Usually staff are very friendly and try to do their best, especially the girl on the front desk she is extremely professional and very friendly.
but i was told to arrive for a tattoo appointment at 7:30, and we arrived at 7:20.

at 8 o' clock i was told the artist was a half hour behind..
and hour went by and they never said anything,

..another hour went by (nearly 3 hours later) i was eventually told they could do the tattoo, but the artist who agreed to take me couldnt as he had to clean up..so we were given to another artist, who then came over and told me it was going to be 20-30 mins before he was ready and set up.. eventually got the tattoo (did a good job) and was told they would give us free tshirts and hats for the long wait..

upon going to the till they never gave us anything. I felt that waiting nearly 3 hours for any tattoo is not fair..and then not to compensate the waiting time was really really poor! Its the only tattoo shop we trusted in town and now we dont know anymore.
