Frank Hutson at JLR Cincinnati made the experience totally seemless. Without his diligence and attention to detail we would not have been able to complete the transaction. I recommend Frank and this dealership.
Without question my wife and my experience at Jaguar Land Rover was the best we've had at a dealership. Jeff accommodated our challenging holiday travel schedule and was detailed and professional, all while not pressuring us to buy. Beau diligently worked to find us financing that met some specific requirements we had and identified an option that met our needs. One minor service item needed to be addressed on the vehicle post sale, so the team provided us a new Discover to drive while the service was being performed and Toby communicated with us regularly until it was complete. I trust this team wholeheartedly. We'll have no hesitations to return here for service and future vehicles.
Excellent service all the way around! My service advisor, Ricky Bumgardner, provided only the most professional & upscale service that I would expect, and have always received, from Jaguar Land Rover. My experience with this company has been outstanding and I'm not sure that I will ever be able to purchase a vehicle anywhere else!
100% satisfied with Jaguar of Cincinnati. Excellent purchase experience. The XF is a super car. Great after sale follow-up. Extremely customer oriented. Highly recommended.

Terrible!! We set out over a year ago to buy a Range Rover for my wife a we were expecting our first child and her BMW was too small. We visited the dealership, test drove the Range Rover, talked numbers and the trade in value they offered was too low. No problems yet we had a good experience so far salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. We sold the BMW privately in two weeks. At that point we called our salesman back 2 times one time left him a message and the other he was with a customer and never called back. After not hearing back I got on the internet and found the exact one we were looking for in Cleveland, bought it and had it delivered. Didn't think much of it as I'm not going to chase someone to buy a 100k plus car. Fast forward a year and we started hearing a noise from the front wheel. Took it in for warranty and they told us they needed to order a part. Once again no issue totally understand. I let three weeks go by and never heard a word. I called the dealership to check and see what was going on. It took 7 yes 7 calls over 4 weeks before I actually got a real person. The other 6 times my calls all went to their service voice mail and I left a vm every time! Never one time did I receive a call back. Finally the gentleman checked and the part was there he said,"not sure why no one called you". So it took 7 weeks to get an appointment scheduled to make the repair. While the vehicle was in I said do the recommended service ($500). They came to our home, picked up the vehicle on a Friday and said it would be back by 4pm. 4:30pm I receive a call stating they had no one to bring it back I could either come get it or they would bring it back Monday. I told them That is unacceptable and he said ok I'll find someone so they brought it back that night. Two weeks later we find that 2 of the 5 lug nuts have fallen off the rear tire ( which they rotated the tires). My pregnant wife and child drive in this vehicle every day!! I immediately call them 2 times and both times what do I get.... the service voice mail!!! Unbelievable, I am so disgusted with this dealership that I am going to take it to another one an hour away to get it fixed And for future maintenance. I deal with dealerships 5 hours away on some exoctic vehicles and I deal with the local ford dealer on other trucks I have and I have never been exposed to such terrible customer service and service all the way around. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy a Land Rover check other dealerships!! Having a fleet of over 20 work trucks and 6 personal cars, I have delt with many many dealships .... this is one of the worst experiences I have had!!
Best experience ever! Found my car online @ JLR , and Allie Clarke (sales associate) Thank you so much for being patient, professional and supportive, especially when I spent weeks searching various vehicles and doing research!! You never appeared overly aggressive for "a sale", respectfully kept in contact via email/text, which I appreciated due to work schedule!! You made the process of buying a vehicle so easy and pleasant! And Lisa (with Finance) nice, professional and made the paperwork process very comfortable. I couldn't believe I was in and out within an hour! If I purchase a vehicle in the future, I will look no further than JLR! Thank you ladies for best experience!!
Went there to buy a Genesis Coupe for my daughter, (BTW, they were $5,000 cheaper than anyone else), and these guys treated myself and my family as if we had just bought a new F-type. Everyone was friendly...even the other salesman. My wife and I have driven Infiniti's for a while, but I will be looking at Jags the next time we purchase a car.
Best car buying experience - Shaun and Glen were fantastic.
Tony and the whole service department were great
....... no complains here
Michael Hamlin was very knowledgeable and very to the point making the experience positive and successful.
I came in for warranty repair. Before they even looked at the car at all they told me it was probably a rock that messed up the sensor. Well after they looked it appeared his crystal ball was right it was not covered under the warranty. I think no matter what they were not going to repair it under the warranty that it came with. If a wire can be cut with a rock like his crystal ball told him then it still should have been covered because a rock cannot cut a wire like a razor knife. I had the car looked at and it appears that it had been cut with a knife not a rock and if a rock could have caused it then it should have had a shield on it and that also mean it should have been covered under the warranty because no road hazard should be able to cut a wire.
We had a great experience yet again with Jaguar Land Rover Cincinnati. We purchased a Jaguar F-Pace from Jeff Knollman three years ago, and then just purchased a Range Rover Evoque from him this time around. We were also assisted at pick up by Jim Rutter since it was Jeff's day off, and he took great care of us.
My wife and I couldn't be happier with each of our cars. We highly recommend this dealership.
