Ok ok not that much great experience. Kolkata ITC was aowsome

Really well maintained... Played Christmas Carols there.... The Chef was a really nice guy....

Pleasant stay at ITC grand Central.
Great hospitality and food.
House keeping and Covid safety protocols were in place. Want to thank Mr.Vinay, guy who was very prompt in his service. Also would like to thank Welcome Desk staff.

A luxury 5star hotel, located in central Bombay. Food is also excellent. If can afford, don't think of anything else.

Worst hospitality. I had stayed for almost 2 months here. Dont think I would like to come back to this hotel again.

Dined at the Shanghai club. While it was expensive, the food was great. Loved everything on the plate.

This hotel is good. I'm still in quarantine here. Can't say much about food because I'm getting only packaged food outside of my room and it is not much delicious. I hope if you'll come here normally, you will get best service of this hotel.

Excellent rooms.. cleaning crew are very professional and ensures a home away from home. My stuffs are always arranged neatly exactly the way I want them.

I was in Mumbai for an event loved the venue and the people are very nice

Essentially a business hotel. Don't expect attention to detail if you're on vacation. My family and I stayed here for a week and people at the desk were still clueless as to where we were and what our specific needs were. Forget a " how was your stay" question at the end of it all. Which was just as well because the feedback they would have got wouldn't have been complimentary. The Indian restaurant is best avoided. The Naan we ordered smelt of raw flour. Our stay came with complimentary drinks at the lounge in the evenings. The drinks were alright, the hors de oeuvres served along with them were stale and repetitive. The lounge opens outside to a sit out rooftop which is nice enough.All in all ...Pretty basic which for an ITC hotel is a shame . Regretted not booking my parents and sisters in elsewhere. But this was close to work and Mumbai traffic being what it is. Anyway: wouldn't recommend this.

- There is a small area in the center of the hotel with fountain and sitting benches where you can relax


- Absolutely no variation in the breakfast menu
- Rooms are of standard size and not large, which I had expected considering the premium price they charge

ITC Grand Central is a conveniently located luxury property. It's contemporary yet Indian at heart. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Food options are aplenty, and the chefs help customize the meals to your preference. It's always a pleasant experience to stay at this property. Keep up the good work!

I'd been here for a friend's Wedding reception, which was held at their lawns. The ambience of the hotel is excellent. However the food could be classified as strictly uninspiring. Overall, this may be a great place to stay, but not so much for organising functions and parties.

Whenever I have visited this place, always a best experience in all sense. hospitality, food, architecture and ambience is perfectly matched with customer needs.

Sorry to say, but absolutely atrocious would be putting it mildly. Though it was a Sunday dinner buffet, either we went on a bad day or the ITC standards have drastically dropped. Right from the soup which was nothing but water to the wilted and extremely stale and insipid salads, to the brunch leftover starters, nothing was up to a dhabba standard even. The only saving grace were a few desserts. Went with very high hopes but extremely extremely disappointed. Sadly, not worth a dime and definitely never again.

I stayed here with my family and the staff over here is so nice specially the housekeeping staff was very good .

Stayed at this hotel on a business trip and the service was brilliant. There is an Indian restaurant there and I advice asking the Chef to prepare a meal made up of dishes to his recommendation. It was one of the finest Indian meals I have ever tasted anywhere.

Really nice ambience, lobby area is amazingly beautiful and has a fresh scent of spring. Hotel staff was very professional and welcoming. Rooms are well kept although the linen seems quite worn. Wifi access was an extra cost for a hotel that host a lot of business travelers this was surprising. Breakfast was at an extra cost (if you decide not to go to the buffet) which serves the same items. ..this also not reasonably priced. Average (USD 50) for 2 persons if you are having omelet, toast, fruit, juice n coffee... (don't get the croissants)

I had a pleasant stay. Really loved the room and all the offered amenities. Mr Amit Chavan at the reception, was really helpful. He assisted us throughout. I would definitely come back really soon and would recommend it to others.

I got to know about the itc delivery option from Anuja and I ordered chocolate from fabelle which very much amazing. I may order in the coming time much more things . Thank you

Kebabs and curries have excellent food. It'll make you leave with your wallet much much lighter, but your stomach will thank you.

Today my experience with the ITC Grand central at Parel was wonderful with a royal welcome, excellent banquet hall and world class 5 star hospitality. I gave a royal experience in its interior design and entrance.
The overall experience was excellent.

To start off with, it has an exceptional building architecture... The word 'Grand' in the name goes with the structure. Nice hospitality and ambience. Lobby area is good to spend time, you can work, spend time with loved one or just have a cup of coffee. The food is excellent especially the dessert.From caramel to rasa malai to tiramisu.So enjoy the food and the stay.. You can reach the place by taking a cab via Dadar central railway station or currey road railway station. Good place to host family and corporate events. ITC Grand Central indeed is Grand!!!!

Staying at ITC is truly a royal indulgence. I am mesmerized by the warm hospitality that we received during our stay. The level of quality alongwith maintaining the strict measures during these tough times is remarkable. The entire team is so dedicated in making the guests feel secure and relaxed.
It was my birthday and the experience at ITC made it special and memorable.
Special shout out to Abigail Fernandes, she represented the true spirit of what ITC is all about. She is so proactive and welcoming, made us feel as if we are at the comfort of our home.
From the health & safety perspective, the way ITC is handling is excellent. The seal of assurance is everywhere from the bottles to the cutlery and even at the door of every room.
I must say, one must learn adaptability in the hospitality sector by looking up to ITC and the way they are doing it. Hats off!

The coffee shop is really good. Ambience is super. I was quite disappointed that when we tried joining two tables together there was a variance in the height

I stayed in ITC grand on 3rd and 4th of July and I had heard tons of goodness about this hotel. However when we checked in my opinion changed. The staff who helped me with the check in were least bothered to give us information about the complimentary breakfast fast that was served and also no details on access of Wifi. We shelled out quite a money by having in-house Breakfast. The same went on with the Wifi facility which we never used. When we brought this up with the staff while check out it was a mere sorry. I felt their Vision of responsible luxury was carried out quite irresponsibilly. It s not about money but guests should know the amenities and facilities they are eligible to for the money they have paid and that s the least anyone can expect.

The hotel is located in a convenient area of Mumbai. The room decoration is very pretty. The service is good but the staff could be more friendly.

The season's decor, the ambience of this ITC is certainly splendid... but the food here doesn't live upto its brand value !!
We had recently gone for a wedding reception here and the food quality wasn't too good.. the food had high amount of soda..which left us feeling bloated and gassy....it's not one person who faced this...but the entire family and friends who had visited there... Will have to think thrice before i recommend this place to anyone else or myself going there...

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff. Room are beyond my expections and from the top of the hotel we saw whole view of Mumbai.The staff was extremely friendly,Especially Guest Relation Executive Mitul Singh is outstanding in here job she helped out so nicely and before check out we were out of hotel she kept a cake and Mr Happy Teddy for our kids that was really very nice of her and the hotel management,our kids loved it.Hospitality of Metul Singh and The hotel outstanding.I liked the dressing of all Guest Relation Executive.
Ambience is excellent. Food is very good. Live music at the entrance lobby is mesmerizing!

Awesome property with amazing Indian tradition situated right in heart of Mumbai beautifully interior, amazing services, all the amenities makes it even special!

The rooms aren't as large as some of the other premium properties but they more than makeup for it with a supremely friendly staff, amazing food and quick service. My room has a gorgeous view and it's a really pretty and cosy property in the heart of Mumbai.

Luxury at its peak , hospitality at its best , food cant be better and location is a blessing .

One of the best 5* property located in Central Mumbai. It has a spacious banquet hall with marvellous architecture having capacity to occupy approx. 500 people at a time. Breakfast & buffet food is too good and authentic. Grilled Chicken salad is a healthy & must try salad for salad lovers. Even the sweets are mouth melting.

I was there with my mom and dad to celebrate anniversary ..it wents so well and memorable

Our stay at ITC is excellent and the ways implemented for COVID prevention is exemplary. Wonderful hotel with the best staffs who leave no stones unturned for our comfort. Eco friendly steps like glass water bottles, metal dust bins and plastics minimization activities are appreciable. Enjoyed the food and attractive decorations. The ambience of the place was very good. The tables were neatly done up. Lights were were excellent.
One thing was disliked by me and that was the lights. All the lights need to be converted to led lights.
