I cannot begin to express my utmost gratitude to the phenomenal people at Jaguar Orlando! To make a long story short, I lost a diamond that my parents had given me right out of the setting! I looked everywhere for it and couldn t find it anywhere! My last resort was looking in my car, to know avail. Heartbroken and not knowing what else to I called Jaguar they told me to come in and they would take the seat out to look....Sitting waiting in the waiting room felt like an eternity and I finally saw Trevor walking toward me he bent down to quietly ask me if I wanted my car washed, I asked did you find my diamond and on one knee he handed me my diamond and wished me a Happy Valentines Day! Well to say the least I cried and at the same time was so relieved that he had found a very precious piece of my parents!!!! Orlando Jaguar I will never forget your kindness and willingness to go the extra mile!!!
