I can't say enough great things about our experience and specifically our salesperson Alice Munn. We began our process on a raining Friday evening as we "stopped by" to see a beautiful XJ L on the showroom floor. We explained to Alice we only had a short time before heading to a dinner party. Alice didn't miss a beat, she quickly retrieved a similar vehicle pulling it under the enclosed area for a quick test drive. Returning, we told Alice we would be back the next morning to purchase the our stunning XJ L from the showroom. This is when we were both blown away by teamwork of this dealership. We text Alice our trade-in details, began our financing online and when we arrive the next morning - Our gorgeous vehicle was ready for delivery. Alice was prepared with the additional paperwork with Jimmy in finance completing the transaction in record timing.
