Went to get a hair cut, was totally amazed by the unique ambiance, extremly friendly people and tattoo artists, barbers, barista and piercers all regrouped in a beautifully organised chaos. If you are a tourist like me I definitly recommand stopping by, even for just a coffee !
The Ink Factory has become the place I have made a point of including in my journey the last four years of my travels in Ireland and the UK. I have left with a lasting impression of each journey and the memories each one brings with it. Plus, just entering this shop and being in such an amazing atmosphere of beautifully talented humans making the whole tattoo process inviting along with feeling very well taken care of and respected. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!!!!

Even before getting my tattoo I knew this was the best place I could've gone to. After going around Dublin to other places and treated rather coldly it was so re freshing to walk in and feel welcomed. The man behind the reception was so accommodating and kind. I was also pleasantly with their hourly rate - being the least expensive thus far. Cool atmosphere. Lovely staff. Would highly recommend.

So it's been four days since I got my tattoo done here. 100% satisfied. From day one after talking to Rob, I knew this was the place for me, A portrait of my daughter on my arm and I was told the man to do the job was Michele Spallacci. What an artist a true professional. The work I've seen from other members of staff is amazing, I know where I'll be going for my next one.

Heading to Dublin for my 50th birthday and excited to be getting a tattoo. Set up my tattoo via email and the setup has been great. Great communication and follow thru. Feel that I have made the correct choice in a tattoo parlor. Elisa has been super helpful getting me scheduled.
Top class service both times I went. Showed up with tattoos only I understood and didn't feel pressure to explain them at all. Have already recommended the place to friends and family and would recommend to anyone else too. Genuinely nice sound people.

Awesome little place in Dublin's temple bar area, recommended to us by a local friend as the "only place to go" to get a tattoo. The employee at the front desk was very friendly and nice, and scheduled me in about two minutes! Fairly busy, so make sure you make an appointment as you most likely won't be able to walk in.

I was charged 50 for a short back and sides and a beard trim... Quality of haircut was poor, I had to fix it when I got home. Beard is trimmed crooked and is longer on one side. Barber was arrogant and refused to fix my beard when I asked... he said I had the wrong type of beard hair to cut properly...

Overall a great experience. Got an appointment after about 2 months, but had wanted this tattoo for way long time and Marrow s work is absolutely worth the wait. The way he does sacred geometry and dot work is nothing less than fantastic. Quality work. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

When I began my quest to find the right shop to do my first tattoo I had a rather disappointing encounter in another well known tattoo shop in Dublin. The image I wanted was extremely personal to me so I was feeling pretty defeated. After deciding what's the harm in trying another place - the Ink Factory - my mood was completely turned around. Babs was on reception that day and after we spoke about which artist was best suited for what I was looking for I walked out feeling elated! The first thing I said was, "THAT... is customer service". A completely different experience to the previous shop I tried. Such understanding and compassion shown.
This is the same level of service I have received each and every time I returned for another tattoo from every member of staff I have dealt with, wether that's front of house in person / online or the artists. The people who work here are an absolute credit to the Ink Factory's name <3
I have gotten tattooed by Niamh, Kate and Iain who are all amazing artists and plan to get many more!
I also think it's great the amount of charity events that are organised - such amazing causes helped every year!

I will go ahead and say that they have been extremely accommodating to my travel plans and my tattoo preferences!
They responded very quickly to my inquiry and we messaged back and forth until we set something and I had my appointment booked :) Within one day, among all of the things they are busy with they took the time to take care of me and my needs. I have travel plans with some friends and we are only there for two days and they got me in at a perfect date and time to fit my schedule. I m ecstatic about getting my tattoo from Fausto!

I have given 4 stars because the tattoo itself is great, however the process to organising my tattoo was quite frustrating and talking with my artist was very unsettling.
On the day when discussing my tattoo with my artist it was a rather unpleasant experience. It was extremely hard to communicate with him and at one point had me use google translate into his language because he didn t understand what I was asking him (I am from New Zealand).
However the tattoo itself turned out great and he is obviously a talented artist and I have not been deterred from going back their again but I think I will probably request a different artist.
On another note, dealing with the management team afterwards has been great and I have thoroughly appreciated their efforts to ensure that I was contacted afterwards.
I just wanted to write a deservedly glowing review for this particular tattoo parlour (and barber shop, coffee and hangout spot, etc...). I've been here three times myself, so my accolades are long overdue, but I've received three tatts here, each time working with the insanely talented Julieta..I'll try and post a pic of my most recent, but each and every visit, she has gone above and beyond to work WITH me, explain what her particular style entails, and just overall make me feel comfortable and make sure I am happy with the work (before, during,and after). For those wondering, her specialty is in the Neotraditional school, but my 2nd tattoo with her was a intricate, lacey Victorian-style butterfly, which also came out amazingly and healed to perfection.
My husband has also gotten a tattoo from her, which he loves, and one from Iain, who specializes in traditional, Sailor Jerry-style work - and I can objectively say that it is the most skillful and proficient ink he has received (and he has a lot of tatts, though we wish we had been in Ireland and found this place before we received most of our prior work! These guys put everything else we both have to shame!)
I'll close, but one final note I'd like to add that I feel is important is that everyone we've dealt with at this shop, from the artists to reception, are super friendly. There is no attitude, pretension, or (and I'm saying this as a female whose gotten ink at a variety of places in my foolish youth) 'boy's club' attitude here. Everyone is accepted and accepting, and will do their utmost to make you feel welcome.
Thanks so much to the gang at The Ink Factory and hope to see you in the new year once I'm able to afford a new tattoo (btw, I don't say that to criticize the prices here - they are fair, and you more than get what you pay for - beautiful body art that you will cherish for a lifetime).

Went twice. First time I got a tattoo, walked in and got it just an hour later, a couple of days later I went back to get my nostril pierced, although there were loads of people I did not have to wait for a long time. Everyone is super friendly and makes you feel welcome and safe!!

I can't believe the level of detail and attention that went into my tattoo - I had an idea and a 'more or less' image which Keith then expanded, put his own touch too and improved it more than I even imagined. UPDATE: I have been back from my trip for about two weeks now and it has almost been a month since I got my tattoo with my wife on our honeymoon. I have to say, the experience I was expecting, based on the communication I had with the managers, was still better than what I was even hoping for! Everyone was so friendly and made my wife and I feel so welcome even though we spent the entire day there and even came back by the shop. My wife and I went to dinner afterwards and we were passing back by the shop towards our hotel. Our cover seals had busted and we needed new ones and the amazing people at Ink Factory took us in AGAIN, cleaned our tattoos up, and replaced the covers. All I experienced all day was true care, compassion, and a love for art. You are all truly amazing and my wife and I are just so grateful! Best luck to all of you!

My overall experience was fantastic from arrival to leaving everyone was so helpful and welcoming.
