Mr. Paulo Amaral made the entire Jaguar purchasing experience very comfortable, relatively seamless and altogether a memorable one. He has a sincerity about him that is refreshing. His genuine nature puts his customers at ease as he guides them through making a large financial purchase. My impression was that he is transparent, reliable and demonstrated a strong work ethic. I believe these qualities are unique and should be recognized and valued. He has an admirable character overall. From a professional standpoint, he was an excellent communicator, very knowledgeable and dedicated to his trade. He is altogether an excellent salesman. He continued to correspond and was available for any questions I had long after the purchase, again reflecting all the above. I believe this review summarizes some of the many reasons this gentleman should be strongly considered for advancement opportunities in his industry such as management/leadership positions, hopefully in the near future.
