Very calm and wise people working there, right place for the right tattoo

As soon as I got in (5 mins prior to my appointment) I was greeted very well. Took my name and told me to wait. Within 5 minutes of waiting I was in the piercing area where the piercer calmed my nerves by cracking jokes which is needed in my opinion, he sanitizer and cleaned everything in front of me while being very friendly. I had a good laugh with him and he was very thorough with the cleaning for my piercing (helix) and answered any questions I had. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I had a wonderful experience at th Ink Factory. Everyone was very kind and my tattoo turned out beautifully - Sandor did an awesome job. It's a really fun and relaxed environment and I would recommend it. They were also good about corresponding with us regarding appointment times and artist availability beforehand.

Traveling from the US and scheduling this booking has been such a great experience!! I was able to get an appointment time that worked for me, was given an artist and able to share ideas before my appointment!! So excited to take this forever piece of art home with me!!!

Everything you could need is in one place and everyone is so accommodating and friendly :) Excellent tattoo artists and piercers as well.

I have to admit, I was skeptical about this place the first time I saw it in February. I walked by and thought "how clean/good could a coffee shop/barber/tattoo and piercing parlor really be?" However, after doing my research and deciding which place to get my tattoo at while I was here, I discovered that it was one of the top 5 tattoo parlors in Dublin, so I walked in one day after work.

Customer service was excellent. Every time I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff members, and they always made sure I was being taken care of. They didn't talk down to me like I had no clue what I was talking about either; if you just looked at me you might think I'm too vanilla to have tattoos, and I've been treated as such at other places. However, I've had multiple done already(I just get them in very hidden places so I can remain professional if need be), and I always do my research beforehand. They treated me like any person seeking a professional service should be treated, regardless of my experience with tattoos, and I really appreciated this. When I gave them an idea of what I was looking for, they set me up with Aline, and I KNEW I came to the right place.

I wanted something to represent my time here in Ireland, and faeries have been a huge theme throughout my stay, so I told Aline my ideas. I've also never been to a place where I walked in the day of my appointment and still had no idea what was being put on my body, but Aline really nailed it. It was so delicate and whimsical, and the colors weren't super bold they were more water color, and it was EXACTLY what I was looking for. Everything was very clean and professional, and the price was reasonable as well.

It's been three days since getting it done and it's healing better than my previous work I've had done. I couldn't be happier with what I got, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique piece of art, whether you're a first timer or a seasoned veteran.

I had an appointment for a consultation with Anderson Felix in The Ink Factory today. They rang and asked if I wouldn't mind coming in half an hour later, which was no problem. I was nervous going in as I have never done a consultation for a tattoo before but they were so friendly. Anderson was great and listened to everything I wanted. Even when I came back 5 minutes later fretting about something I didn't say, they brought me straight down to him, no bother and reassured me that I hadn't forgotten anything. I'm really excited now to get my tattoo on the 30th of July. I would highly recommend them.

modern tattoo parlor, very fast appointment booking (1 week between the appointment and the tattoo). welcoming and attentive tattoo artist for your tattoo. the language barrier is not a problem as long as you have pictures of your ideas.

I love the shop for tats and piercings and they're my go to place. they respect ur darn pronouns there, and yes you'd think is common human decency but here we are. 10/10 and would recommend them to anyone- be it friend or foe

Have been to both the Wellington Quay and Parliament Street Studios and both are absolutely amazing, the crew are all excellent to deal with and very friendly.
I highly recommend The Ink Factory and do so every time I am asked where is the best to go for a tattoo.

My husband and I walked in late Wednesday and asked if they had any availability for us the next day. They were so nice and accommodating. Lucy did both of our tattoos back to back and she was awesome. Great clean line work by her. Would definitely go back!

The Staff at the Ink Factory are friendly, patient, and professonal. Exactly what you want from your first tattoo experince. Lucas, the artist responed super quick over instagram aswell which was a nice handy touch too, he was also helpful and prompt. Can't say enough good things.

My First tattoo was done here. And still one of the most professional studios I've been to in Dublin.

Walked in , immediately impressed visually with the whole lay out , was instantly greeted and sat down to discuss my tattoo , Very friendly and was brought through the whole process and given all the information i required .. all in all i walked out pleased to be returning for a piece of art.

I've been to the Ink Factory numerous times and have found the people to be extremely friendly and very professional. They know who you are when you walk in and make you feel relaxed and at ease. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I have gotten a tattoo from Niamh Gannon, a resident tattoo artist of The Ink Factory, the experience was so wonderful and Niamh was amazing!! The atmosphere at The Ink Factory is very friendly and there is a nice buzz about the place. I am to get a tattoo from Iain Cummings this weekend and I am very excited to go back!

Came from US to Ireland and it was very easy to set up an appointment and work with them.

Had my nose piercing done here and it was a great experience. The piercer was very professional and the procedure took less than 5 mins. Everyone was really welcoming and nice, am definitely going back again.

I went to the Ink Factory to get my helix piercing done. It went extremely well, it was quick and rather painless. The piercer was also very kind and understanding when it came to placement of the piercing.

All the staff are so lovely here, it's actually incredible. They are quick to respond with any questions and are down for a good laugh. And of course they are super talented as well! Having been to loads of tattoo shops (and having worked in one in the states) I can honestly say this place is up there with one of my favorites.

I will have my tattoo done in few full day sessions starting in few days.

Been there today, everything went very fast (maybe also because the tattoo I'm getting doesn't involve too many details) and the staff is really friendly.

I've a had a really good experience with The Ink Factory. All staff are lovely and helpful, especially as the tattoo I'm getting is my first. They gave me great and advice and really put me at ease!

A pleasure to see such professionalism. Took my daughter in a few weeks ago for a piercing and the customer service was fantastic. Ended up booking a tattoo consultation andam now only a few days from getting it done. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone

So far so good.. I had enquired about getting some ink done via email. The team responded punctually and were extremely helpful. Answered all my questions and queries and put my mind at ease.

I have been looking for an establishment like this. They are very professional and make sure that you are happy with everything before signing any legal documents.

I'm such an anxious person so anything involving pain freaks me out to no end. I had my nose pierced my Rakan a couple of months ago and I'm itching to go back in and get more- which says a lot!
The process was explained very well and he spoke me through each step to help put my mind at ease because the fear of the unknown is usually what makes me worry.
The entire experience was relatively painless and the piercing healed even sooner than I expected with no complications :)

This place is amazing whether you're looking for a chop, some ink, or an excellent coffee. The staff are so friendly and chilled out, you'll feel completely welcomed here.

One of the best coffees I've had in Dublin City, and perfect to sit outside and catch the sunset on the quays.

Super happy with my experience. My friends and I came from out of the country and got tattoos here and the service was great. Adam was extremely friendly and helpful and he was very willing to change my design to suit my liking.

I love the vibe of the shop! It's really clean and funky, with cool decor. The staff are super friendly and accommodating and just easy to get along with. I'm getting tattooed here tomorrow and the communication has been spectacular. I'm traveling from the US with limited time in Dublin, and they have been super accommodating. My experience discussing a design with my artist, Maja, has been amazing, and I'm beyond excited.

So far, it has been one of the first places that give you confidence about the professionality of every single integrant in the team. Fairplay guys top spot to get your tattoos done plus an awesome coffee or a barber!! Very satisfied.

I got my first tattoo here recently in honour of my birthday and my first time to Ireland. I Just so happened to be doing by on the night before I left, and they went out of their way to fit me in to get a tattoo before I headed home. They did an amazing job with the tattoo and it happened fairly quickly. They were patient with me and made me feel comfortable.

Love the ink factory! Always super helpful, I have gotten 90% of my piercings here and they re super helpful with planning and designing my first tattoo

I have had 3 tattoos done in this shop from 2 different artists and I m going in for my 4th tattoo in 4 days which I am super excited for!

The shop itself aesthetically is amazing, it s industrial/modern look is really inviting but the staff are what make the place truly wonderful. Everyone from the reception to the artists themselves are super friendly and accommodating and very eager to help in anyway they can. Whether it s a comforting word regarding your nerves or advice on placement/style/treatment of the tattoo, they are superstars.

I love this place and I wouldn t go anywhere else. The quality of the work is incomparible and the overal spirit of the place is calming and comfortable. You immediately feel at home.

Fantastic experience , I've had tattoos over the years in other locations but ink factory is where I'll be sticking with . Had a 5 hour session last month and will be returning for another 5 this week .

So glad I decided on the Ink Factory for my first tattoo. All the staff were lovely and professional, over email and in the studio. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and welcoming, and Niamh (the artist who tattooed my ankle) was fantastic - genuinely so kind and hugely considerate of my comfort and my ideas for my tattoo design. This place has a really great vibe: clean, tidy, and cosy. I would definitely go back!

Booked in for a new Tattoo this Thursday with Niamh and I can't wait. While looking around I came across The Ink Factory's brilliant Instagram page which made looking at the artists work and styles very easy.

The level of detail and care they put into their trade is a joy to see. I could of choosen any Artist and been 100% confident but when I saw Niamh's work I was sold. Niamh was so friendly, enthusiastic and helpful and made booking easy.

The Ink Factory have been great with reminders and check ups to see if they can help with anything, all in all it's been a very relaxing process, you definitely won't go in with any doubts in your mind.

Would 100% recommend.

Unbelievable experience. I got a piercing here I was quite nervous about. Because I've had issues healing my ear piercings for at least a full year.

The lady was so friendly and soothing. I hardly felt anything, the lady guided me through the pain and it healed within a couple of weeks.

Such a great place to get a piercing!

I booked an appointment for my upcoming trip to Dublin. They have made it EXTREMELY easy to work around my schedule, provided detailed information, overviews of the artists and recommendations for who would be best to work with on the piece I want. I cannot wait!!

Staff were friendly enough and happy enough with the tattoo, reason for the low rating is I was quoted 80-100 for a touch up on an old tattoo and 100 for a new one, so all together it was to cost 180 to 200 for the lot. At the till after the tatto was finished,the girl said she needed to speak to the artist, came back and told me it was 250, 25% more expensive than the top end of the quote,if you quote 180 to 200 you should charge 180 to 200. Just had a tattoo done and wanted to go home so just paid and left. Email on how to look after the tattoo was a bit slow coming as well, I had already looked into it myself the day before. Was looking forward to a new tattoo as it was a while since my last, took the excitment out of the experience.

Don t go if you plan to hit up the barber section, Had an appointment for a haircut got there and the staff were just drinking and chatting to mates and was told I d have to wait an hour and was given no reason why.

Just went in for a coffee and a look,but found them to be great. Ended up with a lovely coffee and a chat about my next tattoo with some great artists.
