Excellent choice of spread for the buffet lunch. Only thing missing was the nauleen Gur sandesh/rosogolla that would have complimented as the seasonal flavour. Overall a great dining experience.

Went to attend conference. Had an elite reception and food.

Pathetic service in banquets. Food takes ever to reach.

We had buffet.. Actually there is no system..
You can take the starters by yourselves.. once you're done with the starters and want to have the main course you've got to order your breads. Once you've ordered your breads wait for atleast an hour.. I mean I ordered 2 tandoori rotis for which they took 90 minutes.

Good hotel but menu has detoriated in some of the restaurants

Yes when it's name ITC there is super luxury all about.we have dinner at ITC on our wedding anniversary.We are fall in love with this place.Everything is awesome.

The Hotel and the rooms are centrally located and is exceptional. The staff is very courteous and responsive. The service though is slow specially the breakfast place.
The breakfast place is the reason for 3 star. We pretty much aited an hour or so on most of our 3 days there

Hotel was really very awesome. The staffs were very professional towards there work and the hotel was also sanitized. One of the staff named DIKSHA was very good with her work. MUST VISIT !

A perfect 5 star hotel with very high degree of professionalism.

We went to peshawari. As expected, the food was really good. After dinner we sat in the lobby for a good 30-40 minutes talking amongst ourselves. We asked for water, but it didn't come untill asking for it the 3rd time. Something like this wasn't expected at ITC. they can do better in terms of hospitality and service.

This is a Hotel by the Welcome Group which provides warm hospitality and follow eco friendly technology. There is a 24 hour coffee shop apart from many multi cuisine restaurants, a lounge area overlooking a delightful sight of a waterbody having lotuses and well maintained lawn and a renowned spa. They have recently added a chocolate boutique named Fabelle which houses dedicated staff members and a live counter with chefs who curate and personalise your choice of chocolates.

Covid protocol was great. Well maintained Rooms and helpful staff.

Great environment ..... surrounded by green ..... nice looking wash room .. neatly arranged ..... room quite comfortable .. central ac ..... very nice experience .. barely two days .. still 22 days I hope to get good service. Thank you

Was visiting for deserts at their Fabella Choclatier. Pretty nice assortment of chocolates along with some nice and very exotic deserts.

An excellent property. The staff at the ITC are exceptional.

The place is pretty spectacular. M giving it 4 starts just because of the service which is a bit slow. But you'll have pretty good experience here with the staying and Food.
