Very comforting ambiance. Very delicious veg cuisine. Probably the tastiest non veg food in Mumbai.

Good location and security.
Breakfast buffet was the highlight.
Bedding can be switched between soft and orthopaedic in 5mins.
Courteous and well mannered staff.
Gym was adequately equipped.
WiFi is offered at a cost.

Beautiful interiors and mesmerizing views. Interiors remind of colonial-era India, which is a unique experience. Mumbai night sky is a view like never before from the higher floors. Concierge and food are great with highest hygiene standards. Courteous & Friendly staff

I had come for the event, the hotel is neatly kept, they also follow all the covid protocol and food was excellent.

No words just amazing. I mean we were skeptical during this all covid situation n stuff as we should go here or no but it was all worth it. Great service though.

Stayed for couple of days. South indian food is as similar to it's native....u will love their chatneys.swimming pool is so small.... Loved their fitness centre. Friendly staffs they help out of box. But property does not seem new. Their beds are not no comfortable....

Great hotel! Amazing food.. especially the Dal Bukhara! The level of heigene the hotel is maintaining during the pandemic is just unmatchable.
Amazing rooms and the view from the room too. Prices are really low as compared to its usual rates, so it's the best time to plan a stay here. Cheers!

We recently organised a wedding event. Great property, great location & great team. However, it was not without mismanagement! We had 6 rooms but on 3 different floors, despite our prior request to keep all rooms on same floor. Several senior citizens in our family suffered most. Interaction with our group people on different floors required us to first travel down to Lobby, request for access and then again go up to the desired floor!! Too bureaucratic SOP despite friendliness of ITC team which lead us to vacate most of the rooms by midnight. Only the inconvenience to our entire team while stay forced me to reduce 2-stars. Thanks to Dipali Sawant for her excellent support during the event.

A beautiful hotel in all respects from its architecture to its stylish and luxurious feel...to its A++ customer satisfaction and service. The stay the food the facilities are all at the top of their game. A highly recommended destination for a very comfortable stay be it a business trip or a family vacation. The food too in the establishment was of stupendous taste and quality. Will definitely visit again and again.

Had been to Kebabs & Kurries here twice. Though the food is fabulous and meticulously crafted, I've always felt short of options to order. They need to lengthen their menu..

The charm and the view is just amazing. The fountains, chandeliers and the terrace garden was charming to the core. Also loved the hospitality and staff. If you are getting married in Mumbai, this is a property you should totally consider. :)

Excellent interiors, very comfortable rooms and AC, too good food

The hotel is nice and the staff is courteous. The fruit basket they serve is tiny and really not acceptable. The gym is average and the pool is 17m long. Ate at k&k and the food was good. The view from the 30th floor is amazing. Posting images below. The tv in the room could be bigger though. The washrooms are nice and the bed is comfortable. They have entire floors that are for non smokers which is something I haven't seen in other hotels and is a refreshing change. Theyre also on SPG and that's super.

The name says it all. It s really a grand property and arguably the best hotel in Dadar and Parel area. Perfect place for the business meetings as well. The food is awesome and have always loved it. All the specialty dining restaurant are also the best in Mumbai and serves the best dishes. The ambience is awesome. The view of the Mumbai city from the 30th Floor adds on to the beauty of the city.

Am not staying here for the first time and I choose this hotel as it is located centrally which makes travelling to places easier a bit. The ambience is good, staff is friendly however I am not sure with the ITC group coz I faced this with ITC marathon also last year. Am an spg member and as per spg, we tend to get a bit more preference than normal bookings But that was never the case when it comes to ITC. They do not acknowledge you even as normal booking. Wud like to understand wht is so different in amenities than what is provided in other hotels for such an extravagant room rate. Food and beverages are expensive. The rooms are old. Half the time switches don't work, lights don't work. Check out the washrooms too. Kindly look into these and it is better to reconsider room rates accordingly. There is no good hotel in the vicinity and hence this. Ya I ask myself why do I choose this and the only reason is location and maybe ITC is cashing in on that

Conveniently located and good place for buffet breakfast or dinner. Service is excellent

Currently under quarantine. No room cleaning being done as opposed to other hotels doing it every 3 4 days with precautions. Sad to see setup like this for seafarers who have been away for months and come back to a facility like this. Food is horrible with chapatis like rubber. No taste and quite bland. Repititive menu and all veg. Have to keep calling to get the incharge on the phone but no call backs. No facility for smokers to access smoking area.. smokers have been put up in non smoking rooms. Basic amenities like toiletries, wifi and slippers are being charged. In today's era surprised to see wifi on a chargeable basis specially to people under quarantine who use it the most. Limited basic things given for tea coffee in the room.. no masala tea bags etc. My room the AC controller wasn't working was repaired after 2 days. More than half the channels on the tv are blocked...dont know how expensive can a full subscription of dish TV can be.. cost cutting and saving oozes out of each and every thing here.

Well, I came here for a work in Chinchpokli all the way driving from Belagavi, with 5% battery left in my phone and network on roaming switching to 2G, I happened to stop at the gates of this hotel, I went in I asked for a vacant room to stay as it was dark, the receptionist greeted me so well, he asked for a reservation done online, I told him my condition with phone and all, he gave away his hotspot to connect to, and I booked a room in this hotel, which is nothing short of a heaven..great people,great stay , awesome food... P.S Don't miss the Fabele chocolates.. thank u so much ITC. Will be back soon

Very polite unit, they have an amazing Buffet spread, I had visited this place for the Navroz dinner and it was a memorable dining experience with live music.

Everything is just right! Room temperature, the bed, the duvet, internet speed, staff kindness, cleanliness. All is very good. Very happy to have spent a few nights here.

The food in the breakfast is great! They have everything. The hotel Alison have a concierge service that helped us to book a sightseeing tour and Jasmeen kindly gave us a bottle of water for the tour.

ITC has a brand value and they are always upto the mark. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

The hygiene standard of this hotel is unmatched, no doubt. It is a fabulous hotel with great infrastructure. However, the service was extremely slow and disappointing. Room service took terrible amount of time, the breakfast spread was also not upto the mark and neither was the restaurant service.

Visited ITC Grand Central for the first time, and was simply amazed and WOWed by the staff and hospitality at the hotel from the time of check-in, until I checked out of the hotel. I'll begin by stating that the hotel is located nicely in Parel with easy connectivity to the Eastern Express Highway making it convenient to move around the mumbai traffic. I was warmly greeted when I entered the hotel and offered refreshments while I was swiftly checked in and shown to my room ensuring minimal time spent in getting myself cozy, with a nice warm smile making you feel welcomed. The room was amazing, set up keeping highest standards and comfort in mind while designing the room, as it was just perfect and everything one could think of was present, and then some more. Like the other ITC Hotels, they had local delicacies placed in the room to snack upon, and as is said, every little detail help make you feel more and more welcome.

Hotel for work stays.
The hotel is pretty much the standard ITC in terms of quality, just that it is modelled for work stays ; which means no entertainment facilities, no party mode, no family hangout area

Had been here on 31st of 2019, and it was mundane affair. The decorations were mediocre and the countdown celebration just like any other place

Had visited for moradabadi festival ...we all had an amazing experience...Customer service of par excellence starting form security at the porch..well groomed and well mannered..Highly impressed alert security team hygiene protocols were followed, on our way back met Ms Bhanu.

Highly recommended for family or a business trip, the staff members are very responsive and would like to mention Mr. Fabian's hospitality which is beyond comparison. Came to Mumbai for a official trip, my family also accompanied, they loved the atmosphere and culture. Will definitely make another visit shortly.
