My review is only as valid as my credentials. My career path has taken me from creating, from whole cloth, a department store jewelry business to a position as a 1st VP of Investments at Prudential Securities. My jewelry eventually sold through nearly every important Department Store in the US. To achieve this I needed the best sales staff that I could find. And they were. As they did. Along, I learned to recognize those elements that create success/sales where others may see "lack of opportunity". (a kind term) .. A short history to explain why both Sean Hennnessey Kent and Taylor Shrestha have earned my respect while separately deserving individual consideration.

From my perspective Sean is as intensively intelligent as he is ethical. He focuses upon his client's needs with a personalized comprehension. Sean other gift, for sales, is that he demonstrates a sincere care for his client. He, perhaps unconsciously, made us know that he cares and will take care of our needs. This a good man. I would have been grateful to have him represent in my name.

More, I'd like to reflect upon Tailor Shreshta. This is a gifted woman that we first knew three years ago when we purchased our first LR. She is well informed about her products. But she also focuses upon the client (ourselves) in a way that demonstrated a sincere interest in addressing all our issues, both personal and product related. She is available without being overwhelming. She expresses an enthusiasm and a personal connection the client making one feel valued. A connection that one trusts and will want to feel again when making a later auto purchase. Taylor lets one know that she is there for them now and for the long run.

Both Sean and Taylor possess the two most important elements that to myself are necessary in a personal sales representative. They listen and they follow through. Who wouldn't want such people taking car of them?
