Pretty good experience. Excellent interactions with all dealership staff. Two opportunities: (1) the service appt. was made mainly due to complete failure of the garage door remote buttons, which I explained in detail when making the appt. Because the dealership refused to get the (warranty-covered) part in before my service date, I was forced to return for a second service date, an oddly-avoidable inconvenience. This was a small/light part, easily shipped. Dealerships routinely move parts around. In this case, the dealership should have obtained the part before my service date, without hesitation versus making me come-back. Again, we're not talking about an engine block here, just a rearview mirror. (2) The auto-up feature of the driver's window had stopped functioning and was checked during the first service appt.. Some sort of reset was done. But a couple days later, the same exact problem came back. Seems like the "fix" was only temporary. I'm hoping it can be fixed more permanently on my re-visit for item (1) above.
