Just recently acquired my first car from Land Rover a week ago and I have to appreciate the professionalism of the Sales Rep Denise; making the vehicle purchasing experience very easy for me. I was not planning to buy a vehicle that day and I did; while in some other instances I would just leave a dealer for feeling unappreciated or harassed; all the contrary she was very respectful, patient, not pushy and helpful in all questions that I could have. I also appreciate the Manager Chip's efforts in having the car ready in a timely manner. Now, I am looking forward for the Service experience. Thank you! O.Sevilla
