Had an appointment for 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 15. Dropped off Cadillac on Monday night, the 14th. Called Tuesday to tell us it would be at least a day or two before they would be able to get it in to even do a diagnosis? (Why the appointment to begin with?) Wasn't offered a rental until Thursday/Friday. Updates and follow up via phone, or anything else, was non-existent. Lady in customer service wasn't the most pleasant. Finally was able to pick the vehicle up the following Tuesday, a week later. Overall, not a pleasant experience.
