I went in with the intent to lease a newer vehicle the staff at Jim Butler was more than professional in giving me and my wife all the options on leasing and buying. Not only did they explain both deals but let me choose what deal was best for me and my family. Great staff and the utmost professional personnel.

The salesman was phenomenal. I have never been to a dealer that I did not have to fight tooth and nail to get what I felt my trade-in was worth until I dealt with Jim Butler Chevy. They came in actually higher on my trade than what I had expected and I had researched Kelly Blue Book and Edmunds so I knew what my truck was worth. Really quite relaxing for once not to fight for every dime I felt I deserved on a trade. I will definitely go back there when my husband is ready to trade in and get his new truck in the future.

I went to them to get a truck I could use for work, they took advantage of my situation and pushed me into a truck I'm not happy with, the more I tried to back out the more pushy they got and come to find out that 2 months later they where selling brand new Colorado z71s for the same price they sold my used Colorado wt for, I needed a full size and I know they had 2 on their lot around the same price but said this was the only truck they could do anything with with my credit, they don't care about happy customers just profit and when I am in a better position to buy a truck they will not be receiving my business

Another dealer told us that the tire pressure monitor had to be replaced. After the service techs checked our tires, the monitor was gone from the dash. We are very pleased with Jim Butler service. Our Saturn is running like new again.

John Z took my problems and put them into a new car that I actually don't mind paying for . I was upside down on my 2014 Chrysler 200 and the only way I could fix the issue was by putting the negative equity into a brand new car . At first I was a little nervous at even the thought of a new car with no miles but everything worked out prefect. My finance person even informed me that I only need my GAP for two years and after I can cancel and get the different. I am also happy that a 5 year warranty comes with the car as well . I am so happy with my 2017 Chevy Cruz .

2 Stars, why? Well, when I first came in to the dealership everyone was very kind and greeted me, offered me a water and it was very pleasant. I wish I could say the rest of my experience was a positive one, unfortunately it was not.
I went to Jim Butler after I was highly recommended by two friends one knowing the salesman and one knowing the sales manager. I sat down with the salesman and went over what I wanted out of this specific car (they didn t have what I wanted on the lot but would find it.) The sales manager wrote the price break down of the vehicle I wanted, minus my trade, plus my loan pay off, plus some other fees then there was a total. I specifically asked if that total included my down payment and I was told NO. The salesman then wrote down the number after he deducted said down payment and underlined it. I went home that night and discussed the cost with my S.O.
The next day I told my rep I would do the deal for said amount and I would be there that evening to sign the papers. I get there the next day I sign everything up to the point of the contract paper with the final numbers in which I challenged since it was not the final number we agreed upon after my down payment. The rep comes back and asked how I got to the original agreed upon number?!?! At this point I m in slight shock, those numbers presented to me were from the salesman and sales manager on the Customer Worksheet, their math not mine. So they recalculate and told me a new number! What?! I never in my life experienced a professional business not honor a price they tell their customer. I work in sales and customer service and you suck it up, own the mistake, honor the price, and move on. The worse part about the whole situation was I was made out to be the one who miscommunicated. I m not sure where I miscommunicated because the numbers I corresponded with were those that were exactly presented to me from the salesman.

Ongoing issues. I have purchased three new vehicles here . Never again. This time it took 7 and a half hours to complete deal. I did not get the car i picked out. The salesperson was argumentative and kept trying to change the deal. Since then i have had it in to get carpet issue dealt with FIVE times twice under warranty, three times where they just "fixed it" (not). Very high pressure to give all tens on review. I am happy to do that if i get even decent service.still contending with carpet problem.

Brett is a very kind and understanding salesman. He took the time to listen to my needs and wants even when I would go on and on for hours about the different options the cars had. Brett showed knowledge & really cared about my safety in a new car and helped me stay motivated in my decision making. The friendliness of Brett was welcoming and will make it easy for me to refer friends and family to. He is very tentative to helping his clients and stays busy even when he is supposed to be "off" he is still willing to come in and be available to you. He made it easy to reach him with a downloadable app and also provided his cell number to contact him directly. He deserves two thumbs up in my book. Thanks Brett!. At first I was looking at a Chevy Equinox and test drove one for a day only to decide the engine size wasn't a good fit. I then had asked if they had a Jeep Cherokee available due to Brett mentioning a dealer to dealer partnership his company has. Only to find a Cherokee that was already at their lot with the right size engine an being a 4x4. It was a trade in from another customer that Brett worked with a few weeks prior. The Jeep was driven a day or so and even after having some second thoughts Brett was supportive all the way. He really helped with my trade in too. Talking with his team and keeping me in the loop the whole time. I really felt apart of the dealership family.. Jim Butler runs as a family friendly dealership. They are very welcoming and kind. As I watched folks come and go they were people of all ages and it was really humbling to witness the generosity in the room. They have excellant deals and are really looking out for the consumer..

I can't say enough about the finance team that worked a miracle for our family. I couldn't be more happy with my purchasing experience! Went to get tires and alignment. All over the store it says they price match tires. Requirement is for physical add or online add for any business within 100 miles. I asked if they price match Walmart the guy said yes. He got me prices, I showed him Walmart, big shock Walmart is about $35.00 cheaper per tire than they are. Well now they can't price match unless I physically go to the store and have them print me an invoice lol. Surprise surprise. You just lost my business and my wife's business. No more services, when new vehicle time comes around it won't be with your dealership. Have a great day :)

Great guy definitely will be recommending him to others. Had an appointment for 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 15. Dropped off Cadillac on Monday night, the 14th. Called Tuesday to tell us it would be at least a day or two before they would be able to get it in to even do a diagnosis? (Why the appointment to begin with?) Wasn't offered a rental until Thursday/Friday. Updates and follow up via phone, or anything else, was non-existent. Lady in customer service wasn't the most pleasant. Finally was able to pick the vehicle up the following Tuesday, a week later. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

Even though I purchased my vehicle from another dealership (only because i bought a pre-owned and Butler didn't have EXACTLY what i was looking for at the time) I brought my car to Butler for an oil change. I called when i was on my way and by the time i arrived they took my vehicle right in for service. the service adviser was fun and courteous. Once I arrived they checked and my car needed some kind of service and they even offered (since I live close) to have the driver take me home so I didn't have to wait at the dealership while my car was serviced.

Overall it was a great experience and I will be a repeat customer.

Service was as far as I can tell was excellent.
Had planned on doing a "customer supplied oil" change but was advised that the Penzoil that I have been using on Chevrolet vehicles for over 30 years may not meet Chevrolet recommendations and void my warranty, so as my FIRST oil change was complementary I went with your Service Consultant's recommendation.

My only negative comment would be the overall amount of time required for a scheduled appointment. I understand that including tire rotation in the appointment definitely increases the amount of time required but trimming 15 min off of the slightly over 2 hours in the waiting room.

The addition of a complementary car wash was a nice touch !

took my 2017 Malibu in the get the oil changed and to get two alerts that I received through On-Star checked out. The check in staff were all very helpful and courteous but the standout was Kim Hausmann. She walked me through everything from the check-in to getting a loaner to contacting me when the car was finished and telling me what the Tech's had found and repaired. Getting the car to the Tech's took some time due to the large volume of service work being done there but Kim told me to keep the loaner until the work was completed. All in all this was a very satisfactory and stress free experience thanks to Ms. Hausmann.

He was patient and took in to consideration everything that I was saying. I did not feel pressured into anything, and when I stated my concerns or questions, he answered In a calm and confident response. Wish I had gone somewhere else.
Was originally charged $6,000+ more for my Vehicle, than it was listed for on website (same VIN #). I had to point out mistake in loan paperwork several days later.
Kelly in financing department lied to me about credit pulls. One week after purchasing vehicle, I was still receiving credit pulls.
Features on vehicle were not explained to me- still don t know how to use them. Vehicle is still in demonstration mode.
Vehicle was not detailed Or even wiped down before taking possession.
Never went over oil change or maintenance with me. Sales rep Matt, didn t spend much time at all with us. It was very clear that we were just a number to him. Just an overall unpleasant experience. We are looking to purchase another vehicle, and will not purchase from here again.

I took my 2015 High Country in for an oil change and was lied too three times by their service department and when I called to talk to the service department manager I had too leave a message in which he has never returned my call. When they did the oil change they said they topped off all fluids as well as the diesel exhaust fluid. So the next day my diesel exhaust fluid light came on saying that it was about to run out, so when I proceeded to take it back to the dealership and told them that they didn't fill it they said they filled it but didn't reset the sensor. I know there is no sensor to reset but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called another dealership to confirm if there was a sensor that you had to reset, and as I already suspected I was told by the other Chevy dealership that there are no sensors to reset you just fill it and it resets itself. So since I can't trust them to be an honest dealership on something small as this, I will never go back because I can't trust them on something larger that might go wrong. You won't know if they are telling you the truth or not.
