Arrogant and lazy. They don't care about what you want, they just care about what cars will boost thier numbers and give them the best commissions. Went in looking for a specific used car they had on the lot and laughed at me and tried to sell me a new car that was not anywhere within the style or features I was looking for. They don't care about you so don't waste your time here.
