So lovley! My self and my sister got pierced and we were a tad late but they were super chill and kind and talked us through it all and made us feel really comfortable! Also was a bit scared of needles but they were really kind and supportive and chatted through it to keep me distracted! Just lovely and sweet and I m super happy with my new piercings
