As a real estate broker, buying a home is the largest purchase someone will ever make. Buying/leasing a vehicle is likely the 2nd largest, and I ll admit I was dreading having to put time and energy into finding the right salesperson, the right vehicle and the right dealership. My experience with Jaguar/Land Rover Seattle truly exceeded my expectations. The website was so well-designed that I could maneuver through the data & info easily so I was prepared when I arrived. I completed an online appointment form & was immediately contacted by Sean. We met the following day and I was pleasantly surprised by how approachable he was; he was organized, thoughtful, and extremely helpful. He answers all my questions with grace. He guided me through deciding between 3 different vehicles, and I ultimately went home with the perfect car for me. Thank you, Sean!

Mel, the Accounting Manager was also a delight and the paperwork felt flawless. My only qualm is that I didn t take a final peak at the options list and missed that the car I decided to lease didn t have heated seats, a wishlist item of mine. That qualm doesn t change anything about my overall experience, and I m still thrilled with the outcome. This dealership operates with a high caliber of professionals & I would recommend them in a heartbeat to friends and family. So happy to be apart of the Land Rover Family!
