I booked my service appointment a week in advance....

I booked my service appointment a week in advance. I had an issue with the cover on my moon roof which I stated when I booked the appointment. I arrived at the facility at my scheduled appointment time at 9:30 a.m.. I stayed at the facility for 4.5 hours and was told that I would need to bring my vehicle back on another day when they actually had time to assess what was wrong with the moon roof cover. Why the hell that I sat there for 4.5 hours? I will not be returning to this facility. I will choose another jaguar dealership to work on my vehicle.
