I purchased a used Range Rover Evoque from Land Rover Seattle. My salesperson was Marcos Ramirez. I had been looking at Evoque's online when I first saw this vehicle. I really liked the color and the low miles and the fact it was a 2014. I drove to the dealership to check it out and that is when I met Marcos. Even though I loved the car, from the beginning I would have to say I was a difficult customer. I wasn't completely sure I wanted to buy it and I wasn't in a hurry. Marcos remained patient and helpful and was never aggressive or pushy. I drug my feet for a week before I finally decided to buy and Marcos continued to be helpful and informative with every question I had. The biggest test for Marcos was after I took delivery of the vehicle. Because it had been sitting on the lot and not driven enough to keep the battery at an optimum charge, when I headed off to Eastern Washington on the Saturday after I received it, the computer started acting up and sending false warning signals. We pulled over and I went online and started looking at the reviews of angry customers who were experiencing the same results. I felt really stupid for buying it and called into the service department. Marcos was not working that day but I think I called him on his cellphone. He reassured me that he would do what ever it took to make it right. I have to admit at the time I lost my cool. It wasn't until later that I truly realized it was simply a low battery issue. Marcos was calm, reassuring and professional. He made me feel well taken care of. Land Rover Seattle is very fortunate to have Marcos on their team
