This is your warning; DO NOT HAVE THEM WORK ON YOUR CAR. I DID AND WISH I WOULD HAVE NEVER HAD THEM WORK ON MY 2010 CHEVY EQUINOX (THEY SAID) THEY WANTED TO DO A OIL CONSUMPTION TEST ON MY EQUINOX SO I PAYED FOR A OIL CHANGE EVEN THOUGH I CAME IN TO HAVE MY TRUCK CHECKED TO FIND OUT WHY I WAS HAVING A INTERMITTENTLY STARTING PROBLEM NOTHING ELSE WAS WRONG WITH THE TRUCK SOUNDED LIKE AND RAN LIKE A NEW CAR CAME TO THEM EVERY 1000 MILES TO GET IT CHECKED AND WAS TOLD IT WAS APPROVED FOR A OIL CONSUMPTION RECALL AMONG OTHERS SO THEY TOLD ME THAT THE NEGATIVE CABLE HARNESS WAS BAD THAT'S WHY IT WOULDN'T START EVERY TIME SO I TOLD THEM OK CHANGE IT THAT WAS ON A THURSDAY THEY TOLD ME THAT EVERYTHING WOULD BE FIXED BY TUESDAY THAT FOLLOWING MONDAY TOLD ME MY EQUINOX WASN'T COVERED BY THE OIL CONSUMPTION RECALL AFTER TELLING ME IT WAS 3 TIMES ON THE THURSDAY BUT EVERY OTHER RECALLS WERE FIXED AND THEY WERE READY FOR US TO PICK UP THE TRUCK SO WE CAME IN PAID THE BILL AND WALKED OUT TO THE PARKING LOT OF JIM BUTLER AND STARTED THE TRUCK IT SOUNDED LIKE THE MOTOR WAS GOING TO BLOW SO WE TURNED THE TRUCK OFF AND WALKED INSIDE AND TOLD THE SERVICE ADVISOR AND HE HAD THE NERVE TO SAY IT WAS THE OIL THAT SETTLED NOW I DON'T KNOW ABOUT YOU BUT WE LEAVE OUR CAR'S SIT OVERNIGHT AND NEVER DOES A CAR SOUND LIKE IT'S GOING TO BLOW. I HAVE CALLED THE MANAGER AND HE HAD THE NERVE TO SAY WE WILL LOOK AT IT IF YOU CAN AGREE TO PAY FOR US TO CHECK IT OUT THAT THEY WOULD CHANGE THE PARTS THAT WERE FOUND TO BE INSTALLED WRONG BUT WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE TIME AND WORK DONE EVEN IF THE PARTS WERE INSTALLED WRONG. NOW REMINDING YOU NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH THE TRUCK BUT A INTERMITTENTLY STARTING PROBLEM EVERYTHING ELSE RAN LIKE NEW BUT AFTER SOUNDING LIKE THE MOTOR WAS GOING TO BLOW. SO THIS IS YOUR WARNING DON'T FALL FOR THERE TRICKS YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.
