Top flight experience once again. Brought my Evoque in for an upgrade to a module and to get a windshield replaced. Service was all ready for me when I got there, got my paperwork squared right away. Called me the next day to let me know all of the service was done, the car was ready when I got there, the work was done with the quality you'd expect, and the service team are all all-stars. I won't shop anywhere else for my vehicles.

Just got my yearly service on my F type pulled into the Service Garage and the service tech opened my door and greeted me with my name shook my hand and my salesman Frank was there shook my hand asked me how I liked my car ask me if I wanted something to drink then sat down to do the paperwork with my service advisor Tony Campbell said my rental car was ready they put me in a brand new Jaguar the quality of service is unbelievable that is why my fiance has F pace and I have a F type I totally recommend Jaguar of Cincinnati five star service

Great Service and Customer Service. My service coordinator, Jamie, was fantastic with communicating the status of my service. My only comment is I will need to reschedule a follow up service, as the part I needed is on a two week back order. But, this is out of your control. Otherwise, keep up the great work!

This was our 5th Jaguar purchase from Jaguar Land Rover Cincinnati. Our experiences have always been incredible! Eric West, the Finance Manager really understood our needs from a leasing standpoint. Glen Sullivan, the Sales Manager, Ricky Bumgardner, the GSM and Jayme Fox made the purchase painless. I would like to make a special shout-out to Logan Heffernan who took time on the last day of the month to review with my wife all of the new features on the F Pace vs her current XE. I cannot think of any dealer that takes care of us like this TEAM does!

and they immediately sent me a reminder

I pull up at my scheduled time and it took only minutes for Jason to put me in my loaner vehicle

He was so courteous and valued my time

He texted it was ready only a couple hours later

As I pulled up my beautiful car was washed and serviced waiting for me

From the time that I drive through the service door up until the time I pick my car back up, I am always greeted with a smile and a question..."can I help you?" I recently purchased a 2018 "F" type convertible. My sales guide, Jeff Knollman, provided excellent customer service, communications and support. Customer service is lacking in so many businesses anymore and it was nice to find great customer service @ Jaguar/LandRover Cincinnati. This dealership is very friendly and makes the buying experience very comfortable. They have a beautiful state-of-the-art showroom which adds to the ambience and comfort. If you're interested in a Jaguar or LandRover, make sure you stop in and see the professionals here! I just recently had my annual car maintenance check up and once again, Jayme and Lee extended professionalism, courtesy and efficiency. This dealership has a very professional and personal staff!

During my last visit, Tony greeted me politely and exactly on time per my appointment and took care of the paperwork quickly and professionally. They also provided me with a loaner vehicle for the duration. My car was repaired on as promised and brought back to me washed and ready. I cannot speak highly enough of Land Rover Cincinnati. No one "wants" to get their car serviced, but when you have DJ bringing you a loaner and taking your car to be serviced, it truly is a fantastic experience. He shows up smiling and greets me with a hug. He's "family" and I know that my car is in great hands when he drives away. The whole team at Land Rover from Chip the GM to my Salesman Glenn to Jayme in Service are truly the best of the best! I couldn't be more pleased with every encounter I've had with this dealership and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Jayme Fox was our Service Advisor for the annual services, and he worked with Eric to also coordinate the paint sealant renewal using "Fortify". They made everything easy, and got it all down right. Eddie was also great in setting up our "loaner" for us since doing both vehicles and their services took several days. The Dealership has a great team that makes everything easy, keeps you informed, and gets things done right.

4 stars only for Andy Wise, he deserves it. The best sales person I have met in my car research, very very patient in answering things and always reacts with a smile.

I m taking off one star only because of Jaguar finance team, customers should know well in advance of what all will be needed to purchase or lease the car. The terms and conditions should be set well in advance and not in the end.

When rules are flexible you will never loose customers.

Anyways Andy Wise was the best! I recommend him

Shocked to see that other people have had good experiences with this group. I have had them do everything from damaging the turbo changing out the air filter, to forgetting to fill the fluids, removing a clamp allowing coolant to spray all over the under side of the hood, ordering the wrong parts several times, forgetting to tell me the car was low on oil, not telling me they felt like there was a timing belt issue......honestly nothing but two years of issues with the service department.........shop at another dealership

Pretty good experience. Excellent interactions with all dealership staff. Two opportunities: (1) the service appt. was made mainly due to complete failure of the garage door remote buttons, which I explained in detail when making the appt. Because the dealership refused to get the (warranty-covered) part in before my service date, I was forced to return for a second service date, an oddly-avoidable inconvenience. This was a small/light part, easily shipped. Dealerships routinely move parts around. In this case, the dealership should have obtained the part before my service date, without hesitation versus making me come-back. Again, we're not talking about an engine block here, just a rearview mirror. (2) The auto-up feature of the driver's window had stopped functioning and was checked during the first service appt.. Some sort of reset was done. But a couple days later, the same exact problem came back. Seems like the "fix" was only temporary. I'm hoping it can be fixed more permanently on my re-visit for item (1) above.

Over the years my wife and I have owned many premium vehicles, from Mercedes to Maserati's and everything in between, your team at JLRC was by far the most professional team we have had the pleasure to deal with ! Totally happy with the Car but even more happy with how everyone we worked with treated us , Ali is a pure professional and really made my wife who was the first to come in and look at your vehicles feel very welcome, she also followed up on everything we asked including calling to "follow up" the next day. next time we are looking for a new vehicle, you will be the first place we go.

This a class organization. I dealt with Michael Hamlin for the purchase and he is a polite and professional guy who is a real advocate for his clients. This was the best dealer experience I have had in all of my years buying cars. Just had my first annual service and dealt with Tony in Service and DJ picked up my card and dropped it off same day at my office. He also took the opportunity to show me around the new Velar. I love being wowed with great service and Land Rover of Cincinnati does just that. Ricky Bumgardner has a heck of a team in Cincinnati.

It is unlike any other dealership we have found. In for service and Lee makes sure everything is taken care of and our sales guy Eric always checks on us when we come in for service just to let us know he is around if we need anything

This was hands down the BEST car buying experience I've had at a dealership PERIOD! My sales woman was Melanie and she was as personable and honest as they come. I wasn't there to purchase a $120K Range Rover but she treated me add of I was she ran laps around the place catering to any want and need I could have she has an extensive background in sales and it showed. This is a upscale dealership, but her humble demeanor and attitude sold me alone. Everyone in the place congratulated me on my new purchase. It's been 2 days and my sales woman Melanie has been in contact with me to check up on me even inquired about my travels. Now for the car It was immaculate a Convertible Jag at an incredible Price "thanks Melanie" If your in the market for a Jag, Rover, or any car for that matter check their inventory and then call and go see MELANIE.
