ITC Grand Central, The Luxury Collections Review

My friend had injured her leg and wasn't in a condition to walk, but the staff was very helpful with wheelchair assistance, ice, basic painkillers, etc. Further, I really appreciate their efforts towards sustainability, in that that they really didn't use any single used plastic what so ever.
Carpeted and ornamented with rustic decor, the room was aesthetically please. But, what really made it excellent was the little viewing gallery, to appreciate the city from.
And the staff is extremely diligent about Covid precautions. And everything was very clean.

Exploitation boarding on robbery. Durning a recent trip we were stranded during the flooding. My sister in law booked us rooms at the ITC and called to confirm that it went though. We had the booking for two rooms at 22k for the night. Had a booking confirmation from the website as well. Then we got there a few hours later they said the had upgraded us to suites that would be 22k each and the booking we had was for the following day. Unfortunately, I didn't have the booking email until after we had left as we didn't do the booking and had our transport waiting. The host offer to take off 20% but then only discounted it 1500. It was all they could due because the booking was supposedly for the 30th yet some how they had rooms and were expecting us on the 29th. All this after being stuck in a car for ours with our 4 year old son and rest of our party. Avoid at all cost

One of the best hotel stays in my travel history. Hospitality of the Hotel staff were awesome. Particularly front desk officer KAJOL was really caring and helpful during my stay in the hotel last week. Food was great and ambience was really good. Good to see a hotel performs great in central mumbai. Thanks to ITC grand central and KAJOL.

Really a grand luxury hotel on all count & perception!
I stayed for about 145 days between Jan 2018 to Dec 2018.

Without doubt one of the favorite luxury hotels I stayed during my tenure of stay in Mumbai for my project assignment!
We were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager, The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant team deserves a special thanks. We had multiple great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the luxury experience after hectic project schedule.

Usually come here to visit Hornby's Pavilion. Very nice spread. Good deserts and fruits. One of the best buffets in Mumbai. Now, have started visiting Fabelle, a chocolate shop owned by ITC. They have lots of interesting stuff. The ganache is similar in quality and taste to that sold by Royce. The only difference is the lower price by Fabelle, something which I really like. I would suggest coming for the buffet and picking up some ganache on your way out to have at home.

I visited the hotel last week for a family function and was really happy to see the security measures taken. More interestingly, during the function I met with the security supervisor Mr. Patekar and I feel he is a very good leader and one of the best assets to the hotel. I was quite impressed the way he was handling the guests and overall situation with his team. I generally do not prefer to write a review but looking at the security arrangements of the hotel and Sanjay I feel you guys deserve this. Best of luck and keep it up.

Nice rooms . Very small pool amd no play atea for kids.

It was an amazing experience.. Me and my family was there to attend a wedding...Perfect palace ambience...great architecture having pleasant ball rooms.. Food was good too

Very friendly and attentive Restaurant and Reception staff, including the Bell men. Vishaka, Yasmeen, Monica and Yasmeen are very helpful. They should be highly commended. Excellent food, and decor throughout. Point of View on Floor 30 is brilliant, with a perfect view of Mumbai below.

Nice hotel, nice ambience , good rooms , comfortable beds and pathatic service standards in room service and coffee shop.
Requested for dal bukhara in dinner , it was half cooked , requested specifically for extra green chillies and lemon pieces they never came.
In breakfast it took them 15 minutes to note down my order. Breakfast was finally after several reminders . Idli sambhar came without chutney . Cappaciuno was served instead of filter coffee . Untoasted bread was served when reuested for toast and that too without any basic accompaniment like butter. Great servers Rabindra and Kamal who will make sure that Itc keeps on loosing its clients . Good going .

The Hornby's Pavilion for a sumptuous Sunday brunch. A must for a wonderful satisfying experience. The salad options delicious melting hot sodas by Chef Raman and the never ending options in Indian, Chinese and Continental sets the mood for the week ahead.

Staying in ITC hotels is one of the most superb experience. Immaculate and acoustic rooms in such a downtown area plays vital role in this prime property. Very co- operative and their 24 hours service are the hero of this Luxury Hotel where we feel like a our home. Immense care and lavish amenities is the good sign of this hotel.

This is my favorite spot in Mumbai central area. One of the nicest staff you will encounter in Mumbai. The building itself is quite intriguing when viewed from inside. A must try when visiting India and Mumbai

Have had great experiences with ITC hotels.. In particular with ITC Grand Central.. Excellent staff, Extra ordinary Service from every member of this property.

Unfortunately Club ITC Culinary team( along with the program manager) is working hard to undo all of the good work of the Hotel Staff. Unprofessional team, lackadaisical attitude and worst lack integrity completely. I actually am wondering whether the program manager and team members are actually employees of ITC Hotels.. Such is the attitude and they are shattering the brand value of ITC Hotels.Hope they address my issue and effect the refund immediately in their own interest. Never will i recommend any one to enroll in this program managed by such a unprofessional team.
