JLR Cincinnati made the car leasing experience as easy as possible. Jeff Knollman and the JLR staff are kind, courteous, and professional. The last time I bought a car, I spent 8 full hours at the dealership. Yesterday, I picked up my new car and had the whole process wrapped up in about 90 minutes (if not less). took my 2006 jaguar in for repair on three issues,they checked it out and wanted a huge price to fix them,radio was one of the problems and he said the wireing needed checked out,huge estimate.needless to say they fixed nothing and charged me 335.00 to do nothing.i would not take a vehicle there anymore.
This last weekend, we had the pleasure of dealing with Jaguar Land Rover Cincinnati. We were from another state, but had found the Jaguar model we were most interested in purchasing at this dealership. The experience could not have been more positive for us. Every member of of the sales organization and management team extended us the upmost help and courtesy. We spent most of our time with Greg Gaver. He handled everything from the trade-in process, through the delivery of our new Jaguar. Just completed our first service appointment! Everything went so smooth, especially the drop off/pickup. The loaner was amazing and the communication from our service manager, James, was spot on. I was a little nervous at first as we didn't purchase the vehicle there, but they treated me as if I was a lifelong customer!!
Great dealer. I worked with Jeff Knollman on a pre-owned out of state purchase. Jeff was timely in getting me the info needed on the front end to feel comfortable about making the 2-hr trip over. By the time we left I was driving the Velar, and my only regret was not being able to have had a proper goodbye with my Evoque, which was an excellent vehicle, can't say enough, it was a great car. Also, the purchasing/sales experience was the best I ve seen. Even with high-end vehicles in this showroom, there is no haughty taughty going on. They encourage you to take a look, get in, fully know what you re considering buying, go figure! The representative working with us, Frank Hutson, went above and beyond to help us get into a vehicle that met all of our needs. Zero pressure, zero selling , just the facts. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and down to earth. Understanding of course with our small children and crazy schedules, Frank was truly a pleasure to meet and to have working with us. I came in to look at the Jag F pace and worked with Jim Rutter. He was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable about the SUV. During the test drive he talked to me about all of the attributes of the vehicle. He discussed them in comparison to other brands which I am familiar with. This was incredibly helpful for me in making my decision to make the purchase. Jim s very professional and detail oriented in managing the entire transaction. We had great help from the IT guys in setting up the app and I m able to use all the tools available day 1. It s a great place to buy a luxury vehicle!

Terrible experience. purchased a brand new rover $145k and Frank was the salesperson. he didnt know which was was up. he was lost. on test drive the vehicle was a filthy mess. he botched the paperwork after we went over it 5xs, ignored my simple requests. when i went to take delivery od 2019 rover not ready. floor mats missing , battery dead all the carpets and parts still in plastic bags laying on the service dept floor. i complained several times to dealership even called land rover direct its been 5 weeks dealership NEVER reached out. they dont care!!
