These people are LIARS!!!!! Do not believe them and do no use them. I called at 1:00 p.m. when I got home and discovered my AC didn't work and asked if they could send someone out today. Because if they couldn't I was going to call around and find someone else while it was still early. The ASSURED me they would have someone out today, between 5 and 8 p.m. So I called work to wait for them to go ahead and get it fixed.

Well come 5:30 someone called and said they were running behind (yes, the theme of the reviews on here) and would not be able to come out today after all but they would schedule me for "first" thing tomorrow morning. When I told them that was not acceptable and that I would find someone else they magically could send someone.

Fast forward two hours, and 3-4 deg hotter in my house, later still no one was here so I called back and there was some kind of "mix up" because I never had an appointment today, but they could try to send someone out tomorrow. I must have misunderstood. I just hung up. I would rather sit in the heat a week and wait for someone who is honest about not being able to come out than deal with such blatantly dishonest people. Especially since it appears from these reviews that this is their regular way of doing business.

The Technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did he explain the work that he performed, he also gave me helpful maintenance advice.

I asked John Moore for a quote to replace my water heater. It was comparable to their competition. I like that it is a family owned business and will probably use them for my replacement. Alex, my technician, was very informative and knowledgeable. All questions were answered and I am satisfied that this job will be done correctly.

He was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable!!! Will be using his services when I get the job done

Great overall experience. Developed a game plan and executed as expected. 4 cameras installed, Nest. Wiring was ran cleanly above expectation. Stucco home was not an issue. Through-hole alignment spot on. Proper mounting. Recommend Josh D!

My hot water heater went out, and not only did Miguel fix it quickly, he explained how I could do it myself if comfortable and gave me advice on what to look out for if we had continuing issues. I felt like the service call was a good value.

Journeyman Plumber Troy Gallow, came to my home to trouble shoot issues that I was having with hot water heater, kitchen sink, and toilet. Mr. Gallow provided exemplary customer service. Mr. Gallow was professional and explained to me in layman terms the issues with my plumbing and hot water heater. Because of Mr. Gallow s excellent customer service and knowledge, I will definitely use John Moore in the future. I m quite impressed with the exceptional service!

Jose with John Moore was a pleasure to work with. He was very informative and quick to diagnose the issue with our condenser unit. After replacing a capacitor on the unit and getting things up and running he continued to explain things to keep and eye on in an older house and some very useful tips for keeping things running smoothly. A+ Service!

Was charged any exorbitant amount just to unscrew and disconnect two pipe joints and a water line and place a cap- $450.00. Was told the plumber would be back that Saturday, a different plumber came by while the water damage specialist were working, he then promised to be back, he never showed. The following Monday the plumber showed up and couldn't repair the inside kitchen drain pipe due to rain, according to him. I was promised a quote for the repairs, but never received it. I called and spoke with Mark Welch and he assured me he would send it- nope. Lack of communication and dedication to my issue. I am very unhappy.

Charles did a fantastic job. He was actually an hour earlier than anticipated. Called ahead and communicated such and his ETA. Was very thorough in our AC inspection. Explained what he found and the significance. Completed the work and was extremely professional. Would recommend and use Charles agin and again. Thank you.

They wanted to charge us $6000 to hook the pipes from our mobile home to our septic tank that is barely 25 feet away. At that point, it d be just as expensive to pay for a full aerobic system installation. Total ripoff.

Tony installed my granite vanity tops during a bathroom remodel and his work was flawless. He was a joy to have in my home. Not only did he work on his own on Sunday to ensure the job was completed by end of day Monday, he arrived early and stayed late until the job was 100% complete and made sure I was completely satisfied. I would absolutely recommend his work and use him again. An absolute professional.

Poor quality of plumbing work. They did not check behind their work and still gathered payment. I ended up having to pay another plumbing company to fix it right. Last time i use John Moore.

He even texted me back and then told me to call him With an additional issue our old unit was having after they had been to the property. Then he set up the appointment immediately for the next day after we spoke at 8:05 PM. I don t know when these people get off work but they were there for me the whole time I needed them

Troy has always been there for me no matter what- he makes sure he takes care of my problem with the least amount of stress on my part - I will always use John Moore for my household repair needs

Set up appointment. Henry text when he was on his way. Henry explained the options available and set up a full replacement of the system for the next day. I was aware of the age of the equipment in my home and was expecting to replace it. I was surprised how many options were available.

I recently had my whole house re-piped. It was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The technician Clint was great very professional .The dryer wall repair people did a fantastic Job also. You would never know if anyone was in my house to do any repairs to the water system. Would highly recommend.

Helped finalize quote and action plan to replace old HVAC system.

The technician was very helpful, resolved the unexpected issues when installing the new thermostat and made sure it was all functional. He also gave some advise on other things that may help improve the house energy efficiency.

The John Moore plumbing tech was at my house just a few hours after I called in. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me options for repair or replacement, then got the job done. John Moore is not the cheapest option for repairs but they are quick and reliable and do good work, so for me it's worth paying a bit "moore". Will definitely use them again.

Kahlil Grier and his team were very professional, prompt, receptive to my needs, and very competent. I was kept in the loop at every step of the way with a whole house replacement of my water lines. Also replaced was my water heater, two faucet, and shower apparatus. At first I thought the cost was pricey, but after seeing what was done I changed my mind. Five stars to Mr. Grier and his team.

I have never used this service until today. My heater has been out for the last couple of weeks, but because my wife and I were exposed to covid-19, nobody would come out to service the heater. While I understand this from one aspect, I also know that with proper protective gear, people can still be safe. This service was okay with coming out and performing the repairs. Luckily by the time they arrived, the self-quarantine was over anyway. They arrived sooner than expected, and the technician was courteous and professional. I personally think the service is kind of expensive, but in many aspects, you get what you pay for. So far, we are extremely happy.

Juan found and repaired a leak in one of my tub drains that no one else has been able to locate.. He was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. The area around the repair was left completely clean. He had to cut through the wall to fix the leak ...it was a perfectly clean cut so he was able to put it back into the sheetrock so my painter will have an easy wall repair. 5 STARS

I was impressed (as usual) with the communication and service provided by John Moore. They kept me posted (by phone & text message)on when the plumber would arrive. Fisnik was pleasant, courteous and professional at all times. He unclogged my kitchen drain quickly and left the site clean. I would highly recommend him to others! when my light started turning off after I had just switched it on I called john more. they sent Joshua out to help me and he did so with such professionalism and politeness I just have to brag about him. he soothed my nerves about a possible fire and went straight to work, he checked my switch to ensure that it was indeed just the switch and not some bigger issue. he had me all fixed up in less than an hour! give John Moore a call when you have a problem, they will help you too!

Although repairs seem to be needed at the most inconvenient times, John Moore is always conveniently available, even during COVID. First and foremost, Reda took safety precautions by wearing a mask and gloves at all times. He also had foot coverings for his shoes. He thoroughly access my home heating system and provided a comprehensive explanation with repair and payment options. He provided exceptional customer service in an efficient manner. He s awesome! Thanks John Moore.

Plumber Kahlil was great. Fixed the broken pipe for our bathtub and found another small leak all in one visit. He explained the cost and was eager to try the less expensive approach. No pushy and unwanted salesmanship. All together a great experience.

Michael was excellent, patient & professional when inspecting my residence for rodent activity - the same level of professionalism with Kevin, who did an excellent job ensuring residence was: properly sealed, repaired - where needed - baited & revisited for re-checking of traps. Mr. Grey was high professional, efficient and effective in resolving my electrical issues. I was pushed to go to work. Mr.Grey not only met my deadline, finished unsupervised and even corrected previous incorrect work done by supposedly other professionals of equal skill. It s the best money I have spent having my whole house rewired by John Moore.

Troy watts was technician and he arrived very quickly. That is the only good thing that I can say. Y'all came out to do the very same job in 2012 and it cost me 140.00 ( if I remember correctly). It is a very small 2 inch elbow with maybe 6-12 inches on each side needing replacement. Dang, I had already dug the dirt around it. He wants to charge me 199.00 for the very same issue. No thank you. I will calm down and find a more reasonable quote from another company. NOT HAPPY!

We have used John Moore many times in the past. While they are not the cheapest, they always do excellent work, have very professional staff members, and complete the job in a timely manner. Our most recent visit was to install an antique chandelier. The technician, Kevin M, did an excellent job. He treated the antique with respect and installed it promptly with precision. I would definitely recommend John Moore for your electrical needs!
