Art was on time and very professional. Wore a mask and covered his shoes. So much appreciated. Very knowledgeable about plumbing.

He flushed my water heater which is the service I requested. He gave me so much insight into other areas that needed my attention. He was not dogmatic nor over bearing on those areas we discussed.
