not have been more pleased. I will never call anybody by John Moore ever again.

The technician is very nice man but he does not seem to know what he is doing. I was explained that it would cost $500 to look through the camera from the roof through the pipe and he said my pipe is broken. He then told me it would cost me $6000-7000 dollars! I was like yikes no way I can afford it. I denied. Paid $186 something for service fees. Anothe friend referred me to his friend who s plumber. he checked and said it is not broken. All I needed was to have snake into the wall pipe to unclog it. He said everything looks good. I felt The John Moore is riping you off. Be cautious and get a few estimates before making a decision using the services.

Disappointing with John Moore Plumbing. I had to ask for 100% refund but they offered me the half and I accepted.

Quick, professional service! Very pleased with scheduling and the very kind, skilled electrician who came out. We really have always had a good experience using John Moore.

My heater went out on 3/2. I called that night to set an appointment for repair and/or possible replacement. Mr. Rowland and Mr. McLaughlin arrived on time the next morning, 3/3. They were courteous and professional, gave me a great explanation of the problem, and explained the possible solutions. I opted for the complete replacement of my HVAC system. Mr. Reddick came out and worked on the electrical box in preparation for the system. He was very courteous. Mr. Garcia and his helper arrived to install the new system. They were here for nearly 12 hours, finishing the job in the early a.m., so that I would have heat on a cold night. They were courteous, professional, and took great care to clean up at the end of a very long day. I greatly appreciate the fantastic service provided by all in the John Moore family!

I love how you guys lie to the public. NOT! You advertise ac inspection and tune up for $69. Now your technician is telling me it only covers the inspection. After we talked he said he would do them both, but only use water and no chemicals to clean the unit. Then when he found out that there are 2 units, he told me it would be more now. I told you CSR that I had 2 units and all they said was it would be $69. All you guys want to do is just get more money out of everyone. I was told these technicians got paid with commission and I see it now.

He did the job he came to do. But he blocked the driveway (which is illegal). My mother came home and needed to park in the driveway; your technician was up on a ladder at the time, and when asked to move his van, stated "I'll just be a few more minutes". My mother had to be insistent that he move his van right away; otherwise, the street would have been blocked if she were to wait to pull her car in the driveway.

Andrew come out today for an electrical inspection. He was very professional, helpful and for sure knowledgable gave about electrical work. He gave us thorough easy to understand breakdown. I would definitely hire him!

The technician was great, very friendly and very knowledgeable. I only gave three stars because of the price. I was looking for an interlock switch and inlet for my generator. The price I was quoted was 6X more expensive than two other quotes.
