Paulo Amaral changed the way I feel about car shopping and car salesmen to be honest. I d had horrible experience in the past shopping for my first car with my dad and my last with spouse. So,buying one alone I thought would be the end of my sanity. Paula was patient,knowledgeable and honest during the entire process. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions straight forward.

When I first communicated what I was looking for,he made a note of it and assured me he d call if something came up. I d visited 3 other Dealerships that day but they all tried to sell me something I didn t want and basically tried to hold me hostage;not really but kinda sorta.

Weeks later Paulo called saying he had a few cars in he thought I d be interested in. All of them were in my range and had the extras I was looking for. Needless to say,I found my car that day but it was not the end of our relationship. He followed through and followed up to make sure I was enjoying my new car.
