I live in the US so I expected booking to be difficult, but that was not the case. I talked to someone on Facebook about what I wanted and they were very helpful. I payed my deposit and confirmed the appointment, they were awesome in accommodating me given that I'm only going to be in town for a short trip. Communication has been very clear, and I feel very comfortable with this shop. I haven't gotten my tattoo yet, but I am confident that if they are half as amazing in person as they have been so far, it will turn out amazingly!
