Just got my septum pierced here, everyone was really chilled and calmed me down completely. It was over so fast and positioned perfectly. Barely any pain at all. Thanks Ink Factory!

Went to the Ink Factory to book my first tattoo. Very friendly and helpful staff who provide guidance and recommendations to ensure the best outcome for the customer. Booked an appointment quickly and easily at a time that worked great for us. They walked us through the process perfectly. I felt very comfortable having them for my first tattoo.

This is my favourite place in the whole of Dublin. Everything about this place is so warm, welcoming and loving. From the second you enter, you're greeted by everyone with big smiles and open arms. From the coffee to the haircuts to the piercings to the tattoos, everything you can want and more all in the beautiful factory run by Rob and his team.

I was so happy when I found this place and got my first piercing then kept going back to the wonderful Chello for more. Then for my first tattoo with the amazing Danny Duggan which was such an amazing experience!! I went in one day to talk to them about wanting a tattoo and to maybe book something in, to them telling me I could get it there and then, I was amazed and so excited and happy.

They're so clean and helpful and great when you're nervous and they can keep you calm. Also with the new shop opened up just around the corner too!

I now have my next tattoo booked in with Danny again which is a matching tattoo with my mam and we're both so excited.

Overall, I highly recommend the Ink Factory for anyone who wants anything from coffee, a haircut a piercing or tattoo. They do it all!!

When I was planning my very first visit to Ireland, I knew I wanted to schedule a tattoo as a memento of my time there. I was concerned that booking a tattoo from the U.S. would be difficult but the front desk at the shop were so very helpful and kind! I am so excited to receive my tattoo from Anderson and will update this review after my appointment!!

Update:
Anderson is phenomenal. He was professional, listened to exactly what I wanted and made appropriate changes as he sketched up my idea. The front desk was very polite and considerate and accomodating. I have over 50 hours of tattoo work on my body and I was extremely pleased with my experience at Ink Factory.

I really liked this shop! I'm from Argentina and it was recommended to me by an online friend. While I was there I found an argentinian tattoo artist so i decided to get an appointment with him. Looking forward to it!

Super friendly crew! Can't recommend them enough. Had a quarter sleeve done and it came out beautifully. Staff were so nice and encouraging to each other. Just positive vibes all around. Came back a few months later and had my nose pierced. Not a single problem with the piercing and the piercer was lovely, fast but efficient and nice. Walked me through everything that was happening. Stopped in a few weeks later to change my stud over but because my stud was a bit red the the artists talked me out of it while explaining kindly exactly why he wouldn't want to change it but gave the option to anyways as it's was my nose. They clearly care deeply about their clients and want to insure the best outcome for you and your body mod.

My first time at the Ink factory for a Helix piercing. Cello did it for me and he was super quick and barely felt a thing. Super happy!!

I have been to Ink Factory several times and I have had nothing but extremely positive experiences with everyone there. All the staff is super friendly and the piercers who have worked with me have always done a fantastic job. I highly recommend this place!!

While talking to the staff in Ink Factory I found everyone to be very professional, considerate, and accomadating in the way they deal with their clients. Overall a great atmosphere and I would reccommend the studio to anyone!

Got my first tattoo there yesterday and it was a great experience. All the staff are lovely and make you feel at home and the level of work is outstanding. I m glad I waited to get my tattoo here. It was worth it and I m delighted with it. Would recommend to anyone looking for a clean, professional and high level of art for their tattoo. 10/10

Got a Daith piercing done and I have a terrible fear of needles, Pat was so good at settling my nerves and just kept me chatting throughout the whole process. The place was spotless right down to the computer at the desk with the keyboard covered in clingfilm. Highly recommend coming here and have plans myself to return soon

A huge selection of great artists. Had an query about a design and they were excellent and accommodating in helping find a suitable artist an setting up times to suit my hours. I had a piercing done by one of their professionals by the name of Pat and was quick, swift and painless. It's been 2 days since my helix piercing and no pain, no blood and no infections. Waiting on my tattoo now but so far highly recommend for the great service. Edit: just got my tattoos and they were done by Lucas who does amazing designs and dotwork. I couldn't be happier with the look and quality. Thanks so much to Ink Factory for the amazing quality of tattoos and piercing!

Went to the ink factory on wellington quay for my 5th tattoo. Place is amazing, so cool. Everyone so friendly and Tini did a great job, exactly what I asked for. Just been back for a consult on my 6th tattoo in 19 Parliament Street and again such a cool place and friendly faces. Really excited to see what Keith comes up with for this one!

Came in and was able to book an appointment for the following week! Service was really quick and the artist even came over to do a quick consultation and give an estimated price even though it was really busy. Two of us booked in for the same day to come in together and there was no hassle whatsoever

over the last couple of years I've been pierced here, gotten my hair cut and today I booked a tattoo with Iain after researching the work done here and spending some time checking out the work done by all the staff here. couldn't ask for a more professional experience regardless of the service you're getting!

I've had two separate appointments for piercings and every person I've felt with has been so lovely. Most recently I had a peircing by Neil and he was so lovely. I was nervous and he reassured me, just such a sweet guy. I even asked him.about another peircing I had there about 2 years ago and he gave me advice on it. He gave me verbal aftercare instructions which were very clear. The girl who took my payment was so lovey. She asked how I got on. I will definitely return and I have recommend the ink factory to my firemds. Thanks for the great experience. Also the place is so clean! Glove are regluarly changed which is great to see!

Getting my first tattoo with Agne tomorrow! All the staff are super friendly and made what potentially could be a stressful process easy. Had my ears pierced here too and it was so quick and pain free! Highly recommend if you want your journey into body modification to go as smoothly as possible!

My wife and I were here two weeks ago on our vacation, and the staff here were amazing. They managed to squeeze us both in for our tattoos even though they were fully booked. Both tattoos turned out awesome, we are both exceedingly happy with the level of service and the skill of the artist. My tattoo was a tree of life, the staff helped find a picture and the artist customized it adding some Celtic charm.

During my tattoo there was another client beside me who was having a hard time deciding on the placement of her art. The tattoo artist was remarkably patient as she asked to move small details repeatedly. I was very impressed by this, as I could see she was nervous. I have several tattoos, and have been in establishments, that are intimidating for people new to them. This was absolutely not the case. They were so welcoming and helpful.

Highly recommend them if you are looking for a tattoo while you are in Dublin. Prices were very reasonable as well.

Me and my girlfriend both fitted in for two small tattoos within an hour... Very lucky! Shout out to Adam Collins nice work pal!

I loved the atmosphere and the staff as soon as I entered the shop. Everything is very clean, everybody is helpful. With Maja I found a great artist. She immediately understood how my tattoo should look like.

If I could give it zero stars , I would ! Stay away! Horrible experience and the owners don t care about customer service or care to listen! Diana decided not to listen to what colors my daughter wanted on her tattoo... and when she was called out on why the colors weren t what we asked for , she got a huge attitude. Then she tattooed over when she already colored in and now after healing , my daughter has scar tissue and different color flower petals.
Then I also got a tattoo with Maya. When she came to greet me ... she walked up to me with a picture of a tattoo that another artist gave me a year prior. Then she got an attitude ! I had already spent a lot of time on messaging dealing with the tattoo I wanted And was assured by the owner that he got the info and would pass it on to Maya. Why would I want the same tattoo again? Absolutely ridiculous. From
Then on , she had an attitude and talked nasty about me behind my back. I know this because my daughter was there in the back listening.

drew up a picture of what I wanted. Her picture was nothing like what I wanted , so she had to fix it. And she was clearly outwardly bothered by this. What?? The tattoo is going on my body. From then on it was a super uncomfortable experience!!! A tattoo artist should listen to what the customer wants and not be outwardly rude ! These 2 girls were so rude and nasty ! I cannot believe they can get away with that. In the US... no way ! Go somewhere else to get a tatto because if you have a problem , the owners don t care !!!!!!!

Very friendly staff! A group of friends and I were able to book a tattoo while abroad and they worked very well with our schedule. The shop looked extremely clean and professional. Very excited for my appointment!

Artists are trustable, professional and terribly talented !
Don t miss to use after care product (tattoo healing cream is made with natural ingredients and is really efficient.... and you can even use it after a sun burn ;) )

The atmosphere in the shop is exactly what you can expect (everything is extra-clean and the music is great) and you can feel that the guys are working hard to keep a high level of quality !

There are plenty of tattoo shop in Dublin and sometimes it s difficult to know where to go...
So if you want to live an outstanding experience, do not hesitate :)

Very professional staff and a nice atmosphere. Just had my consultation with Anderson Felix, who was friendly and listened exactly to what I wanted and also added his own opinions and advice. Scheduled the tattoo for 2 weeks time, and from looking at his other pieces am confident the piece will turn out amazing. Will update when finished.

From the minute I walked in, I was welcomed warmly.
The girl at reception was fabulous. So friendly and put me at ease.
Scheduled my app but then rang up and changed it and there was no issue. Got a free coffee. My inking was done quickly and instead of trying to make it his own, he did what I wanted. So I am delighted. I am planning my next one and I will definitely go back to these guys

The barbers here are something serious. All staff are very friendly and welcoming. Also have my first tattoo booking here and I couldn't be any happier with how helpful the staff are.

I cant express how happy I am with the recent work I got done here. The artist was very helpful / skillful and bit of a perfectionist who made sure the design was exactly how I pictured. Everyone, including reception, makes you at ease and welcomed immediately and the atmosphere really makes the whole experience a bit easier. I would highly recommend to anyone, 5 stars :)

Very professional and friendly staff. Answered all of my questions by email fast, and were more than happy to reschedule my second appointment to a later date. Very safety cautious too, so no worries when it comes to cleanliness, consent, and equipment sterilisation.

I was traveling to Dublin on vacation, so emailed the studio to try to schedule a session. The customer service was wonderful! They communicated so well to schedule my appointment.
When I arrived for my session, Emily was so sweet and friendly at the front desk.
Mario, my artist, was fantastic! He designed exactly what I wanted, and listened to my color ideas, which worked very well. He was so friendly and great to work with!
I would definitely go there again for more tattoos, and even just to visit! Such a nice group of people!!!

Visited Dublin for a few days and decided I wanted to get some ink as a momento. Got me an appointment and were super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Pretty much got the whole package; tattoo piercings coffee and a buzz!

3 stars just because I m kind of disappointed because the tattoo shop , the tattoo and the guy that made this are cool , but I paid 70 for THIS ?! To expensive

I got my first tattoo today and had such a good experience. I was greeted well upon entering and then my tattoo artist had a discussion with me about my tattoo it's design placing and pricing. I was really freaked out but my tattoo artist Paul was such an amazing guy. He made sure I was comfortable and helped me calm down. He told me when will it hurt and what are the sensitive spots. They follow all the hygiene process right from changing the needles in front of me to taking the ink out in front of me as well. After it was done he carefully explained the after care. They also told me if I had any doubts later I can always give them a call. Over all it was a great experience, loved them and I would definitely recommend the ink factory to everyone.

The staff was very friendly and the piercing I did took no more than 10 minutes, it's healing good also due to their advices. I'm also gonna get a tattoo don at The Ink Factory

Had been speaking to them for over a month via email about a piercing. On the day called to check time options. Was told I d get an email reply but that bookings couldn t be taken. Shop is officially open till 8pm. In the email was just told to arrive as soon as I could but not given a latest time possible answer. Arrived at 7:15pm and was told I was 15min late (though this is not officially listed anywhere, nor was it communicated in writing to me via email). All artists were out the front of the shop drinking alcohol! Terrible service especially for tourists with limited time (that was literally my only window) that bothered to try to communicate via phone and email ahead of time. Very disappointing.

Nice atmosphere, as accommodating as possible with both piercings and tattoos. It can be really busy but I take it as a good sign. The new place is really nice as well, clean and quiet

In my experience with other shops, I can definitely say that this is by far the friendliest and best shop I've been to. I got 8 piercings done by Rakan and a tattoo done by Sandor. They are very professional with outstanding artists and staff. Highly recommended.
