Nice atmosphere, and the location is easy. You can have coffee while waiting to get served. Staff are professional and very friendly.

The Ink Factory is one-of-a-kind! I studied abroad in Dublin and many of my peers got work done prior, highly recommending the shop. I got an amazing piece [traditional anchor + quote] done by Iian Cummings (which exceeded all expectations), and stopped in for coffee numerous times. Everyone that works at The Ink Factory is super welcoming and I knew that one day, I'd be back! Three years later, and my brother and I are stoked for our upcoming appointments!

The only place I d trust with tattooing my body, the staff is really friendly and make you feel welcome and the artists are professional and nice and they ll advise you on anything you ask them and listen to what they say because they know what they re talking about.
it s a bit pricy but honestly I d rather it s pricy and get a good PERMANENT tattoo rather than cheap and a bad tattoo.
Had Diana for most of my tattoos and she s extremely nice and professional.
Everyone makes you feel welcome and you don t feel out of place there.
P.S: they only take cash so always make sure you have the money because sometimes I forgot and had to search for an ATM nearby

Went to the shop to get an industrial piercing. When I walked in the woman at the front greeted me and was very kind. The place was very clean and also very well decorated! I had a great experience with all the staff, especially Sean who did the piercing quickly and efficiently. He made it clear that I was welcome back if I needed anything or had any questions. He seemed very professional. Overall a great experience, would return and would recommend to a friend! I'm so happy with how my piercing turned out.

I'm about to get my first tattoo from Marrow/ Mauricio and have already been in to get my consultation done. To say I'm happy and excited would be an understatement! As soon as I walked into the studio for the consult, everyone there was really easy going and made me feel super comfortable. I felt my needs and ideas about this tattoo were totally listened to and never dismissed or patronized. Mauricio genuinely seems to care about every input and suggestion given. He is only 1 of 2 tattoo artists in Dublin that can do geometric dotwork to such a standard that I would be happy to wear for the rest of my life. So glad he's based here in Dublin. Really looking forward to seeing how it will come out, on the basis of such a professional yet casual consultation, and also by looking at how pristine the studio's conditions look. I will update once the tattoo has been completed!

I can't recommend The Ink Factory enough! Best tattoo experience by far! Sara was incredible and made sure that everything was absolutely perfect. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and made the entire experience great. I am so happy and would recommend to anyone.

I got a piercing done there a couple of months ago and today i went to get an appointment for a tattoo. For my surprise they had an artist available to do it in two days (even one if I wanted). At the same moment I could have a sit with the tattoer and explain how I want it to be done. Left there with everything arranged for the day, and I didn t spend more than 15 min. Very nice people working in there, good atmosphere and such a nice coffee smell in the air. So far I m impressed, hopefully I ll be the same after get my tattoo done!

The lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful. She was really patient while issues questions and fit me for an app asap!

I've always had fantastic experiences at the Ink Factory. Their artists are top notch and so talented, and they frequently have really talented guest artists. Rob and Tom treat everyone who come through the doors with kindness and respect, and the vibe within the Ink Factory is just fantastic. I've had piercings and tattoos and have always been taken care of with the highest attention to detail. I can't recommend them more!

So lovley! My self and my sister got pierced and we were a tad late but they were super chill and kind and talked us through it all and made us feel really comfortable! Also was a bit scared of needles but they were really kind and supportive and chatted through it to keep me distracted! Just lovely and sweet and I m super happy with my new piercings

I got my first tattoo on Tuesday and it was a great experience. Everyone was super friendly and made me feel really comfortable. Darragh made sure that we had as much time as we needed to get the stencil perfect and ensure I was happy with everything before starting the tattoo, and I never felt rushed or under pressure. He did a beautiful job on a delicate and intricate tattoo and I felt like I was in good hands.

I cannot recommend The Ink Factory enough. Julieta was available and sympathetic-even corresponding with a 5 hour time difference to consult before my appointment. The atmosphere is cool and welcoming. I consider myself very lucky to have the work of such an amazing artist adorning my skin. It doesn t get better if you re in the market for ink, piercings, coffee, or a fresh to death haircut. THE place to be in Europe.

Professional and friendly - went into the branch beside the Capel St bridge first and they kindly directed me to the other parlour beside Workman's as they knew the artist working there was gonna be perfect for the tattoo to had in mind. Super nice and helpful people in both branches - very pleasant overall.

I've had two piercings done in the ink factory and both healed amazingly. The staff are so friendly and helpful, you'll get the all the information you need before and after your piercing. The studio is super clean and hygienic as well as having a trendy atmosphere. I'm booked in for a tattoo, the whole process has been so professional. They're definitely one of the most reliable studios in Dublin.

If I'm gonna do another piercing it's worth to go from Sweden to Dublin, they are amazing!

Well I'm only halfway through getting a stunning piece from Maja and I already love it and cant wait to go back to get it finished. I scheduled my tattoo and had a consultation via email because I will be visiting from the United States. All the artists are amazing so the scheduler paired me up with an artist based on what style of tattoo I was looking for. Putting down a deposit for my time slot could not have been easier to do on their website. I am so excited to get my first international tattoo at The Ink Factory!

Really happy with everything from the staff to the piercing itself. The piercer, Sean, was knowledgeable and easy to talk to and overall made my experience that much better. The price is amazing for the quality you receive.

Went in today for a nose piercing, just a walk-in. The staff were so lovely! Was a bit nervous and they made me feel at ease. Very informative and the whole process was really quick and very painless. It just has a lovely atmosphere. Definitely won't go anywhere else for piecings from now on as I'm delighted with it!

Ive wanted this tattoo for so long and was so picky about what I wanted I thought it was doomed to fail. Its better than I ever could of imagined.

Just mad my consultation for my first tattoo with Maja. Everyone in there is seriously friendly and equally professional. My conversations with both Maja and Rob have given my the upmost confidence in getting a quality tattoo in a months time

My boyfriend and I walked in randomly and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Sandor was amazing and he s probably one of the best tattoo artists in the world.

The Ink Factory, were unprofessional. When making a booking a deposit must be paid. Which is understandable and that is their policy. Unfortunately your booking is not guaranteed. They also do not ensure your tattoo details are correct when taking your booking. They have no appreciation for your time and no customer service with your ink.

5 Star Place, 5 Star staff and 5 Star Tattoo's , coffee isn't bad either :) can't wait to be back, Wayne

Haven t yet got the tattoo .. but I originally went in with my design and Mark Anthony went through the whole design of it and pointed out any flaws .. he ensured I was getting a tattoo of perfect quality. I can t wait to finally get it inked. Staff are all so friendly it really is a great place.

I went there for a piercing recently and my experience was absolutely fantastic. The parlour itself it very clean and tidy and the artists are incredibly friendly and reassuring. I felt so well informed about my aftercare and in the end had such a great experience. Would highly recommend the ink factory.

Went in with my friend who was getting her first ever piercing. I decided to get my tongue repierced too and the experience from start to finish was brilliant. The piercing room is private and very clean and the staff are so happy and helpful. I was given great advice and I couldn't be happier with my new tongue bar

Trawling through these reviews in shock, no way is this place a 5star shop. Building half finished, electricity cut out and the staff look depressed.

Coolest place in Dublin, the tattoo artist are unreal and the Barbers are top class! You can get piercings there too and they are all 25 which is great value :) oh yeah, the coffee is awesome aswell! Such a cool friendly vibe in the place will definitely be back :)

I made an appointment and the piercing went super quickly. Everything was easy and everyone was very professional. I just feel it's important to note that there are no walk-ins at the moment, since I was the idiot who just turned up. I was able to get an appointment for a couple hours later.

I live in the US so I expected booking to be difficult, but that was not the case. I talked to someone on Facebook about what I wanted and they were very helpful. I payed my deposit and confirmed the appointment, they were awesome in accommodating me given that I'm only going to be in town for a short trip. Communication has been very clear, and I feel very comfortable with this shop. I haven't gotten my tattoo yet, but I am confident that if they are half as amazing in person as they have been so far, it will turn out amazingly!

Very helpful online at getting me booked in and keeping in touch when there was high demand because of covid.

Usually staff are very friendly and try to do their best, especially the girl on the front desk she is extremely professional and very friendly.
but i was told to arrive for a tattoo appointment at 7:30, and we arrived at 7:20.

at 8 o' clock i was told the artist was a half hour behind..
and hour went by and they never said anything,

..another hour went by (nearly 3 hours later) i was eventually told they could do the tattoo, but the artist who agreed to take me couldnt as he had to clean up..so we were given to another artist, who then came over and told me it was going to be 20-30 mins before he was ready and set up.. eventually got the tattoo (did a good job) and was told they would give us free tshirts and hats for the long wait..

upon going to the till they never gave us anything. I felt that waiting nearly 3 hours for any tattoo is not fair..and then not to compensate the waiting time was really really poor! Its the only tattoo shop we trusted in town and now we dont know anymore.

I've been in there a couple of times now. Beautiful, clean, well lit space. Staff are so friendly and approachable (which can be lacking sometimes in other studios). Of course, the artists working there are in a league of their own! Just incredible. Highly recommended.

I was really nervous coming in to get my nipples pierced but the lovely American man who pierced me made me feel quite at ease and nothing to worry about! He gave me lots of tips on how to look after my new piercings and I would highly recommend him

My husband and I are getting half sleeves done and every time we visit the ink factory we get a Very professional welcoming. Their standard of work is very high and we are very pleased so far. We would totally recommend the ink factory. The setting is very funky and a cool atmosphere. Also very clean and hygienic. Looking forward to getting our half sleeves finished and to seeing them complete.

Staff are friendly and accommodating. booking a tattoo is extremely convenient thanks to their willingness to help in any way they can. If you can't make it in to the studio to make an appointment, booking from the website is simplicity itself. they answer any emails typically within a day and the artists' work is there to see. I look forward to getting my latest tattoo in December!!
