After a lot of research and waiting, I found they had the perfect car in stock. We went in, ready to buy. The staff said our salesman would meet us into the lot for a test drive.

We waited in the lot but he never showed up. Went inside, the welcome desk was empty. No big deal, we had to leave but they had our info, they should call us soon, right? No one called. A week later and the car has sold to someone else.

This is not the level of service I expected from Jaguar, but maybe I expected too much. We have now focused our search to more customer centric brands.
