The service department here is very excellent. Very willing to work with customers, accepts custom requests, helpful explanations, etcetera. Some minor mistakes and non-resolved issues occurred, however, they are more than eager to make things right. Over-all, this shop does very fine work and as a happy customer, I will only be bringing my Jags here.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I purchased a brand new 201...

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I purchased a brand new 2016 Range Rover Evoque SE Premium with only 18 miles on it and had to go back to the dealership to have 3 things that should have been caught during inspection repaired or disabled which leads me to believe they knowingly gave me a defective vehicle. The sales transaction was fine however when I drove off the lot that is when my issues began. I randomly heard 2 beeps consecutively while driving and always wondered what it was. The rear camera was foggy but I did not have anything to compare it with so I thought it must be the way it was built. About a week ago, I had an issue with the RPM reaching 4 however my vehicle barely moved. I had to pull off the side of the highway and restart the engine. I later learned the vehicle has a "Sport" option that allows me to drive in gears. I guess I accidentally pressed it. The Eco Start option was sometimes lit and then sometimes it wasn't. When it was not lit, I pressed the button and the message "Unavailable" showed up on the dash. I brought my vehicle into Land Rover of Seattle yesterday regarding the RPM issue. I did a test drive with the service employee and he noticed my Eco option was not working but the light indicated it was. I asked about my camera being foggy and he said it's fine just to wipe it off. The service employee hooked my vehicle up to the computer and of course the computer did not show any errors. They told me to drive my car home and when that happens again I should come back. Really!?!? At this point I am pissed. I waited in the lobby and Gabe came to tell me sometimes the Eco option takes couple hundred miles for it to work (I currently had 550 miles). I told him I drive the car everyday and I am 97% sure it NEVER worked. Gabe went back to service and turned the car on and the Eco option was no longer lit and it said unavailable. My car got hooked up again and an error message popped up. The verdict-Failure of the Brake Vacuum Solenoid and Hose Assembly. As for the beeps....it's a defective Gesture Tailgate which is a hands free feature that allows my trunk to open up automatically by pointing my foot under the rear bumper. Well they had to disable this feature because Land Rover has not come out with an option to fix it. As for when it will be fixed....no one knows but they will call me.

I left my vehicle with Land Rover on Wednesday at 10am and on Friday at 1032a I received a call my car was ready. During that time I got a Jaguar loaner vehicle and I immediately noticed how clear the camera was. I got into my vehicle after they washed my car and the camera was still foggy. I asked Gabe to take a look and he said something is not right. My vehicle went into the shop again and of course the camera was defective and they had to install a new camera.

This is the first time owning a Range Rover and I had high expectations.

Very angry and mad owner.

After agreeing with saleswoman, Taylor, to buy 2010 BMW 535i Xdrive wagon as advertised via telephone and text, she promised to send all needed documents within minutes. Then 10 minutes later, she texted back with a "just sold" message. This is a self-serving dealership that lacks integrity for any profit!!!

I am very happy with the recent repair. My jag was having a problem and I could not figure out what was wrong, so Eric helped me through it. He showed me the problem after diagnostic, then he contacted my warranty provider to finalize the cost, and then scheduled the parts and repair work. I had to attend to another event on the day of repair but he managed to arrange an time on the same day, and job well done. His professional work got me no time lost, big thumb up.

My experience at this dealership was remarkable. From the first moment that I contacted them to inquire about the purchase of a new full size range rover, I felt completely taken care of. They were genuine, patient, helpful and unaggressive. Although I know they very much wanted my business in theory, it didn't feel that way at all. It felt like a friend trying to help me figure out exactly what I wanted and trying to help me get just that. They were prompt in returning calls, retrieving answers to my questions and lovely to interact with. We live on Mercer Island and could have gone to the Bellevue store which is only 12 minutes from our house. But we chose to drive 30 minutes to the Lynnwood dealership because the customer service was like being treated as royalty and made the entire experience absolutely fantastic.

I loved my sales rep Paul bailey. I bought a $10,000 car at a luxury dealership. They showed me a gold level service even tho I didn't buy a Land Rover or spend $70,000. Best car buying experience of my life. Great product; great team; honest; & fun.

Both my brother and father are in the car business and have been for as long as I can remember. However, neither of them works for Jaguar Land Rover and I was in the market for either a Range Rover Sport or a Jaguar XK. Consequently, I did the forbidden and went to a dealership outside the family.

I went to Jaguar Land Rover Seattle on a Tuesday afternoon and asked to speak with the store manager, Dmitri Mordekhov. Even though it was his scheduled day off, he dropped what he was doing and immediately assisted me by showing me the two cars I was interested in.

After driving both the Range and the XK, I was torn on which car to take home with me. I absolutely loved them both. My brain was telling me to get the Range, but my eyes and heart were begging me to choose the XK. Both Dmitri and Dario Graf, a sales specialist, went above and beyond by standing outside with me for over an hour just starring at the two cars. During that time, they did not pressure me in any way to choose the more expensive car or any car for that matter. They were straight forward and told me to take my time so that I would be comfortable with what I selected. Even after making both Dmitri and Dario stand outside with me for all that time, I still could not make a decision and left the dealership without a vehicle.

I returned two days later with my brother and father to help me choose a car, and in the end, we are all really impressed by how simple and great the buying experience was. My father, who is very skeptical of anyone in the car business, started off not trusting Jaguar Land Rover Seattle. By the end of the day, my father told me he did not think Dmitri was trying to hide anything and seemed to be trustworthy. My brother really liked the guys at Jaguar Land Rover Seattle and along with me, felt I got a good deal.

Both Dmitri and Dario were extremely knowledgeable about both the Range and the XK and answered any questions I or my brother or father had about the vehicles. I really appreciate Jaguar Land Rover Seattle letting me work directly with the manager, which made the entire experience fast and easy. Dario was great to work with too and I appreciate how much he valued the products.

Jaguar Land Rover Seattle is a great place to do business. I would send anyone I know there to buy a car. Dealerships are not always scary places. My experience was actually fun and enjoyable. I got the car I wanted and the dealership sold a car they have been wanting to sell; a great match.

I took the Jaguar XK home with me and seriously love the car. It is pretty amazing. Time to buy a radar detector. Thank you Dmitri and Dario!

I had not had the best service experience at another dealer so when my car needed service I decided to try Jaguar of Seattle. Jaime Guzman was my service advisor. Not only was it faster and easier to schedule my appointment, but Jaime made me feel like a valued customer and that he was interested in me and keeping my business. Jaime was also able to give me accurate information about my vehicle's service needs, again, something the previous dealer did not. My car was returned to me in pristine condition, again, something that did not happen at a previous dealer. Overall I found Jaime to be professional, knowledgable, courteous and friendly. I will be brining my car back to Jaime at Jaguar of Seattle; the drive is a lower, but the first class service is worth it.

Bought a car from them over the internet and had it shipped across the country. Relatively smooth experience considering the current times, and I'm sure it would've been perfect under more normal circumstances. Especially happy with the service I got after I had purchased the car. Some dealerships will hardly pick up the phone after you pay them, but the person I worked with post sale was fantastic (thanks BJ!). I'd buy definitely buy a car from them again.

Excellent dealer! I purchased a used 2014 Ford Taurus SHO from Jaguar Land Rover of Seattle all the way from central Florida and had the vehicle shipped to me. I trusted my salesman throughout the process (he provided me with additional pictures, a Facetime video review, etc. of the vehicle) and all I have to say is that I am completely satisfied with my purchase - I couldn't be happier! I would also like to mention BJ Gilroy (Sales Manager) as he followed up to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with my purchase after I received the vehicle. That's what I call excellent customer service!

After looking locally and online for nearly 6 months and feeling discouraged we found a 2016 gently used Range Rover Sport at Jaguar Land Rover Seattle on line. We emailed the dealership and promptly heard back from salesman Brent Tusjii who answered all all questions and assisted with our offer. Our offer was accepted and we flew to Seattle a few days later . Brent was out of state because of a work commitment but his fellow salesman Tim Kilkenny was gracious enough to pick us up at the airport and drove us directly to the dealership in Lynwood . Tim answered all our questions and made the process so easy . He ordered us lunch while we waited for the car to have crystal fusion and enviroguard added . Mel Carroll assisted us with warranty Info and was incredibly gracious and kind .When it was time to leave we were shown the car and Tim even added a bow! This is the way car buying should be! We highly recommend Jaguar Land Rover of Seattle looking to by one of these exceptional LR vehicles . Thanks to all who made this process fun.

Even thou I was helping my sister out to buy a car but I saw what this guys did specially our sales rep Behzad who went above and beyond and helped us to find the right car! we end up bought the Range Rover Evoque. Purchased my 2018 LR Discovery Sport HSE. The Lynnwood location customer service was bar none from the moment we walked on the lot until the weeks following our drive off. J Harris took care of us through the entire buying experience. He spent careful and close attention to my requirements and was extremely easy to work with when trading in a 2012 VW. Unfortunately, the final buying process took quite longer than any of us had expected; we ended up spending about 7 hours at the dealership in finalizing the finances. Mel, back in finance, was very flexible and knowledgeable given our situation. We re vedy thankful for the staff s patience and consideration, they definitely made us comfortable and welcome. Highly recommend the Lynnwood dealership FIRST when purchasing your Jaguar/Land Rover, and specifically recommend J Harris to help you through the process!

It has taken me a while to calm down so as to no write this review with to much emotion, I am quite sure I will fail. Last month I drove all the way from Tacoma to look at a BMW X5M that was for sale there. The salesman was, forgettable to say the least, and not very helpful, not very friendly, but also not rude. It was just VERY obvious that I was there for him, not the other way around. I was not there to make a new friend so the 1 star is not for his horrible salesmanship (is that a word?). I had been looking for a white on white x5m all over the country and finding one in my own backyard at a reasonable price seemed to be a jackpot to me, but I was not going to let them know that. Right after the test drive we started to fill out paperwork when the new car manager came over and told me the car was no longer for sale. The owner of the dealership had a FRIEND who was wanting to purchase it. I was stunned...truly. It was as if I was not there. It was at this point that they started trying to sell me a Jaguar wagon...the Sport brake..ie. the overpriced, under powered for the price point wagon that NO ONE in North America wants! He said he would make me an incredible deal. Turns out..it was a press car he was trying to sell me. The cars that tour all the dealerships around the country when a new model comes out. The ones that get beat on by a ton of different people. I looked it up when they had walked off. I will not say that they were rude to me, but I don't think they took me seriously, or valued me AT ALL as a customer. Maybe they prejudged me..dunno. It happens quite a bit, I'm use to it. I won't say DON'T shop here...I just know I won't be.

I usually run into the typical sleazy salesman who pressure customers rather than identifying what my wants and needs are in a vehicle. My experience at Jaguar Seattle was nothing like what I had experienced before. Looking into Jaguars for the first time, I was greeted by Brent T. His style caught me off guard because he was nothing like the sleazy salesman I've encountered before. He was incredibly professional and helpful in educating me on the types of vehicles. My battery was replaced but the mechanic forgot to reset the lock system after the battery change. I returned with no charge to reset lock system - but was told a coolant leak was found...resulting in a steep charge of $1200 to replace 2 radiator hoses!

At another shop, a new coolant leak was found. This was a broken heater hose. The technician noted the clips were left off of the 2 new radiator hoses! so will finish that job.

There were a couple bumps in the road during the process which is not ideal but somewhat expected in this industry. However, when it came time to take responsibility and make things right, Mark Arbar did an amazing job and we couldn't have been more pleased. He made sure the issue was rectified and that we were happy in the end. Dario was great with communication. Austin knows his stuff. At the end of the day - we're very pleased.

While I ended up not purchasing a car from here because the cars weren't quite what I was looking for (I had a very specific car in mind), my experience was very positive overall. The salesman, Tim, was very professional and polite and non-pushy and the manager was also very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended. My review is only as valid as my credentials. My career path has taken me from creating, from whole cloth, a department store jewelry business to a position as a 1st VP of Investments at Prudential Securities. My jewelry eventually sold through nearly every important Department Store in the US. To achieve this I needed the best sales staff that I could find. And they were. As they did. Along, I learned to recognize those elements that create success/sales where others may see "lack of opportunity". (a kind term) .. A short history to explain why both Sean Hennnessey Kent and Taylor Shrestha have earned my respect while separately deserving individual consideration.

From my perspective Sean is as intensively intelligent as he is ethical. He focuses upon his client's needs with a personalized comprehension. Sean other gift, for sales, is that he demonstrates a sincere care for his client. He, perhaps unconsciously, made us know that he cares and will take care of our needs. This a good man. I would have been grateful to have him represent in my name.

More, I'd like to reflect upon Tailor Shreshta. This is a gifted woman that we first knew three years ago when we purchased our first LR. She is well informed about her products. But she also focuses upon the client (ourselves) in a way that demonstrated a sincere interest in addressing all our issues, both personal and product related. She is available without being overwhelming. She expresses an enthusiasm and a personal connection the client making one feel valued. A connection that one trusts and will want to feel again when making a later auto purchase. Taylor lets one know that she is there for them now and for the long run.

Both Sean and Taylor possess the two most important elements that to myself are necessary in a personal sales representative. They listen and they follow through. Who wouldn't want such people taking car of them?

Taylor Shrestha is fantastic. I leased a Land Rover Evoque from her 3 years ago and was extremely pleased with her professionalism at that time and since. Whenever we brought the car in for service, Taylor always made sure she said hello and asked if we were happy with the car which we were. When the lease for the Evoque was nearing its end, I started looking at various options, including Jaguar and Land Rover. Once I eliminated other brands, I went to Taylor for her assistance in leasing another car. As always, Taylor provided excellent customer service, talked with me on the phone about budget etc., was extremely patient with me as I had to cancel several appointments due to health issues, and when I finally was able to get to the dealership greeted me so warmly I felt like a long lost relative. Taylor helped me in deciding which vehicle worked best for me (I have some physical challenges which she was very helpful in addressing), completing all the necessary paperwork, and getting me into a Land Rover Discovery Sport. Taylor is a joy to work with. She made the whole leasing experience so easy and without stress. And I am very pleased with the Discovery Sport. I will definitely recommend to anyone I know that they should go see Taylor if they are looking for a car.

I was very pleased with the phenomenal customer service provided by Sean Hennessey Kent. The lease for my Land Rover Evoque was ending, and I was looking at cars to lease. I finally decided on the Land Rover Discovery. The assistance, information and care provided during my purchasing experience was excellent at Jaguar Land Rover Seattle thanks to Sean. I am not much of a techie, and I really appreciated all the knowledge Sean provided before we drove the car regarding new features, setting them up, and how to use and change them. Although I previously had an Evoque Sean taught us about how to use certain features that had been available on the Evoque, but which we never knew how to use. And we were assured that if we didn t understand something down the road, we could contact him. This made us much more comfortable taking the new Discovery Sport on the road. Sean was fantastic and we really appreciated all the help he provided.

We went to Portland to see a used Range Rover in the year and model we were interested in. The radiator was running hot and the right front air shock was catching & squeaking. The air conditioning and fan didn t work. The salesman said it was just working when he drove it and that we should consider purchasing an additional insurance product for repairs at $3500. We were uncomfortable and left.

The next day we went to see the same make, model and year Range Rover at Range Rover/Jaguar of Seattle, the Lynnwood, Washington dealership. Dmitri showed us the SUV, indicating that this model sometimes had trouble with the radiator and front air shocks, and that these had been inspected and fixed. In fact they had given it a full on check through and fixed everything. We bought it and love it. We have not been treated this well in a long time. Thanks to Nick, Josh, Kyle, Gabriel and Dmitri!!

I almost always have the work done on my RR here. But the last time I was in they did some work where they had the belts off. The belts were warn as a previous comment stated on the inspection. I was very disappointed that they did not change the belts while they had them off. I will think twice before I further work done there. I will say the customer service is always good though.

Stayed in the lobby for about 10 minutes and left.... It was Sunday, January 15, I called and talked to Scott, mentioned that we will stop by within 2 hours. When we came to the dealership, another person came to us said hi and asked who we are looking for, I mentioned Scott. For the next 10 minutes nobody came out and nobody offered us anything. We turned around and left. Went straight to Infinity of Bellvue and bought a cross over Infinity... Good job Scott!

We needed some service work done on our new Range Rover and It was completed with ease. From first talking with Sean he got us to Shinee who scheduled the drop off time and loaner car as we are 3 hrs away from dealership. Even know I was running 2 hrs late for apt Shinee stayed late, truly impresssed. Shinee stayed in contact the whole time by text which I perfered I will recommend this dealership to everyone!

Went in two years ago needing a car. Mel took amazing care of me. In and out WITH a new car in around 4 hours. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago. Wanted a new Jeep. Saw one on the lot I liked, stopped in to see Mel... Mel not in sales anymore!!!! Hooked me up with a very professional young man named Derrick Harris! He was Mel 2.0! In and out again in less than 4 hours. Maybe even closer to three hours. And much to my surprise, the person doing all my financing was none other than Mel my original sales guy.

I came to check out the used 2011 range rover hse by calling in advance and letting Paul know I am coming early from work so I can see the car before it gets too dark. Spent 30 minutes driving north to Lynnwood and after I showed him my bmw, he asked how much difference I expect to pay to earn their business. I gave him the number and he said basically to let him do the magic with the owner and while he does that, I should drive it home and make sure my wife approves this car. I did drive back, test drove it with my wife and came back to find out that the best he can do is $15k off from the number I gave him. As excuse he starts giving me different models of the same manufacturer and how much they go on auction. Not only he doesnt know the difference between different models and how much certain options, colors and combos make an impact on price, he claimed that sedan and coupe model of my car are the same. When I tried to explain to him that he is not comparing apples to apples, the used car manager shows up (older man in glasses) and starts insulting me with my inability to afford land rover brand and that I dont know what I am talking about. I explained that certain promises shouldnt be made if its remotely possible to be 2.5 times apart and he said he is sorry he wasted my time - thats all I got. Dont waste time trading your car 10k below KBB and buying used previous generation car with lowest reliability ranking for $1200 less than what's already in the highest spectrum of market pricing. The worst dealer I had to deal with.

He explained to us all of the wonderful features of this wonderful car that my daughter truly wants. He was thorough, knowledgeable and what we liked the most easy to work with and not pushy as we told him that at this moment we were only looking and not ready to buy yet. I have had my LR2 serviced at Land Rover Lynnwood for almost 4 years, and they do excellent work keeping my vehicle (which I use for volunteer Search and Rescue) in good condition. Service Advisor Jaime Guzman is always helpful and shows a personal interest in making sure my car gets good maintenance.

The reason they don't get 5 stars is that their service loaner car program is not up to standard. When I make an appointment, I expect a loaner car to be waiting there for me. Instead, they send me down the road to waste my time at an Enterprise rental place.

I went in to look at the interior color to se which ones I would be happy with and I walked out with signed papers not 2 hours later. Bought new vehicle here and buying experience was great. But after purchasing vehicle service is no stars at all. There was several color choices but white I liked the best, but on this particular one left front quarter panel was miss maligned and was told that will be taken care off, 10 minutes off work by sales guys opinion. Then I was told that I will get a call in couple days to schedule and have it fixed. Never happened called several times and left message but no calls back.
Was told I get maintenance free for 5 years or 60K miles. Which I did research before buying vehicle and sounded good deal so I took it.
Just before 10 000 miles instrument panel was warning me to do vehicle maintenance (oil change).
So I called again to schedule for maintenance and was given date and time to come in.
After I came in I was told that my vehicle suppose to have oil change every 16K miles. After I told person that is BS. They finally took it in and told me that they have to call in to verify that my car gets oil change every 10K miles and if that is not the case I will have to pay $680.00 for oil change. Which I responded by taking documents and contacting lawyer about it, that made change their mind immediately. So I asked again to fix that quarter panel again and was told that that takes full day and I will get my car next day all fixed up.
Well guess what, got my car next and oil was changed but that stupid quarter panel was still not fixed. When I asked about it, guy looked at me like that they did me favor by replacing oil.

People please listen up. If your heart is not set on Jag look up other manufacturers, less headache and they do not pull bs like these guys do. And you get loaner doesn't take 24 hours to do simple oil change. Servicing vehicle will be easy and quick. Trust me BMW service is superior to this Jag dealership.
Honest and knowledgeable people.
And another thing, they will clean your car also. I got mine back with dirty rag smears all over it.

We agreed on a price, I wired the money on a Wednesday and a delivery company, they recommended, picked it on on Friday and delivered it to me on Sunday. It was spotlessly clean, with a full tank of gas. Very impressed with this customer service when they know I'm not a local customer. I dealt with Mark the Sales Manager.

Everyone I interacted with at Lynnwood Jaguar was excellent, Jay Harris made the entire car purchasing process a pleasure! A very nice person, truly professional and respectful of time constraints. Lynnwood seemed like a long drive from Olympia but I'm so glad I did it, well worth the drive. But to prevent me from trying to figure out how to get back and pick up the car (I was not trading a car in) they offered to deliver it to my home! That is service, above and beyond.

Started out great but ended badly. We travel full time in our motorhome and visited this dealership in early September to test drive a specific vehicle, a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk that had just come in on trade. Initially we had a great experience with the young sales gal Taylor who assisted us - she made that part of our visit very enjoyable. We decided to think it over as we weren't quite ready to move forward, due to upcoming travel plans to Canada and Alaska. About 4 weeks later after we had returned from our Alaska cruise (to Vancouver, BC) we noticed they still had the Jeep and decided to proceed with the purchase and collect it when we were back in Seattle a few days later. We called Taylor, made an offer which they accepted and we emailed the requested information for our finance company, utility bill to get the finance underway. Then phone communication stopped as Taylor resorted to texting - advising we needed to come down in person to sign the purchase order. It was a Saturday, we were a 2.5 hour drive away in BC, and would be back in Seattle by Wednesday at the latest, which is when we hoped to collect the vehicle as the credit union could have the check Fedexed to arrive on the Tuesday. Dealership would NOT accept a holding deposit for the vehicle NOR provide an electronic option such as email or faxed agreement for us to sign and return. This was ludicrous to us, as we have bought and sold real estate digitally. I asked to speak with Taylor's manager who, I was sure, I would be able to work out a reasonable solution with. As it turns out, the manager Mel was completely rude, belligerent, arrogant and unwavering - unable to provide a sensible explanation as to why they could not hold the car with a deposit for a few days while finance was processing or why they could not fax or email us the documentation for the credit union to cut the check. They said they would send a staff member to drive to the border to meet us to sign (2 hour drive each way) the docs which seemed completely inefficient. This is a high end dealership so their outdated policies were surprising to say the least.We decided not to purchase from this dealership as we felt the way their Sales Manager treats customers (in our case, potential customers) was appalling - we felt a complete lack of trust in them and were uncomfortable about doing business with a company that treats buyers that way. Fortunately, a few weeks later, another Orange Jeep - with the same options and fewer miles - showed up at Dave Smith Motors in Coeur D'Alene, ID so we purchased that instead. The entire transaction went extremely smoothly via Jimmy - all done digitally and efficiently and with wonderful service from everyone we dealt with - and we drove 6 hours to collect the car just a few days later. Our experience and the way we were treated by Dave Smith Motors (another high end, luxury dealership) could not have been more different, we love our new Jeep and are glad it worked out for us in the end... the 6 hour drive each way was worth it to us to get a great car and we had complete trust in Jimmy and the dealership based on how well we were treated. Hopefully Jaguar Land Rover Seattle will consider reviewing their policies in the future to bring their business into the 21st century and accept a vehicle deposit and/or electronic documents with e-signing like other dealerships do.

Mel, the Accounting Manager was also a delight and the paperwork felt flawless. My only qualm is that I didn t take a final peak at the options list and missed that the car I decided to lease didn t have heated seats, a wishlist item of mine. That qualm doesn t change anything about my overall experience, and I m still thrilled with the outcome. This dealership operates with a high caliber of professionals & I would recommend them in a heartbeat to friends and family. So happy to be apart of the Land Rover Family!

My experience went from bad to really good. After being told by another sales guy that the certain vehicle I wanted was at the Lynnwood dealership I turned up to be told by a different sales guy Marcos that it wasn t there but in Bellevue and that my 45min drive (which went past Bellevue) was for nothing. Despite my obvious frustration Marcos recovered the situation by suggesting He would meet me at the other dealership the following day and in the meantime would process all of my application which he duly did. We met at the Bellevue dealership as agreed and after a super fast and painless discussion over price the car was bought and I left within 2hrs. Marcos managed the whole thing and got me the deal I wanted, plus was a genuine good guy.

Myself and my wife had the worst experience ever in a dealer when we tried to order a new car. They asked for a $5000 non refundable deposit and stated it would be 7-8 months before we would get the car. I am a Land Rover owner who bought a new Range Rover Sport there last year. To be honest it was a poor experence then, but they are my local dealer, so I gave it another chance. Never again will I cross their door, they insulted me and left my wife in tears. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
