Honestly I couldn t have asked for a better experience. This moving company was recommended to me from a friend. She told me how amazing it is and I absolutely agree with her. The customer service was to the point and helpful. The estimator and movers were great also. I would definitely recommend this company..!!
The sales rep I spoke to was wonderful and informative. The mover on the other hand, was a bit rushed and seemed very annoyed with our questions and concerns. We were moving my father, who is 88 years old, from WA to HI and he was unhappy with the services.
I was unaware of a few details which should have been explained to me more clearly, but all in all, I'd use them again. The fellas that helped deliver our goods in HI were very nice and personable.
Closed an 80 year old estate located in Manhattan.With great help from Hercules, all furniture was moved to interim storage in Los Angeles.By terms of the will, the children had a reasonable period of time to take any furniture they desired. I allowed over 8 years for this activity. During that time period,the furniture was cared for very well,in particular by Gus at that location, but all personnel did an excellent job

I used this Company to move from San Diego to Los Angeles and they quoted a Flat Rate. They lied and added all kinds of charges once they came to Move me, they lost an important one of a kind bracked to a shelf on my Entertainment Center and made off with my Broom to Boot, probably so they could sweep there Truck. They also made another move in between moving me which was very inconvenient and charged a fortune. The worse moving experience I ever had and have moved alot! Don't use this Company!!!
I've used Hercules with small moves two times . I was very pleased both times. They were attentive from beginning to end, taking the time to give me an accurate estimate of the volume ( and cost) of my shipment. Everything arrived in perfect condition. This was in great contrast with some of the reviews perhaps because people are more likely to post a review if they are dissatisfied.
I hired Hercules moving to help me with my last minute move and these guys did an amazing job. David and his team were professional and friendly and handled my stuff with such great care.Nothing was damaged or broken in the process.We were done after approximately 2.5 hours and the final price ended up being less than the original estimate. Very very painful company to use. Great prices however. The sales rep misinformed me on the entire process. Costing me 10 more nights in a hotel in hawaii . Which was more expensive then the entire move. The customer service manager informed me on everything that was wrong but did nothing to help out. Dissipointed and would never use them again.
I'm very pleased with the way hercules helped with my move!! I used the company to move out to San Diego and they were on time, they were careful with all my furniture and other belongings.. and they have really nice customer service :D I give this company a 10/10 ... if i ever move again I will call them next time.. really happy with their help :)
Run run run far away from these people... I did a cross country move n they didn't return all my things ... amazing how things labled DVDs cds n radio ... N laptop came up missing
Called so many times but the office girl ...who was far from a nice person was so nasty ...the man who delivered my stuff wouldn't let me go through the count of boxes because he was so behind.... I had over 2k of DVDs stolen from them .... The salesman was so nice when I left my deposit but when I tried to get help to find my things he was rude n said it was my fault... Sad when u expect what u pd for n get this... Oh PS u can file a insurance claim...what a joke

This move was as simple as any I have ever experienced and I have moved several times. Customer service was very good and movers were courteous and careful with my stuff. I would definately refer them to my friends and family and be confident that they will do a good job.
This moving company made my move from Hawaii to the mainland the worst experience so far. They only are getting one star since Yelp has it to where you have to put on a star to do the review. First they will quote you a price then they send some one to see how much you really have all of two minutes and up the quote thousands of dollars and that's if your lucky they did my site quote three days before I was to leave the island. Then the mover come thank God the first person was wrong. However they then if it isn't a certain cubic feet up the price to the make it so you are paying the same amount as the original price. Then they don't ship to where you were told and they have to wait till they find a trucker that is going your way. Then for me it was a young truck driver who didn't know how to drive truck. They didn't unload my things they threw my fifty year old China and broke it. When you call the company they take no responsibility because they use third parties. It was a horrible experience start to finish plus all my stuff isn't here. It's been lost. Due to all your stuff is thrown in with other people's and they don't take any responsibility for that either. Be very very wary if you are considering them wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. YUVAL is AWESOME! I found them on Google and was a little like "who finds a mover on Google?" But after meeting him it was obvious he was the guy for the job. He and Joe moved a LOT of stuff for us in just a few hours. These guys were superfast and just the best. Friendly and reliable is just the beginning. Can't say enough about the Hercules Moving Systems!!! HIRE THEM!
They only seem to do well if you do a local or same day move. If your move takes longer than a week forget it- they left our belongings in a warehouse for 5 weeks before even shipping from NY to LA. 2 months after our move we got our stuff- 2 boxes were opened, missing items, scratches, dents, mattresses which left us wrapped and clean - arrived in Hawaii filthy and unwrapped (the Hawaii unloaders even noted they came off the boat filthy. Lets see how ,much reimbursement we get- probably none.

Through a recruiter I gained employment at a company all the way in Miami.
I am a native Californian and at 35 years of age I did not want to leave and move my family all that way.
The job recruiter told me she knew of good mover named Hercules.
When moving day arrived they packed (all personal loose stuff) and loaded the truck all in the same day!
I moved from a 4,000 square foot home that my wife me and our three children have lived in for 10 years.
We had stuffed the packers pulled out that we hadn't seen in years.
At the end of the day we were awestruck with the efficiency and professionalism assured to us from our move consultant at Hercules.
When the movers arrived in Miami they came on the day we needed (I was starting a new job and my business suits were in the truck ) within a two hour window as promised!
My new company is hiring people from all over the country and Hercules is the only company the Human Resources Department will use.
Great service!!. Couldn't ask for better movers. Angel and his crew were highly professional and hard working. They carefully handled our fragile things and without a damage. There were no extra fees. Very recommended.

On the delivery day, just before they were due to arrive they called to inform me that they had FAILED TO LOAD THE CONTAINER onto the container ship. It took over a week for them to load it and it will be another MONTH until my delivery arrives. There has been no adjustment to cost for their mistake and there is apparently no rush on their part to expedite things and fix the problem they created. They are incompetent. All hat and no cat.
We used Hercules company for our move from Melrose to Venice. Moving is such a pain and this company made it so much easier! The 3 men who came were professional, timely and so polite. We were impressed at how well they worked and how carful they were with our belongings. Everything arrived intact. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
DO NOT HIRE. When I first contacted this company the gentleman I spoke to was super nice and helpful. I was packing my own things to move to Oregon from Hawaii. When my husband and I moved to Hawaii I did all the packing and we loaded a 40' container, huge screen TV, large glass curio cabinet, scads of breakables and furniture. 1 small bowl was broken. The fellows in Hawaii who loaded a truck for things to go onto a pallet, not taking as much back, were very conscientious and careful. The items arrived in Oregon later than I was told and to my surprise just about everything was damaged. My beautiful Duncan Phyfe style antique table arrived in pieces, All the legs were broken off, the wood screw/dowelling s they used way back when to put things together were sheared off, 75% of picture frames with glass were smashed, large antique painting frame had one corner smashed off, pieces for my platform bed were missing, handles broken off dressers, large gouge in side of dresser, Even a ceramic insert for a brand new crock pot that was still in it's original shipping container, then wrapped in a towel and put into another box was shattered into 8 pieces..Of the three wardrobes, only 1 arrived as it was the other two boxes where smashed, the hanger portions bent and all the clothes were on the bottom of the boxes. My whole pallet had to have dropped from quite a height to cause that much damage. I asked about insurance when I signed on and was told that they could provide it but it was expensive and that they automatically paid $.60 per lb on damage if I didn't buy it. They also suggested that my Personal Property Insurance would cover the move. I had sent a message to my State Farm agent regarding that and didn't hear back until after the things had shipped, actually until they arrived all smashed. I was told that they do cover moving but not with a Moving Company, too bad, sorry. I asked if I was suppose to put it on my back and swim across the ocean. I just received a from Hercules Moving offering me $31.50 for my damages. The letter also states that if I accept the check I am not allowed to write anything bad about the company. Guess who is not signing the letter. I felt I have to warn others about this company. Hercules suggested the problem was because I packed my own stuff, Read the beginning, I packed all of it and more plus loaded a 40' container for the move here and only 1 small bowl was broken, I packed this time they loaded, transferred and shipped and 85% of the load was damage or outright broken when they handled it.
I have photos if anyone wants to see them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I filed my claim in February and it took this long to basically send me a "kiss off", end of July. Photos available is requested.
Do not do business! I had my things in storage and while I got behind, once I paid everything off and had it delivered we found items were missing. Our TV was replaced with large picture frames, one including a drawing with names on it. The tub labeled electronics was missing an Xbox and controllers. Yet because we checked off items as they were taken off the truck, (we were told to check off that the boxes were there and not damaged, never given the time to go through anything while the truck driver was still there) this company refuses to compensate for items their employees stole from us.
Hercules Moving Systems move me from Orlando to LA and they did a great job. Everything was stretch wrapped and the guys were very professional. They found a very old ring of mine and were quick to let me know. I would definitly recommend these guys.
I wanted to say thank you, from the bottom of my heart, this quick transition for my daughter almost no tension. I'm not worried once since we talked, you are such an amazing representative Hercules moving. I'll give you a name and number to anyone who asks me about freight services. I have many clients and customers that they need services and professional custom type. You're good at what you do. I worked for three years in the showroom @ Shadia imported, and believe me, I know what you need to do is not easy. Particularly working mothers frantic with me.

Hercules Moving made it incredibly easy to make the move to our larger office space hassle-free. The workers work quickly, efficiently and were a true professional. Plus, we managed to save a substantial amount of money.
Just recently move with Hercules Movers from Los Angeles, CA-NY. Overall, good experience, the price from Drew was fair and it fit my budget. On the moving date, the crew that came was very efficient, worked hard, and knew what they were doing. The customer service department, always responded my phone calls and gave me answers in regards to the status of my items. Now that my items are here in New York, and arrived in one piece, I can go ahead and recommend Hercules Movers. :)
A $1200 dollar will cost you $2200 and that is will broken items and EVERY box damaged in some way. I wish I had a time machine to avoid this mess...please avoid...their discounted prices are a lie!
Hercules moving system has a great customer service that will call you and follow up with you almost every day to earn your business, but their customer service during the move and afterward is horrible. The driver claimed that he had to do a long distance carry to carry my furniture to my apartment and charged me $500 on the spot or else he wouldn't take my furniture. He claimed that the distance was 200 ft at first, then 250 ft, then 350 ft, then 425 ft. I google mapped and also used a distance app on my phone and the distance is only 150 ft of which 75 ft was supposed to be free. I felt ripped off by this company and getting my money back is not easy at all and customer service is not good at all, they kept the delivery portion of the receipt and claimed that the driver is en-route. All lame excuses. My furniture also came with a lot of dents, scratches, and chips. Not a very happy customer.
They messed up our furniture and almost left my mom and dad's bed frame. They left a lot of things at our apartment. They also gave us a different price from the quote when they got to the apartment. They made us pay 600 dollars to move our things into the truck. They didn't assemble our tables and bed frames when we got to our new home. They made cuts on our leather couch when moving it in and out of the truck. They took one of our entertainment shelves when they moved it. We were shocked and upset when they gave us two completely different prices. DONT USE HERCULES MOVING COMPANY!!
The entire service was very poor from the beginning until we received our items.
1) We got overcharged the quote was different, the movers measure the whole move and according with Gustavo (mover) calculation I have to pay 350 more of my estimate or give to them 200 tip. I was thinking of saving money so I tip them in check that I can show proof of that.
Pick up date Saturday June 28.
2) I did not hear form the company for about 2 weeks. I was calling to the company almost every day and no answer zero customer service. people very uneducated. An email was sent on July 11 indicating the delivering date from 07/20/14 to 07/25/14
3) Friday july 18 I received I call from IONI he told me about delivering date. I told him that the max day for delv would be 24 because nobody will be at home, or that I can wait for next delivery time in 1 month.
4) Ioni called tuesday 22 promising that the guys will at our apartment early in the morning next day. Movers showed up at noon, My husband who is a Dr could not wait so he went to work and came back to open the door (noon) he told them he will be back by 5pm to check every thing. Well these people decided to literally dump our belongs and not assemble the furniture like the dinning table, bed, tread miller, even some item were left with pad, trash every where, mattress still in boxes. And I am not counting that I have not open all the boxes.
Our bed useless, dining table useless missing parts, missing boxes, item left with pads.
This company is a scam and it should be penalize for the poor quality service
We had a stress free moving experience with Hercules movers. The 3 men were helpful, accommodating and professional. All my belongings arrived safely without any scratches or damage. Awesome service.
I had so many things that were labeled fragile smashed and mistreated. It had to be intentional. Do not trust these people, absolute scum.
I'm pretty sure all of the 5 star reviews here are fraudulent. Must be the employees and owners trying to stop the bleeding.
There are many other moving and shipping companies in the area... let this one die already and take your business elsewhere.
I used them to move across the continent from CA to CT. The crew loading my items stole weights out of the garage. They left so much trash behind. We had bought them lunch and feed them. Several boxes were lost in the move. Several boxes were beyond crushed. Some of my items ended up in Texas. None of my lost boxes were ever returned. The worst group of people and company ever. Years later, I still am sick to my stomach over this. Mike, the guy who handled me is just a liar. Plain and simple. Keep shopping for a better company.
I'm not happy with Hercules Moving Systems if I could give 0 stars I would. They tell you what you want to hear to get you to use their company. Then they flip the book and say they didn't say these things etc. They are just sales people trying to sell their company. I will NOT be using their services and will go elsewhere with my money. Not to mention they are quite rude.
I had such a terrible experience with movers in the past so naturally I was very anxious this time. Thankfully, I was very happy with Hercules movers and would recommend them to anyone. From the coordinating and the moving they were friendly and professional. Also, my total bill was right within their estimated range.
I just moved to Southern CA from Seattle and had a horrible experience with Hercules. They do a great job of reeling you in by acting friendly and responsive up until they pick up your things, then you can't get anyone to respond to phone calls or emails. I called their customer service department over a dozen times and left multiple messages to call me back but never heard a peep until a week after I got my apartment. When they did show up they tried to get into my complex with a semi truck(my things were NOT picked up in a semi) and when it wouldn't fit they hired another company to deliver my things and charged me an extra $300 on top of the 'binding quote' they originally gave me. In addition to this multiple items were either broken or lost. They also use a third party company to handle their claims, most likely because they have so many complaints! Do NOT use this company, they will rip you off!
I can't say enough great things about Hercules. They were professional every step of the way finding a great balance between moving fast and doing things carefully. They showed up right on time, moved our large 3 bedroom with one guy packing in the truck and 3 or 4 others (4 for pack and 3 for unpack) moving. Wow Wow Wow
Had a great move today with Hercules movers. Jimmi, Jose and Rodrigo finished all quickly and did a great job protecting our furniture. Final price was exactly what we were told over the phone. Glad to write this review for them.
This guys are awesome! My movers were very professional and efficient and got me from a 1 bedroom on a second floor to a third floor apartment in just 2 hours.They were hardworking and took great care of everything. Also,price was very affordable. would highly recommend!!!
Outstanding! They showed up on time with three guys instead of the two they quoted us for. They had their ow plastic wrap for various furniture wrap-ups, and were able to get the whole three bedroom apartment in and tightly packed easily within the three hour minimum we had them booked for. These guys were monsters insofaras their strength, and having them get it all packed was a great relief as the two of us were generally clueless as to what to do and how to proceed in getting everything on the truck.
I had numerous boxes, suitcases and totes to move from an estate. I had packed them myself, and there were things of extremely sentimental value, so I was worried, after reading some of the reviews, about how Hercules would handle the items. I am SO HAPPY I went with Hercules. My rep Mike was professional and helpful. Tia kept me appraised of every detail of my move. The pick up drivers were on time and were careful packing my items. But my highest praise goes to the delivery drivers, Ronnie and his partner, who delivered on time, in spite of truly horrible weather. My boxes were kept dry, safe, and handled with care. The drivers were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything was moved in, accounted for, and that I was satisfied with everything. I have nothing but good things to say about Hercules Moving and I would both use them again in any future move, and would recommend them to friends and family and anyone looking for a good mover.
