It was a very nice experience to stay in ITC. Hotel staff really took nice care, while following their safety rules n regulations. I felt like home away from home. Food was pretty good. Front office staff was very excellent. Looking forward to visit again. Thank you for the warm hospitality.

It is beautiful hotel. Always enjoyed the Terrace Garden Party surrounding skyscrapers. Food and hospitality is always friendly and attentive. Always found round minar out of place from lawn but beautiful from outside. Suggest to use it more meaningfully.

First time seeing a completely touch-less sensor based floor keypad. Hotel has old world grandeur with a touch of modern fresh look. The restaurants were excellent, and food simply Mumbai.
Food was ok.. expected much better from ITC. Went especially at night to get a drink but was denied. Very good hospitality but food quality is not at a 5 star level.
The immediate and spontaneous service is highly appreciated.

ITC grand central - located in Ghatkopar is as good as the best 5 star, I have visited in mumbai....I would grade it better then ITC Grand Maratha in mumbai because , it is in the middle of the city and has a thriving local bazaar ( eateries, factory outlets, shops around ), a leisurely stroll outside the hotel is highly recommended ...the nearby KEM building is worth a 'street view'...the staff is courteous and the morning buffet is great....I enjoyed my stay here

One of the best itc properties situated in heart of mumbai. They describe real luxury of five star hotels in true manner. Front desk is very helpful especially Kajal. They go out of their way to make u feel comfortable.

Great place to stay/visit. You will love the interiors and adore their staff. Food is definitely good as they have a huge spread, definitely well crafted menu catering to many cultures and ensuring quality. You should definitely visit the rooftop (30th floor) for the view of the city. Overall, you will not get disappointed.
Have been to their conference Room in CJ. Their hotel lobby , although grand is one of the smallest . Also while others have boards/signage for events along with directions, this one was missing it...so had to ask the reception. The flooring , upholstery were all quite posh. Service staff was also quite attentive and helpful. CJs the conference room can accomodate about 50 persons max.
These are only for food and ambiance not for stay . This is second time and in different restaurant, still the quality isn't matching with so called "5ve Star" hotel tagline/category. It nowhere matches to 7 kitchens. Sorry ITC, you need to pull up the socks for good and long run.
Nice rooms, clean environment and fantastic ambience. Quite far from airport. Been there for a family function. The ballroom is spacious and perfect for family functions like weddings, birthday parties and all. The staff and management are also friendly and they take care of all your needs.

We enjoy the food at kebab and curries.... Overall stay was superb.... Dal makhani and mirch salan with biryani is yummy

Good hotel but photography isn't allowed. So anyone planning to get ready for wedding day with a cinematic video (which I wanted to) , won't work.
One of the best hotel after JW Marriott Hotel @ Juhi. Really liked the ambious and staff is excellent specially the receptionist Ms Yasmin Khan. I love visit again for Business meet. In my next trip I would like to stay here....

This was a first time for me at any ITC Hotels property and it didn't disappoint. The hotel staff, services, rooms and the food are all exceptional. Our room had a fantastic view of the Mumbai skyline, they were clean and had everything we'd want and more. Breakfast was served in the ballroom. Too many options. Staff were courteous and took good care to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Point of View Lounge on the 30th floor is a good place to spend time watching the sun set behind the high rises.
The only little problem was the TV connection. Even though it was a Sony TV, the connection was from the Cable TV age. All the channels showed poor quality picture, I'd switch to my mobile phone to watch the match.
Besides, I don't think you'd leave from here unhappy with the experience.

The Indian food restaurant is almost as good as the Peshawari... don't miss the nalli nihari or the smoked chicken starter... They are simply extraordinary!

Staffs are quite well behaved and always smiling. Buffet breakfast is sumptuous and lavish in true sense. Don't afford to miss out South Indian delicacies in breakfast.
