My Experience with Land Rover was great from the time i sent my E-mail request thanks to Nikki very knowledgeable about the vehicle and explained the process of making an appt for seeing and test driving the vehicle . I was introduced to Glen Sullivan sales rep who was very professional and friendly and worked with all my needs and wants did a phenomenal in getting the vehicle ready and expediting all paperwork so I was able to take my new Range Rover home with me I truly enjoy my Vehicle and look forward to many years of enjoyment with my Range Rover I like it so much that Glen is looking for one for my wife , I also appreciate the fact that being from Dayton , Chip and his sales staff offered to pick my vehicle up for me when it needs to be serviced they go above and beyond for customer service ,90% of dealers would not do that , so 5 stars for your customer service . We as a customers purchase these types of vehicles which are luxurious. and the vehicles speaks for itself and you know what your buying , but it"s up to the dealership to make that transaction go smoothly and provide great customer service thru out the whole process from buying the vehicle to serviciing the vehicle which is the reputation that your dealership provides so yes Jaguar Land Rover Cincinnati you have earned another customer with my family in the years to come .
