Update 8-16-19: While the sale was great, I ve had nothing but problems with service. Today I had an appointment with some warranty stuff. I was told they would have to reschedule because they need a journeyman. Why would you make the appointment if you can t do the work. Furthermore, they said they couldn t give me a loaner if the car is drivable. Well are they going to pay the lawsuit when I get into an accident because I can t have a clean windshield? They told me to call GM to report the problem. So much for dealers looking out for their customers. I will make sure no one I know gives Jim Butler business

Update 10-25-19: Chevy contacted me and said that Jim Butler was wrong with what they said about the loaner vehicle. He offered to find a different dealership for me. I have already had my car serviced and fixed for warranty at Elco Chevrolet. Elco couldn t have been more helpful and was ready with a loaner vehicle if needed. Didn t need a loner because they fixed my car in less than 2 hours. Don t waste your time at Jim Butler.

Great place to buy. We bought a 2018 camaro last year on the fresh start program, we made the payments on time for a year, then refinanced for a low interest rate. Sept 28, 2019 i was able to purchase my fully loaded 2019 crew cab 4wd z71 colorado with no money down and a low low interest rate. Bowtie Brett and the finance team really took care of me and i couldnt be happier!! Thanks Jim Butler Chevrolet, ill be back for a new zl1 soon!!!

This place and their employees are absolutely amazing! From the second we filled out the pre-approval online, we were treated with respect and knew that they would work their hardest at getting us into a car we loved! Honestly, our credit is pretty bad and we expected to leave with a high payment on an older car, BUT they got us into a 2017 Chevy Cruze for way less than what we expected and well under our budget! We've only ever dreamed of owning a brand new car but they made it happen! A lot of places will treat you bad if your credit isn't good, but Todd and the rest of the employees never made us feel embarrassed or uncomfortable. Jim Butler has given us the opportunity to have a great family vehicle that will last and won't break our budget. I would recommend this company to everyone!!!! They get it done! :)

Bought second vehicle from this dealer and it also got so many issues. There is a whining whistling noise and all the techs there denied it. Got a chance to test drive on a similar brand new truck and there was not any noise like that. The power window lock is also broken. Steering wheel is off center. AC is was loud when turn on.

Went to other dealer and they give me the best they can. Free transportation, fast and accurate services. They figured the issues with the car right away. Clearly, these guys at Jim Butler lack of knowledge and unprofessional.

I trusted you guys but it seems like every vehicle you sold to me was defective and service agents are just racist. They treat customers so bad. Salesmen do not keep their promises and walk away when you bring the vehicle back for help. Do not come there for services unless you are white.

I had two different people tell me that my oil change would be free, when i called to schedule service. It was not free. I am behind in my car payment now because of this. Not to mention the service tech was really uncaring and a bit rude about it. The girl in the window who took my money was very nice and sweet about it.

Now I need to put my car on the racks to see what the issue with my coolant is. But not giving you all the $180 to do so.

Was also told when I bought the car, plus the car had indication as well as the web site, that my car was certified pre owned. My paperwork says nothing about it be certified pre owned.

Would give a zero star if I could. Very dissatisfied with ALL ASPECTS of their service. Bought multiple trucks from them and had serious issues with the most recent. Brought truck in for flashing CEL (3rd time). Rep acted like I may be making it up or didn't screw down gas cap. After a Powertrain warranty replacement (Replaced both heads and had vehicle about a month) I received only one update in 30 days and only after I called to ask what was going on. When I picked up the truck there were unrelated trim pieces removed and the inside of the truck was dirty with mechanic hands and carpet loose on driver side. I called to get an explanation with no call back. I emailed the GM to get an explanation and just got "Sorry" STILL without any explanation. Their Customer Experience Manager finally called and still had no explanation but to read the receipt I had already received and said "I'm not a mechanic". Tried to trade truck in with salesman I bought from, gave him my price range. He sent a truck that was almost 20K more than what I had asked for. A laughable experience to say the least and I would recommend no one buy a vehicle from here.

My husband and I went to look at the 2017 or 2018 Cruze. We made it clear that the car would be primarily for my use. I test drove the car and did like it. I left my phone number. The salesman called my husband today to follow up. We never left his phone number, so the salesman must of taken the time and effort to look up my husband's number, rather than to talk to me. I felt disrespected. We will not be back. I checked my cell phone log and there was no call listed from Butler or the saleman.

My wife & I purchased a 2018 Chevy Equinox this past Saturday at Jim Butler Chevrolet in Fenton, Ks.

Our salesman was Blake Snow and he did an excellent job for us. He was very personable & patient with all the questions we had. If he wasn't sure about something we asked, he was honest about it but did what it took to "get" the answer for us.

Our experience at JB was the "single best" car buying experience we've EVER had. And as you could imagine, we've bought quite a few cars in thirty-seven years of marriage.

Every single person we dealt with was very cordial, respectful and knowledgeable. It was "truly" an enjoyable experience. We actually feel like we made some new friends there and I'm looking forward to coming there for service of our new Equinox.

Patrick, the new car sales mgr. made us feel at ease as well. He worked with Blake and us and helped make the entire experience a pleasant one to say the very least.

In closing, our financial guru was a nice young woman named Tara and she did some serious "financial magic" that made it possible for us to own the very first "new car" we've ever owned since we got married back in 1980.

You guys did us right and I will be happy to pass that word around if someone is in the market for a new vehicle.

I've bought two brand new cars no problems in the past until I bought a used 2015 Chevy Cruze, in the last month I've had to replace a battery within the first two weeks, and I just replaced the brake pads on the car since they were down to sheet metal which I don't understand how it passed safety inspection, and I still have to replace the rotors since I can hear it. And the mechanics never made any recommendations about it except for the battery when I took it in for wheel rebalancing. I understand it's a used car but these above issues should have been looked over before putting the car up for sale and I've had problems first hand with used cars before from small private dealerships but I expected better from a big name Chevy dealership.

I purchased a 2013 2500HD. Casey Bauer delivered extraordinary customer service, and I have been in the customer service business for 34 years so I really appreciated this. He recognized my needs and concerns and addressed them quickly and professionally. If I operated a vehicle sales company you can bet that I would be doing my very best to steal him from you. :) A great new vehicle purchase experience. I have already recommended him to 3 people.
By the way, the 2500HD is an incredible vehicle. In my wife's words; "It's a beast". I traded in a 2004 Avalanche with 230,000 miles. I buy them to drive. The first "road trip" is this weekend and I'm looking forward to it. Thanks again!

My wife's car was taken in for a rough idle which set a service engine soon light. I was told we needed a induction service cleaning and changing the plugs. The cost of the induction cleaning
service which is suppose to include cleaning the throttle body (which was dirty and wasn't done) according to the service writer and changing four plugs would cost around $480 with the diagnostic. I decided to replace the 4 plugs myself, which would save us $141, which is high for the 35 mins it took me to replace them. I cleaned the throttle body myself when replacing plugs, which replacing plugs had no effect on the problem or performance. The induction cleaning, or running a good injection cleaner thru the fuel rails was all it needed. My beef with Jim Butler service is they're over selling very costly services that are not required, being told certain services are include, which are not to raise sales. Beware

I had difficulty with an hvac repair on an older chevy truck, and they stood by their work, dug deeper into the repair problem, and fixed a bad terminal that was causing the blower motor to fail. Yes, it was only an oil change and tire rotation for a truck under a year old, but, the accompaning 27 point safety check is over the top for peace of mind. Coupled with friendly courteous, knowledgible staff a comfortable waiting area, and a follow up email listing work completed plus the 27 point report, made this a very nice experience

Horrible experience with Jim Butler Chevrolet today. I took my new 2017 Silverado in for an installation of a truck bed cover. My truck turned a 1000 miles on the way. I was called about 6 hours later and told it was ready. I pick it up and the seat was completely out of adjustment and the radio station was changed and the a.c. was turned all the way down, and cruise control was on. Total disrespect. I called Brett Estes and complained. Then I notice that the odometer was 1152! Someone took my new truck for a ride. Not cool. Not cool at all. Right now I'm waiting to hear what Jim Butler Chevrolet will do to make this right. Stay tuned.

So, today I spoke with Adam/Alex, whatever. Sales manager. My daughter was in the truck with me. He yelled and said "all you're trying to do is get something free!" That's the short version. Jim Butler Chevrolet, seriously? Is this how you treat customers? Pathetic. They offered a tire rotation...

I've been told that the dealership has mileage logs and video surveillance footage that don't match my memories of the mileage on the truck. Please disregard the above comments referring to mileage. This request is made under threat of "a team of lawyers." When customer service falls to the level of threatening customers with a "team of lawyers" there are serious issues with a company.

We were constantly being asked if we were being helped or needed anything. We were never pushed, rushed or badgered into a deal. I highly recommend you ask for Brett next time you need a car!

I had a great experience at Jim Butler. We had to wait for awhile because they were so busy but the staff asked us if we needed water and thanked us for being patient. I left with a great car and would recommend them to anyone. Our salesman was excellent and knowledgeable...he didn't talk down to me like other car dealers and the finance person was awesome and worked some miracles for me to drive a brand new car off their lot. I hope this car lasts and when I'm ready for a new one...I will most definitely go back to them...and they aren't particularly close to my home.

I took the car in for an oil change and safety inspection to update the plates. The radio completely went out so that was added to the service appointment. When I arrived I was greeted promptly and politely. Even though I needed to wait for my vehicle, Mike Johnson arranged for me to take a loaner because the shop was backed up. He kept me updated throughout the week and wanted me to know that my car hadn't been forgotten. I continue to bring the car back to Jim Butler because that is where we bought the car and our visits are always very positive.
