Got my oil changed here today and Bill Timmons is a straight JERK! Try s to upsale me on stuff and when I tell him I m not interested he is a completely different person. I then come back to pay for my oil change and I m confused because I was told that it was $60 for a oil change and tire rotation and when I get back I am paying $68 well it turns out that there is a six dollar disposal fee that nobody bothered to tell me about. So I walk up to Bill Timmons And ask him if he can explain the bill to me and he gets an attitude and just rambles it all off and I He could obviously cared less about me especially after I declined any other services. like so it s not $60 then and he s like well it s $60 with the disposal fee yeah! No one told me about any disposal fee though they just said it was $60 with the tire rotation the dude is a complete jerk though needs to be fired!! He could obviously cared less about me especially after I declined any other services.

They have the WORST service dept, my sons brand new truck had brakes problems, after 4 trips there they said it was fine, ended up ruining the brakes and had to buy new brakes, rotors, calipers bc of the incompetent mechanics on a truck with 21,000 miles!!

Also ladies beware, I went on a test ride with a salesman by myself and was asked if I wanted fool around and was shown a little more than I wanted to see!! I went elsewhere and bought a new vehicle and was sent pics of what I missed out on and it wasn't a vehicle!

Worst Service Ever! I will not be going back! I had showed up for an appointment to find that the service department was not even open. I was told they called everyone to reschedule but I had never received a call and had no voicemail. When I called to speak to the manager Mike he insisted they called me, and instead of verifying the phone number they called or to try to help me, h interrupted me when I spoke and implied I was lying. Why would I show up for an appointment if I would of gotten a call that the service department was closed???!!!!!!!!!!

The salesmans name who helped me was Brett Estes. Such a great guy. He is very kind and helped me choose just the car I wanted. He had all the answers to the questions I had and if he wasn't sure he'd fine out. He knew what he was talking about and explained every detail about the cars I looked at (Ended up purchasing a 2014 chevy cruze)He had patience with me having my son with me, it's a bit hectic trying to get a car with a 3yr old, So i was very pleased with my experience here at Jim Butler Chevrolet and with Brett Estes. I already have & will continue to refer my friends/family to here and to Brett.

This was actually my 3rd truck purchase from Brett and Jim Butler this year. I'll spare you the details as to why it was my 3rd purchase because that doesn't matter. What matters here is the fact that whenever I, a stressed out single dad of two with not so perfect credit, very little $ left to put towards a down payment, and very little hope for getting a decent replacement ride, went to Brett with my problem, my worries were over! It didn't happen overnight which is totally understandable given the situation I was in, but Brett put in the extra effort and made sure that I would soon have the keys to my new ride in hand as quick as possibe. I was treated like family even though I don't even know Brett outside of work. Truly amazing and I'll always be grateful for his efforts! 5 stars aren't enough!

I even bought 2 new cars form them in 2015 so I don't know what happened. If you're planning on visiting Jim Butler make sure Tony Palmer isn't your salesman...he sucks

I had an excellent experience purchasing my new Chevrolet Silverado from Jim Butler Chevrolet.
My salesman Matt Vallee made purchasing my vehicle a pleasant and stress free time. He worked hard finding me the right vehicle and made sure I was comfortable and taken care of the whole time. I wish I could give him more than 5 Stars for his efforts.
I also give 5 Stars to Kelly Roussin (Finance) for her efforts to shop and get me the lowest interest rate for my loan.
I would recommend Jim Butler Chevrolet dealership and Matt Vallee if you need a new vehicle.

Generally good folks to deal with. However, my 2019 Silverado with the 8 speed transmission has a persistent issue my local dealership hasn t been able to fix. Occasionally the truck shifts into first gear so violently it feels like you were rear ended. You don t spend almost $50k on a truck that has you looking over your shoulder for the vehicle that rear ended you at random times!

Was told to come here buy another jim butler location to have my traverse looked at because the check engine light came on and my air stopped working after 30 days. They didn't seem to want to take care of the problem at all. I called the jim butler where I bought the car and they made the whole situation right. I will never take my vechical here again!

I recommend that no one patronize any "Jim Butler" business entity. I purchased a vehicle from Jim Butler auto Plex. Since I was concerned about the replacement cost of the tires, the salesman assured me that I wouldn't need new tires for three years. Within nine months and under 5000 miles, I spent $705 replacing the tires.

I had to take my vehicle back 4 TIMES and each time something else would be fixed and something else would quit working. All things were working when I took the car in. They needed to replace one item and then messed up something else. Each time this happened and they acted like they were doing me a favor 'not charging' for each subsequent visit. Ridiculous! Each issue was a result of the initial repair!

I bought my very first car from here 6 months ago and it was the best thing I've ever did! I will also return here to buy my vehicles and recommend anyone that I know that's looking for a new car to come to Jim Butler. Robert M. was my sales person, and he was more interested in what I wanted in a vehicle and my wants and needs than just selling me something. He took his time to make sure that I got what I wanted!

Jim Butler's service department is the best as well! I will always take my car back there to be serviced ( Not because I only bought it from there). Their service depart are the best people that I've worked with! Always informative and answers you questions if you have them! You always get a smile from the ladies that help you pull in to the gentlemen that are at the desk that gets you checked in!

All in all I would highly recommend both the Service and Sales department at Jim Butler!

I purchased my 2013 Equinox at Jim Butler and have taken it there for every oil change. Most recently my last 3 oil changes the wait (with appt) I have waited if not 2 hours, 1 hour and 50 mins. Each time I get up to ask is my vehicle was ready , on my last visit (6/2018) 2 workers were standing around talking, one said to me, he was just about to inform me my car was completed. Little did I know when going to my unlocked truck that my key bob had been pushed all the way through by one of the service men. On the next business day which was Monday, I called and spoke with the service manager Bill who told me that sometimes the guys do punch too hard and accidents do happen. I explained to the service manager that this happen on their watch and how unprofessional it is to discover that a service person broken the key bob and let me discover this on my own. The service manager said I could bring it in for repair no appt needed. Two days later I bring the broken key bob in, waited 15 mins only to be told that The service manager was gone but was notified of the situation and there was nothing that could be done. Mind you it took me 1 hour drive to get to jim butlers. I was also told that it was bound to happen eventually, it so happen to be that day., and if the workers did push too hard they would have said something, because they don t want to get fired. So THIS long standing used to be customer who drove 1 hour, that could not get their key bob fixed is a liar. From that moment on I will never patronized jim butler and will tell everyone I know including my large family to tell their family and friends never give jim butler business. I vowed to use social media, inform a good friend of mine who is a salesmen at Weber Chevrolet to tell my story and deter customers from using Jim Butler. How sad that a service worker can break your personal belongins, the service manager drops the ball along with the worker who normally checks me in and out on oil changes. If this is what customer service has gone too, what an all time low. I give 1 star and thats for Having free water bottle.

I recently filed bankruptcy and went to go purchase a Saturn Vue from them. The process was quick and the vehicle was in good condition. Shannon and Beth were both awesome. Beth even entertained my energetic two year old and gifted her with a Teddy Bear!! The finance guy felt like family we talked about everything while he processed my paperwork line by line (im a little OCD) Even when I was leaving a gentleman said you are the best customer! I felt loved... I will buy my next car from them.

He don't just want to sell the car he gave me the facts and what I should know about the car that I'm buying and finally I decided to purchase Spark with him even I didn't plan to. For the reason that he is a very fair and honest person.

He was on top of his customer service. Car buying experiences often take hours, but he made sure to keep checking in to make sure I was alright. They really worked with my financing options, and made it quite frankly painless. I will definitely recommend Jim Butler, and Tyler Sparks, to anyone looking for a vehicle. They have a great selection, and anyone you speak with is incredibly friendly and helpful. Go give them a look! You'll be pleasantly surprised.
