I purchased a used Range Rover Evoque from Land Rover Seattle. My salesperson was Marcos Ramirez. I had been looking at Evoque's online when I first saw this vehicle. I really liked the color and the low miles and the fact it was a 2014. I drove to the dealership to check it out and that is when I met Marcos. Even though I loved the car, from the beginning I would have to say I was a difficult customer. I wasn't completely sure I wanted to buy it and I wasn't in a hurry. Marcos remained patient and helpful and was never aggressive or pushy. I drug my feet for a week before I finally decided to buy and Marcos continued to be helpful and informative with every question I had. The biggest test for Marcos was after I took delivery of the vehicle. Because it had been sitting on the lot and not driven enough to keep the battery at an optimum charge, when I headed off to Eastern Washington on the Saturday after I received it, the computer started acting up and sending false warning signals. We pulled over and I went online and started looking at the reviews of angry customers who were experiencing the same results. I felt really stupid for buying it and called into the service department. Marcos was not working that day but I think I called him on his cellphone. He reassured me that he would do what ever it took to make it right. I have to admit at the time I lost my cool. It wasn't until later that I truly realized it was simply a low battery issue. Marcos was calm, reassuring and professional. He made me feel well taken care of. Land Rover Seattle is very fortunate to have Marcos on their team

Buying parts from Land Rover is quite the joke if ...

Buying parts from Land Rover is quite the joke if you ask me. All I need is a ac compressor clutch wheel bearing which is $50-$70, they aren t just selling the bearing they want you to spend $1000 for a refurbished one or $1600 for a brand new one... Yeah all I need is the bearing, makes me wonder if they pull this on people that don t no how to work on their own vehicles that just need a simple part like a bearing, instead get talked into a whole new Compressor when it s not needed... 0-stars from me.

Our sales representative, Sean Kent, was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. Sean made sure we were aware of all of the features in the Land Rover Discovery before and during our test drive. He answered all questions with thorough explanations and by demonstrating. We spent an enjoyable evening with Sean and ended up one outstanding new car! We could not have been more pleased, including our 6 year old daughter! Thanks again Sean!

Everyone there was very helpful when Shinee (my service rep) was not available. I had a door latch problem where my driver side front door wouldn't latch close. Shinee was able to get me in 2 days earlier than scheduled (for an oil change) and got my RRS back to me the next day (washed and vacuumed as always).

My absolute favorite...I never had to call once! I'm always on the go and not always available for a phone call during my day. I literally sent a text message to JLR Seattle at 8:14pm on a Sunday night and got a reply back at 8:04am the very next day letting me know that I could bring my RRS in the next hour. Most of our communication was over text which worked out really well because I could reply as I needed to when I had the time.

Absolutely fantastic experience at the dealership with Sean Kent! It took me 12 hours to drive there for the car I really wanted, and Sean went above and beyond to make this as great of an experience as possible. The process was quick, and thanks to Sean's patience and willingness to go the extra mile, I knew EXACTLY what I needed to before even starting my trip. Afterwards, Sean contacted me again to make sure everything is working out how I wanted and the whole sale process took less than an hour. Fantastic job, thank you and I can't recommend the place enough!

My family and I truly ran into Land Rover Seattle by accident on our way to Alderwood Mall, so we decided to go just look at some vehicles since we needed to buy a vehicle soon. We were greeted by Sean Hennessey Kent right away as we were looking at some Land Rovers outside. He was incredibly polite, and went over with us what we are looking for in a vehicle, etc. He offered to grab the keys to a couple of Rovers at that moment to show us the inside, and even drove us across the dealership to the one that matched our interests. Long story short, we bought a brand new 2017 Land Rover Discovery Sport that day. It was such an easy process because everyone was so professional and honest. He introduced us to the maintenance department as well, and explained literally everything about the vehicle: we left with no questions unanswered. The atmosphere of the dealership was so comfortable, there were also amazing refreshments. My family and I are so happy with our new 2017 Rover, and know that we are in great hands with the Land Rover family and this dealership. I wouldn't expect anything less from Land Rover and Jaguar. Jaguar Land Rover Seattle (Lynnwood) was fantastic. Mel was excellent and entertaining! Jon in Service is professional and treated us with respect. I choose to purchase from the Lynnwood store due to environment. It was 15 minutes farther away than the Bellevue store, but it was well worth it.

It's been a pleasure working with Jaguar Seattle. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Buying a new Jaguar took no time at all as they prepared all the paperwork well in advance. Purchasing additional protections and warranties and doing some small service work was also smooth and fast. Overall, I've had a fantastic experience. I just purchased the Jaguar 2012 XF Portfolio. Of course they're trying to make a sale, but the people at Jaguar Land Rover Seattle have outstanding customer service skills. The professionalism and courtesy demonstrated by Jacob and Dmitri during my purchase was exemplary. When you're marketing an extraordinary vehicle like the Jaguar well, the car speaks for itself but it nice to see the saleman go the extra mile to make the purchase when it doesn't benefit him. It's an expensive toy, but at the end of the day, you can either afford it or you can't. I'm extremely please with the experience I had and look forward to a wonderful relationship going forward with all my vehicle service needs as a long-term customer.

Who knew I would call a landrover dealership to ask questions and three hours later drive off of the lot with the most beautiful Land Rover Evoque that has ever been made and sold to me by an actual Englishman at that. I had from beginning to end the most fun and wonderful experience with the entire staff at Jaguar Land Rover Seattle on poplar lane Will, Paul , Mary and Camry from the service dept. were amazing! I was in and out in record time they gave me exactly what I asked for and even better I got a cup of decent English tea from the United Kingdom! Folks if you want the ultimate experience and respect; a non pushy group who really desires to know your wants and needs....this is the place to go! It's my third landrover vehicle and I don't mind the 1 hour drive from Tacoma to this dealership. We arrived at the dealership having a pretty good idea of what vehicle we wanted and what price we wanted to pay. Jay came up to us while we were looking and we explained what we were there for. We immediately felt comfortable with him. He was friendly and professional and ensured we found an option within the price point we shared. We had our kids with us as well and he offered multiple times different options to them to keep them fed, and happy. With any car purchasing experience, the process took a few hours. However, Jay and the rest of the team at this location were always checking in to make sure we were ok and giving us an update on the process. We really appreciated the attention they gave us and the transparency of the pricing. This is our third purchase through Jaguar Land Rover, but our first time at the Lynwood location. My husband and I went to a couple of dealerships that had very low inventory. We settled here because of the selection and when we called Austin seemed very confident that he had the selection and could put me in an LR4 that I would be happy with. He was low pressure and didn't talk too much or too little. The sales and support staff were all very nice and I didn't feel rushed to make a decision. They made my trade in easy and the manager smiled and acknowledged us regularly (we spent 4 hours there). Once we made our decision we had to be out of the dealership in an hour and they easily made that happen. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to a friend.

Just had a transmission replaced and the dealer did a great job! Good service and helpful. Can't say the same for Land Rover themselves in this instance. I had to wait 5 weeks to get my vehicle back, and after asking Land Rover directly why this was the case I never received an answer, not once. Many other communications were conducted, and a measure of compensation delivered for my inconviences, but no answer to why there was no transmission available to put in my vehicle. I suspect a repair policy to be the culprit. Unfortunately it really doesn't make me feel like buying another Land Rover.

We had an amazing experience! Bought a 2016 Discovery Sport on Mother's Day with the help of Sebastian. He was friendly and helpful right from the moment we walked in the door. We had tried looking at another dealer in Langley, BC only a couple weeks before and nobody even said boo to us as we walked around the showroom, getting in and out of the vehicles. Jaguar Seattle was the complete opposite. We were there for 5 hours as we test drove, looked at all the new and used options on the lot, negotiated our trade in and purchase price (my husband made poor Sebastian work his butt off) and did the final paperwork. During all this we ate fresh baked cookies, helped ourselves to cold and hot drinks and the kids played Minecraft and lounged on the couch watching TV. We ended up buying a Dealer Service model instead of a new one, and they didn't want us to take it home until it was all serviced and pristine, so we drove off in another service vehicle. 2 days later Sebastian drove all the way from Seattle to our home in Blaine, by the Canadian border, to deliver our new baby at 7pm, before I had even paid for car...IMPRESSIVE!!!!! We have loved driving the car for the past couple weeks!! I think it's already been washed 3 times :) I would highly recommend this dealer. I honestly didn't realize that trading in a car and buying a new one could be that easy. Huge thanks to Mark who looked after all our paperwork and Sebastian for making the experience perfect...and for putting up with my husband's never ending requests :)

We've assisted in the purchase decision for dozens of friends, family, and our own cars. We've been through the experience at many dealers, big and small. This is one of the best experiences we have had. the staff was uniformly friendly, no sketchy tactics, no wasting time. Everything was done professionally, thoroughly, and quickly. From the time we walked in to view the car to the time we drove away was only a couple hours, which is as fast as anyone can expect considering we had done no groundwork prior to coming to the dealership.

I recently brought my Range Rover Sport in for a starter problem. Michael, in the service department, told me a new starter would cost $1100 and, although I didn't like the idea, it appeared I had no choice.

After taking some time to finally get the car into a service bay, Michael comes back and says it's only a bad cable that can be replaced, with labor, for about $225.

He could have just as easily said it's the starter and I was ready to pay the $1100. Michael's honesty is greatly appreciated.

The service department repaired the cable, and the car starts now without a problem.

I'll be going back and working with Michael again for a couple of other minor problems that need handling-- maybe I'll even discuss buying a new Range Rover Sport.

I went to this dealer once to have my XE serviced on the warranty and I won t be coming back. A rude service advisor turned me off completely. I just took my keys and left. If I ran this dealership I would fire this guy in a heartbeat. After that I took my car to the Jag dealership in Langley BC and they couldn t have been more helpful. As I live in Anacortes it isn t any more of a hassle to get there instead of Lynnwood, so I would recommend that you go ahead and buy your Jag or Land Rover where you want to, but save yourself a hassle and have it serviced elsewhere.

I'm so impressed with my overall experience at Jaguar Land Rover Seattle. I just purchased a 2017 Land Rover from them and their customer service was remarkable. Sean was my salesperson and he went above and beyond showing my every feature on the car, linking my phone, showing me how to use my apps and even following up to make sure I'm completely satisfied. My finance manager was Mark and he was very professional and helpful going over all my options with me. The sales manager Dario even congratulated me with a bag of Jaguar Land Rover merchandise before I left. Five star dealership!!!

While they were processing my paperwork they got a higher offer on the car and the Manager Mark Arbar emails me (Didn't have the courage to actually call) and said if I didn't match the price they would just sell it to the other customer. Total scumbags. If they did it to me they will do it to you. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

I would not recommend this dealership for buying a used car! I ve bought over 5 cars in the past 5 years and this is THE WORST customer service I have ever seen at a dealership! Especially the salesman Kevin; very rude and acts like he owns half of Seattle and you re some lowlife getting in his way.

My husband negotiated for two weeks with dealer Mo Tamjid and finally came down to a good price. He was pre-approved for a loan and had his down payment wired to secure the car, but after already driving an hour to pick up the car, Mo sold the car out from under him. Needless to say, this dealer wasted my husband's time three weeks before his orders had him slotted to drive to California, time which could have been sent searching elsewhere. This is our first experience of a Jaguar dealership, so I hope Mo Tamjid isn't a reflection on how Jaguar values there customers.

Service department charged me $2800 to replace my ...

Service department charged me $2800 to replace my front and rear brake pads (they cost under $100 total). They also likely lied about there being 3mm or less on the brake pads as in hindsight reading other peoples' experiences, it sounds like those lies are common practice here.

When I told the service man I couldn't afford that price he "magically" dropped $300 off the price. Okay so you were just going to over charge me initially then?

Here's our exact text conversation:
Mechanic- "Ok, with the service and tax we will be looking at $3785.00"
Me- "It said 700-800 when I signed" (I signed paperwork when I brought it in)
Mechanic- "Have to account for the cost of the front and rear brakes and the engine air filters."
Me- "Quick question, air filters cost $10 and brake pads cost $30 each. I'm curious how this totals $3785.00. Something seems not right but we can talk when I pick it up"
Mechanic- "I believe you can find aftermarket parts at those prices, however we do not use anything but factory approved parts and also you have two air filters for the engine and we need to replace pads, rotors and the sensors and hardware as well"

So factory parts cost 30x the price? I don't think so.

He send me a quote but it seemed pretty ludicrously expensive, even when everything was itemized. I'm confident he ripped me off for thousands of dollars. Not bringing my Range Rover back here to get serviced again.

I have never experience this high a level of customer service in any industry in my entire life. Provided I am able to afford what they sell, I will buy. Wherever I move, I will always look to contact Sean first for any potential car purchase.

Sean Yousefian is amazing! He is super responsive whether by TXT, email or phone. He is super nice, and really supportive of me when I came to test drive a few vehicles. When one of the vehicles I wanted to drive was at a different location, he let me test drive one of the cars to visit that other location -- something that could have possibly lost him a commission had I bought from the other location. That really helped me finalize my purchase decision, and I ended up buying from Sean the same day I test drove. I cannot recommend him or Land Rover Seattle dealership enough -- everyone is great!

He was kind, courteous and patient from start to finish and we talked on the phone for a week as I live in Central WA. He patiently answered my questions and concerns especially when it came to numbers. Third row seat doesn't go down as it is supposed to (meaning seat get stuck in up position). Therefore unusable unless I am willing to have the third row up all the time. Land Rover has offered no explanation for problem nor time frame to fix. Also, navigation system (via inControl app) does not work as advertised. Transmission on vehicle very clunky, especially when engine down shifts.

Within a month of my purchase of CPO discovery HSE Lux from LandRover Seattle I had to make two visits. 1- Tire were worn out and needed replacement. They were only replaced once I brought to their notice. Should have been done before handing over the car to me. 2- One of Door alignment had issues which I realized after sometime. 3 - Car Auto start/stop stopped working. I appreciate the fact that they were honest and took care of fixing all the issues free of cost. However, as I mentioned, hassle could have been avoided and hence 4-star.

Dario (Sales), Dmitri (Sales Manager) and Mary (Finance) were excellent to work with! We leased a RR Sport and returned two weeks later to lease a second car from them because they were so great to work with. Dario was patient during several test drives even delivered our second car to us on his day off and to my wife's office which is over an hour south of Lynnwood! We looked at RR for over a year and tried twice to buy one in Fife without success. It was worth the drive to be treated well and get a fair deal on both new vehicles and our trades. No games, they stayed well beyond the normal business hours to help us both times and were very responsive even after the sale. Will definitely be a long term customer!

This is the go to place for service and repairs. As a former luxury car sales and leasing specialist I know what is expected. Their service department is excellent. Great communication, clean well equiped loaner cars. Shinee, is my new service advisor. She took such good care of me and my vehicle. Another un-named dealer would turn off my check engine light and it would turn back on. But at Seattle Land Rover, they dug deep and found a faulty DEF filter and faulty DEF fluid infector. When the other dealer said it's fine. I am so glad I took it to Shinee at Seattle Land Rover. Exceptional service with a smile.

I was given a price on a vehicle by a salesman on Saturday. A price that he came up with. When I called Monday morning to close the deal, I was told that there was another offer for more money and so they couldn't sell it to me for that. Very shady circumstances. Not good business practices at all. I will never buy a car from you nor will anybody I know if I can help it. Also, some of these reviews are fake by people with the same names as employees. Fake reviews to get favorable results! SMH

Poor experience with salesperson Mo, who is forgetful at best and not interested in helping get a deal closed. I was looking at two similar used Escalades on the lot. Both were the same model, in good condition, low miles, and competitively priced. I originally had picked one for our deal, but my wife noticed some issues that changed our minds to the other. This is where the problems started. The bank supposedly approved one vehicle, but not the one we wanted crazy banks! they claim. We could never get a straight story from anyone as to why, and had been previously assured by Alex, the sales manager (who happened to be off the day we were came to sign) that all would be fine. My wife was even told she had to update her license from her home state to WA. We spent the time and $100 to do so, just to be told another excuse in the end. Long story short, we complied with weird demands, and still wound up being given a rate that was unacceptably high while being pushed out the door after questioning. The GM finally called me (at my request) mentioning that he won t sell to unhappy customers - and we were clearly unhappy (um yea). As a final favor he would use his relationship to get us the original deal. The next day I received a text from Mo with another unacceptable rate.

The good news is the poor experience enabled me to shop around and I wound up in a new version of the vehicle I was looking at from Bellevue Cadillac. I had a great experience there and got exactly what I wanted without drama. Don t waste your time and energy with an unorganized, unmotivated dealership that is only interested in selling their own brand.

Scheduled service online, they called several days...

Scheduled service online, they called several days later to say the scheduled time is not available (their system for scheduling online doesn t link up with the computer scheduler - then why have it!?). We reset the appointment for a couple of weeks later, then the day before that appointment I called to ask if I could drop it off a day early and leave it and I m told they have no record of me scheduling an appointment at all and the next one isn t available for a couple of more weeks!

Apparently, they don t take any effort to send a confirmation of scheduled appointments so that s 3 times I had to schedule an appointment and I m supposedly not in their system (even though my wife s discovery was serviced there last year). I find this to be very unprofessional and wasted three days on my calendar scheduling time to drop off my vehicle

Unfortunately you cannot trust anyone you speak to when scheduling service, you will need to request an email confirmation, the name of the person you spoke to and have them text you as well because otherwise they will forget your appointment and with no confirmation you are SOL. This is not a very good system for scheduling appointments- I also have a Volvo and that dealership s system confirms via email and they even call and text you to remind you of your appointment. Very disappointed!

Seattle Land Rover was amazing to do business especially when you consider I am in Washington DC and they are in Seattle. It started with a phone call to Taylor Johnson Shrestha an absolute wonderful person to work with both in financing and sales. Even though she was no longer in sales, she handled my sale professionally and quickly. The general manager, Austin Bailey was great to deal with ( on the final sales number) and Spencer Siese was great at getting my required used car prepurchase inspection handled ( even drove the vehicle to the other dealership himself to get it inspected ) and was very kind even when I woke him up at 7:00am due to the time difference - All of them were great throughout the process, next day airing the needed paperwork to my home and office) and followed up daily with me. Now completed, all I am waiting on is my vehicles cross country journey to its new home.

I occasionally visited the Land Rover Seattle in Lynnwood to outfit my existing Land Rover with some off-road parts etc. During my visits I was always treated with utmost professional manner even though I hadn t purchased my vehicle with them before. Sean Kent, an outstanding sales specialist was always there to greet and answer any questions, offered suggestions and would discuss these vehicles as an enthusiast. Came a point when I decided to acquire an additional vehicle, this time a Range Rover Sport.

I chatted with Sean over the phone after browsing through their inventory online. He was very helpful in answering all the questions I had and didn t push any sales pitch or anything close to that. I almost felt like I was talking to a friend discussing my options. The next day I visited the dealership to test out some vehicles, starting with the one that I had initially picked out online. Dario Graf, another fantastic sales specialist helped me out with test drives and selecting vehicles besides the one I was looking for.

He was very patient with me. I end up test driving three or four Range Rover Sports with him. He answered all the questions, concerns, and what not. Throughout the process not one hint of sales pitch like statement was made which I appreciated a lot. In the end I choose the one that was almost double the price of the one I went out to buy, and just because I liked that car a lot. The vehicle spoke for itself.

Transaction was smooth; there was no back and forth wheeling and dealing. I told them what I would like to pay. They made it all work for me, gave me the best deal that I could ask for and then some. I was very impressed with the manner they handled the full process from initial call, to test drives, to my offer and last but not the least the finance manager Natalie. She explained everything in detail from warranty to licensing and didn t feel rushed.

I drove off happy and confident. The team at Land Rover Seattle made my day! I am enjoying my new vehicle and feel like I made a few friends too. Now the obvious, YES I would recommend these fine professionals at this fine dealership. Thank you so much guys for such an awesome and stress free experience!

It turned out not to be necessary, because I found the exact car I wanted at Jaguar Land Rover Seattle. Sean Kent sets the standard for how a car sales person should treat a customer. He is knowledgeable, patient, responsive, honest, and doesn't play any of those silly car dealer games. I was very pleased with the entire experience. (I'm also extremely happy with my Jaguar.)
