I had a fantastic buying experience at Jaguar Land Rover Cincinnati! Jim Rutter was outstanding! He was engaging but not pushy, friendly but not pretentious. In fact, the entire staff was courteous and professional. They made the drive from Columbus, OH worth the trip. I'll definitely consider purchasing a car from this dealership in the future.
